Okay, let me begin by noting that, primarily due to the dearth of thorough and in-depth evaluations, I didn't have high expectations for these video. I purchased these clips since I had a really great bra that recently started tormenting me to no end because, while fitting like a dream, the straps kept slipping down my shoulders. Every five minutes or so, when I was wearing a tank top, I would tuck my bra straps back in. Instead of giving up on the bra, which is normally so comfy, I made the decision to try these clips out and see if they could help. I'm so happy I did.White, black, and beige clips were included in the tiny container. While it's wonderful to be able to match the clip to the color of the bra, I don't believe it is required if no one will see it. However, it's wonderful to have the choice.While it's true that the clips don't come with directions (as one person noted), after looking at the website's image of the clip in use, I believe even a young child could figure it out. In my view, complaining about a lack of instructions is absurd. Seriously. If you are unsure, simply glance at the website's image. The only advice I have is that you must loosen your bra straps in order to convert them from straight over-the-shoulder style to racerback style (something I discovered after connecting the clips for the first time). which is reasonable. I didn't think much of it because my straps were already as short as they could be. I eventually had to loosen the straps almost all the way in order to get the length and fit just right. I'm very glad I ordered these since, unless I'm wearing a razor back bra, my bra straps always fall down. These can transform any bra into one with a razor back. These were a little difficult for me at first as I tried to find out the best method to put my bra on and get them on. The method that worked best for me was to put on my bra normally, reach back with the clip high up on the strap, attach one side, and then reach to attach the other side. I apply it higher, closer to my neck, and carefully glide it down to the desired location. To ensure that your straps lay flat, you must be careful not to twist them as you move. I'm a size 40DDD, 18-22 in apparel, and the tightest setting of this product is just barely tight enough to be ideal, so I'm not sure why folks keep complaining that it's too small and needs numerous link-ups. Thus, it truly is a savior. To prevent the severe divots that my mother had over time, I recently purchased them to assist keep my straps a little higher on my shoulders (and, obviously, to avoid the persistent pain that comes with the developing those shoulder divots). I got these straps for a strapless bra I bought because the ones that came with them were quite thin, and since I'm a busty woman, I need extra support. Shipping was supervised of course with Prime because I ordered them and didn't them within 2 days. Because I didn't feel comfortable wearing a strapless bra all day, I ordered these to go with an off-the-shoulder dress, and they worked great. It had been at least a couple weeks since I had opened my package because I required the clear straps for a dress I was wearing to a special occasion.
