bought this item to utilize in the workplace. It was difficult to locate an internet media player that supported iHeart, Pandora, and Spotify, but this one includes them all via a touch screen Android interface. Sadly, my first order arrived scuffed, but the second was perfect. When using the touch screen, there is a slight lag, but it is quite acceptable. The speakers have decent audio quality and enough power to fill a room with it. But the output is via a headphone jack. It wouldn't be a deal-breaker if it had a standard analogue connector so that I could connect it to a receiver in the office. Simply locate an adapter to complete the connection. The screen is also fairly big and bright. There is no issue with fingers touching the onscreen keyboard's keys.

I'm an enthusiastic, if poor, hi-fi enthusiast (not a fan of the audiophile word, but...). I've been doing this for 45 years, and I have what a non-aficionado would consider a stupid good sound system. Just so you're aware.Despite having a good aerial and a superb vintage tuner, the FM reception in my Bucks County location has disappointed me ever since I returned here a few months ago (Kenwood KT-815). The signal from WXPN, my all-time favorite radio station, wasn't consistently strong enough to pass the stereo barrier.I looked for an FM internet tuner that wouldn't break the bank and found this cutie after reading about the reception capabilities of the discarded Sony XDR-F1HD and a contemporary Sangean tuner leveraging technologies not available in the 1970s.I had it running in 5 minutes after a simple but somewhat laborious setup. The device required an additional 5 minutes to complete a firmware upgrade cycle after booting. I went straight to the OTA broadcast of WXPN and received it in stereo with minimal background noise after running scans for available internet stations (THOUSANDS!) and FM stations (DOZENS!) Just for background music, the sound was fine. When the stars were right, it wasn't as good as the Kenwood, but that doesn't happen often. I continued listening to the feed from WXPN and had the same thoughts. Meh, but not bad.I then connected my Yulong Sabre DA8 DAC to the coaxial SPDIF output using a homemade (analog) connection. (I lacked a suitable 75 ohm digital cable.) This item is AMAZINGLY excellent even with this less than ideal connection. Much more musical than the Kenwood. I once owned a McIntosh MR74, which I adored but sadly sold. Although notoriously unreliable, audio memory has never sounded this fantastic! This is an incredible, great new type of radio called "internet radio," which is something that few people are familiar with. It is a modern device that is surprisingly simple to use. I have a lot of faith in its dependability based on the quality. This radio is ideal for me because it has a huge selection of stations from around the world that I can listen to at night. Because it uses your wifi connection rather than the airwaves, it is intended for usage at home or in the office. (However, it also picks up local FM stations.)I reside in a tiny community with poor radio reception. There are only a few FM music channels and a few terrible local talk stations. This cute little portable internet radio has completely changed my life. Through "Skytune," a website run by Ocean Digital, it connects automatically to thousands of the top stations in the USA and around the globe. Up to 100 presets or "favorites" can be created, and many stations that are not included in Skytune can also have custom URLs entered. Your favorites can be deleted or rearranged in any order.This is a radio, not a computer or a smartphone. Thus, it just features a tiny, black and white screen. When using it for the first time, you must input your wifi password, which takes some time without a keyboard. But after you've done that, navigating menus, selecting stations, etc., is simple. It is easy to do after you have your preferences set up. A smartphone, on the other hand, can be a better option for you if you have trouble using your hands or find it difficult to navigate a very small screen. Because it is comparable to the radios I've used my entire life, I adore this particular radio.Considering how simple the user interface is, I find it to be quite user-friendly. While listening to the station you're now on, you can navigate to look for other ones. The only minor problem thus far is that I have to navigate back to the current station in order to adjust the level. However, I'm used to doing this. A fantastic device at a very affordable price!

I adore this radio, and the fact that it is portable is the best part. I don't have to fuss with plugging it in and restarting it; I can move it from room to room in the house. It has a lot of features and is appealing and little. runs all day after battery recharge. I emailed Ocean Digital with several inquiries I had regarding the Wi-fi range. After a few emails, we determined the radio had an issue because the customer assistance was amazing. I sent it back to Amazon with Ocean Digital's permission and got a replacement that has been excellent on WiFi. When I buy a product, I also anticipate receiving excellent customer service as part of that transaction. Ocean Digital provided me with a quality product at a reasonable cost and with top-notch customer service. With the help of my brand-new WR-26 portable internet radio, I am now listening to more radio and appreciating the programming.

This radio is a thing of beauty. It is not made of laminate, but rather of genuine walnut. To deliver the deep bass, the device incorporates a sound hole on the back similar to those on bass reflex speakers. Setting up was quick and simple. There were no instructions needed for finding, choosing, or pre-setting stations. The sound was louder than expected given its diminutive size. This radio can be used on any Bluetooth device as a speaker. Because it supports Ethernet and dual band 5G capacity, networking is improved. On the back are two completely moveable and detachable WiFi antennae that, when mounted, resemble a WiFi router and guarantee good reception. Chromecast works fine but occasionally has to be reconnected while Bluetooth functions beautifully. Album art is shown 10 times more clearly on the built-in SiriusXM than it is on the Onnx radio designed for SXM satellite use. When started using the Chromecast tool, Pandora, which supports Chromecast like many others, displays album art and song information without any issues. It is also possible to stream Pandora over Bluetooth, although no album art or song information will be shown, as with all BT uses. Speaking of Bluetooth, this device discovered my Bluetooth adapter in the next room, connected to my Yamaha sound system in the main room. This implies that I could control this radio from my office while listening to BT sound over my home theater system in my living room. The device itself contains jacks for both RCA connections and an external CD player. To play music from thumb drives, there is a USB port. This device has a ton of functions and works seamlessly with practically any media format and other system. It functions and makes a cute sound, plus it is well-built. You will treasure this radio, which is a gem. Beware; GraceDigital only offers these special radios for a short period of time. These are difficult to locate, and given that they are made entirely of real wood, it's possible that they won't be available in a few years. Be quick! This beauty will win your heart.

The majority of the free or paid content available online will also be played on this radio, along with Sirius satellite radio, which requires a membership. We link through WiFi. I found this radio after learning that Sirius no longer had a radio after my long-term Sirius radio died. The Sirius representatives on the phone were unaware that there were alternative options available because their radios were no longer in production. The Grace radio boasts a user-friendly LED screen user interface and a full sound for a little radio. And thanks to the station's website, which most stations support, you can listen to almost anything with crystal-clear sound. It does not tune in using the conventional frequency method. We pay our housekeeper, who is Polish-speaking, a salary. When the Beatles channel comes on, our Mobrella Cockatoo bursts into vibrant color and sings while hanging upside down. The more expensive rechargeable battery dies too soon. On the lead, odd screens occasionally appear and stump me. It took me a half hour when I initially got it to locate the volume control, which is a large cylindrical protrusion off the top that resembles a large snooze button. In fact, it is quite useful. Overall, everything are going well thus far. really fantastic Better rechargeable batteries are required, which are an additional cost. To prevent unexpected cutouts, the user can select a buffer time duration in the settings. The strange aspect of that is that if you turn on the radio hastily and then want to turn it off right once, you might not be able to if it is buffering. Anyone who previously owned a Sirius internet in-home radio that was solely for Sirius and had a number of issues will likely enjoy this, in my opinion. With the LED screen, it manages the world and seems trustworthy and much more user-friendly. It's surprising that Sirius employees are in the dark about this. didn't know what to do.

For this radio to function, a Sirius Internet package is required. This is a completely different strategy from any that you would have in your car. Usually, you may combine your internet plan with your automobile coverage for a discounted price if you have one. Also, Sirius-exclusive content will only be received by this radio. Here are my arguments in favor of and againstPositive: Excellent speaker quality. The sound fills the space, even at low volume.Accessibility on demand. This is one of the radio's best features.enhanced WiFi performance compared to the TTR1The radio comes with a remote control.Con: The first setup is really laborious. For each new entry, you must dial through the list of letters and numbers. The radio's LCD display is overly bright, and it took me 15 minutes to set it up and connect it to my Sirius account. The LCD shines light into a pitch-black space. The problem cannot be solved even by lowering the settings all the way. To make my bedroom darker, I had to cover the LCD screen. Sincerely speaking, I was on the verge of returning the radio due to this, but the benefits outweighed the drawbacks.

The radio is great, however I had trouble setting it up. The remote won't let me access settings. To access the Welcome Screen and settings, I must first unplug the power cord and then re-plug it. I was unable to find a way to change my favorite stations into positions 1 through 5, as they appear in positions 6 and above. I used the Simple Radio app on my iPhone and desktop computer to access a local station (WSMR FM 89.1) here in Sarasota, Florida, but I was unable to find it.The user guide is a little bit hazy and unclear. I didn't look into the Manage my mediaU section, which had functions I didn't require.The displayed time also changed to military time (5 PM = 1700), but I was able to fix that by returning to the settings. The fact that you may define the sleep time in the settings yet it has to be set using the tiny zzz button on the remote before you can turn on the radio is another perplexing aspect.Overall, I'm happy with the device for my purposes because I just care about using the sleep timer to listen to a couple classical music channels for around an hour every day before bed. There are far too many features on the radio that I will never use.The radio works great after it is set up. The sound is excellent.

decent, inexpensive internet radio. many features for the price. The list of online stations for this radio can be found on the Skytune.net internet portal. To make sure you can get the stations you desire, I strongly advise you to visit the Skytune.net portal and browse the station list before making a purchase. No registration or login is required. Your radio ID code automatically registers with the website; you don't need to do anything to make it happen. Another option is to manually store the URL of a radio stream in the radio's memory by going to the radio's IP address on your LAN. If you are not an expert in internet IT, good luck figuring those out because they are typically not readily obvious on websites. In the "suggest station" section of the Skytune.net web portal, you can enter the internet address of a station to have it added to the list. I had a number of neighboring stations that weren't available on Skytune. After going through the recommend station procedure, I received an email from someone at skytune.net informing me that the station had been added to the list within 12 hours. This prompt service pleased me. Because their selection of stations was shorter than some others I looked at, Skytune is therefore far better than I initially believed. With this radio, you are required to use the Skytune gateway. The FM tuner has average sensitivity. On a few stations that were fifty miles distant, I was able to receive them clearly. This radio compiles all of your favorite Internet and FM stations into a single "favorites" folder. That, in my opinion, is a good feature. When you select a favorite, the appropriate tuning mode—FM or Internet streaming—is automatically selected. That was never an option on the radios I previously had. Either FM or the internet has to be chosen. If the radio may be shipped to US addresses, someone inquired. YES. The Amazon image displayed a European plug. The proper USA two-bladed 120 volt plug adapter was included with mine. The diameter of the inbuilt speakers seems to be around 3 inches. The wooden container has the appearance of black-painted plywood that has been shaped into a box. The finish has a woody grain character rather than being piano black smooth. Only a bit over a meter, or roughly 3.5 feet, is the length of the power adapter cord. Although some people don't do it, the clock display can be left on while the radio is on. My Android-based phone can stream music via Bluetooth without any issues.

Although this clock radio is tiny, it has excellent sound quality. The FM signal is strong. There are numerous stations on an internet radio site, but I'm not sure which platform they are utilizing. Although the user interface is straightforward, it will take some getting accustomed to. The menu system on this radio is essentially identical to that of the larger Ocean Digital radios. The alarm is effective. Two alarms can be set for one day of the week, several days, or both. A wire antenna used by the FM is about one meter long. For a clock radio, the FM reception is above average. On my larger Ocean Digital radio, I was able to receive stations up to 50 miles away, but I can now only receive stations up to 35 miles away. Stations are 15 to 50 miles away from where I live, in a large open rural area. An adapter and cable around 4 feet long make up the power cord. On top are all control switches. I found it to be quite simple for me to use the switches after some time. On the back, there is an aux input, a headphone output, and a USB charging output. With the right wire, you could certainly connect this to your house audio and use it as an online radio tuner.My only complaint is that I haven't been able to figure out how to keep the full-size clock display on when the radio is playing. The station information is updated on the screen below while the time is shown in extremely small type at the top. If the display's brightness is a problem, you can easily reduce it. Overall, having used three different types of internet radios, I believe this one to be almost ideal as a bedside clock radio. With my buy, I'm quite happy.
