dryer is efficient. Install was difficult. The paper mounting template that was included with it didn't match the product's screw pattern. Before holes were already drilled, I realized. It was difficult to hardwire the dryer after opening it and figuring out how to route the wires within. Although the instructions don't mention it, it wasn't simple. My wife absolutely adores this hand warmer/dryer, especially during the winter. She has rhenards, which causes poor circulation and extremely cold hands. It was put in place close to the kitchen sink. It operated perfectly for around 8 months before ceasing. I then contacted service@pensonandco.com after checking the power, water, etc. Without asking, they replaced the item. That is the pinnacle of customer service!
