I purchased them since my line of work regularly requires the placement of fill lines on mugs for coffee, beverages, etc. The inclusion of raised clear lines and blue tick marks on each side of the beakers is good, although the blue tick marks are printed and occasionally slightly misaligned with the molded-in demarcations on the opposite side of the beaker. The little nubs they incorporated on the bottom of the base make it feel little less steady, but the thickness of the glass gives this a solid sense. Having said that, I have yet to have it fall or spill on me when I'm using it. Overall, I believe it to be a pretty well-built item, and I would purchase it once more. Should this cylinder ever break, I do think I'll hunt for a little smaller replacement.
