Perfect for us to safely repot, plant, water, and dust off all of our succulents and cacti! We had roughly 17 plants to replant, and we had to do it in both individual, large pots that could accommodate a number of succulents and cacti, as well as little pots that could only hold one of each. I wasn't sure if this was "elegant enough." I'm very glad I chose this kit over the more expensive ones that included (in my opinion unnecessary) extras. Both cuttings and already-rooted plants were successfully transplanted to a new type of soil and new pots using the digging and transplanting tools. We had no trouble digging the holes and added dirt to both larger and smaller pots while using the scoop as a support. The water bottle is ideal for watering ONLY the soil, preventing water from touching the succulents directly, and preventing over-watering. The tweezers were useful for removing small parts that we couldn't reach with the brush and adding tiny amounts of treated moss. When we were through moving and transplanting our succulents, the brush was quite careful in removing all of the soil and other debris.Every gadget had a purpose we could employ, and none of them had unnecessary extras. The tools were quickly cleaned, dried, and placed back in the bag for storage, taking up very little room. An excellent kit for a fair price! I received a lovely surprise!

This is a pretty wise investment. When working with my succulents, I have discovered that all thirteen of the pieces are useful. The little device that blows dirt off a plant is shockingly strong and actually functions, even in confined settings. The tool you can use to clip or cut a stem is extremely sharp and produces a precise cut. The little lime green "scoop" does a good job. It fits into proper size planters or terrariums used for these kinds of plants because it can carry a sufficient amount of soil and is a good size for succulents. Additionally, when I transfer the dirt from its container to a planter, it doesn't spill it like a spoon might. To move little amounts of earth, the little brown scoop works exceptionally well. The tweezers, on the other hand, are really useful. They safely hold stems, leaves, and minute fragments. The offset pair (shown in picture #2) is my favorite. The two blue devices are pretty amazing (images #1 and #3 show how one operates). Use the other while planting a fresh clipping in the ground. It's so much simpler today than when I tried to do it with a wooden skewer in the past. The soil is effectively pushed up against the cutting stem to ensure that the hole is the proper size and stays in place. The three wooden handle tools that resemble standard garden tools are the only items I haven't utilized. I must admit, though, that I do recall seeing them at my neighborhood dollar store.Even with that in mind, these 13 pieces are still a good bargain for the pricing.

I found and compared pricing for various sets and individual tools before deciding that I required this 7-piece package. I decided to fix up my garden, which had become overgrown with weeds and need plants to be moved about, within a week of having this set delivered to me.While using the majority of the parts in this set, I didn't really notice any problems. Although the bag isn't particularly large, it should be able to accommodate a good number of additional tools, gloves, etc. Although it dislikes trying to stand up by itself, if you give it something to weight down in the middle, there won't be any issues. The trowel easily chopped through thick weeds and roots that were half an inch thick. It was simple to turn dirt with the forked digger. The weeding tool wasn't something I needed, but I'm sure others could make use of it.Only the likelihood that it won't withstand the test of time for many years accounts for the 4-star rating. Having said that, unless I was managing a truly enormous garden, I wouldn't pick any other set available on the market. Since I don't require anything extravagant, this turned out to be a fantastic deal.

The Pro-Lifter may be used for pots up to 7 feet in DIAMETER, which is equivalent to 22 feet in diameter, according to a YouTube demonstration video posted by the seller of this product. That is inaccurate, and I corrected it in a comment on the video by changing the remark to 7 feet in CIRCUMFRENCE, or 84 inches, as I had previously read or heard in another video on YouTube, possibly. But after utilizing the gadget, I have my doubts about that assertion as well.simply because the straps are too short. Even with the hand loops positioned to provide the straps maximum pull length, the vertical lifting straps with the horizontal straps in place were only approximately half as long when it came to lifting as those seen in comparable circumstances in the second photo. The Pro-Lifter was only used once, for the reason for which I bought it: to move the plant in the first image (an Euphorbia canariensis) out of the smaller gray pot and into the larger brown pot. Near the top of the gray pot, the strap was positioned just below the bottom ridge. At that time, the pot's diameter was 21 inches, making its calculated circumference 66 inches, or 5.5 feet. I was worried that the pot with the plant inside may tip over to the left or right and tumble to the ground due to the top-heavy nature of the load. Even though it was only elevated a foot off the ground and moved only two feet to fit it into a low cart, it turned out not to be an issue.Without the Pro-Lifter, we would not have been able to lift the pot. Due to the plant's spread being significantly broader than the pot and its enormous weight, inability to grasp the rim, and sticker-studded branches that are too rigid to tie back and will abundantly bleed latex sap at the slightest injury, one could not stand close enough to lift it.I am certain that the maker of the Pot-Lifter shorten the flexible straps at some stage during production. Based on my personal knowledge and my observation of the third photo, which shows a tree being pulled out of a 30- to 36-inch nursery box, I draw this conclusion. The horizontal straps encircle the box, which has an 8-foot circumference and sides that are roughly 24 inches wide on each. The lengths of the hand/lifting straps in the picture are roughly the same as when my pot was lifted at its 5.5-foot circumference. Conclusion: Although Pro-Lifter is easy to use and DOES function, it might not be able to raise YOUR huge pot.In addition, Pro-Lifter is sold on Amazon in 2 variants, the other of which is rated for less weight and costs around half as much as this type.

Every year, collecting nuts from our two pecan trees in the backyard is such a taxing job on the back. I have an older model of this that does not roll but picks up pecans when you push it against them. I knew I had to get this rolling kind as soon as I saw it.Anyone who has ever harvested pecans is familiar with the trouble of digging through leaves to find them and how tiring it may be to bend over repeatedly.I'm convinced that a lot more pecans will be collected with this gatherer because the metal roller portion of it is much larger than the older-style metal pecan picker upper I own (which does not roll). The metal wires do not appear to be at all weak and seem sturdy enough to last for several years, as I have observed. I'm excited to use this this fall and winter to collect all the pecans that fall because it's extremely simple to roll (probably will be quicker and more efficient, less painful than last year). This is worth a try for the price and considering how terrible my back is during pecan season.

In California, where I once lived, changing leaves were both beautiful and possibly an energetic activity done twice a year. Now that I reside in North Carolina, leaf-peeping is a lucrative business. A billion leaves fall here annually, and at least half of them land in my yard. Being in the South, I've heard the leaves need to be removed right away to prevent me from personally lowering the value of nearby real estate. This is a task that must be done week after week throughout the fall, spring, and summer for the more obstinate leaves. We wind up with big mounds of leaves after raking or blowing. You pick up and rake. Rake and collect. Rake, sweep, and pick up. Of course, you drop half of what you rake with each pick-up.But not with these leaf scoops; they not only take up and firmly grip anything you touch, but they also pick up the dirt and debris from the leaves. These scoops, operated by my deft hands, complete the work rather than forcing leaves against a rake and lifting gently into the yard rubbish while bonking your head on the rake handle. Them, I ADORE.You may use them similarly to leaf spatulas by using one to scrape the leaves off your shrubs and hedges while using the other to grab the debris before putting it in the yard bag. Rakes don't harm your hard-won plants, but they are now mostly leafless, yay! You can avoid using your hands or a rake by using the leaf scoops to tap down the yard trash in the bag (which pulls out half of what you stuck in). After two hours of labor, I'm no longer in the yard, pondering the pointlessness of it all. (These days, I only do that after doing the laundry.)The leaf scoops are the best part since they add one more tool between you and the leaves. North Carolina is moist, full of fungus, mold, turtles, lizards, toads, ticks, and giant bugs in addition to all these incredibly gorgeous trees. Gloves are great, but having a beautiful, robust piece of plastic between you and an animal, a mass of rotting, moist leaves matted together, or unidentified fungus components is quite helpful.Get these if you rake. I can't believe I spent a lifetime in California without leaves, but eight years here drowning in them.

Guide helps restore edge on garden tools such as shears, hoes, and shovels
Easily sharpen dull, slow-cutting chain saw blades
Lawn mower guide provides optimal sharpening angle for all lawn mower blades
Easily screws on to your rotary tool in place of the tool's housing cap
$234
So this is a terrific purchase that performs admirably on standard lawn mowers, which is what I bought it for. But it doesn't function on my grandfather's 60 "Therefore, keep this in mind as you might need to alter the blade guide if you have commercial blades that are thick (commercial zero turn versus typical domestic mowers).Work perfectly on my 42 "(Yes, I'm cheap compared to my grandfather; hehe.) residential riding mower Since I don't have any of those kinds of tools to sharpen, I haven't used the other sharpening attachments. It sharpens pretty well and performs better on the blades it works on than a bench grinder. I'm allegedly bad with a bench grinder because you have to be careful with the angle or you'll round off the blade, which is annoying. With the use of this equipment, you can determine the angle and keep track of how much work you've put into balancing the blades during the sharpening process on each side.Accuracy received just four instead of five stars because to the heavy blade, but for domestic users, it is unquestionably a five-star product—just not as well as certain commercial mowers.

I adore cultivating plants. I consequently made the decision to start working with some bonsai. But a strong start was required.Your strong beginning will be this very moment. Everything you require for the first several weeks or so is included in the bundle. To start the seeds for your soon-to-be-dwarfed trees, use biodegradable containers. Expandable soil pans that may be adjusted to fit each pot's needs. And a good number of seeds, four different kinds, to start your new hobby.I haven't had an opportunity to use the clippers that came with the box because I'm still in the first month of growing the aforementioned seeds. They seem well-kept. I won't sacrifice a finger to evaluate the performance of these clippers. You will have to hold off till I update this review. This bundle includes a pamphlet that displays your future miniature trees. The fact that the trees come from various regions is something I really appreciate. An ordinary Christmas tree is a Nordic spruce. Flame Tree, a vibrant tree that grows in Madagascar. The Rocky Mountain Bristlecone Pine and the Black Poui, a South American tree with blue blossoms.Planter's Choice, the vendor, emails you to follow up on your order. They support your new pastime and work to make sure you are happy with your accomplishments. They also provided me advice on how to cultivate my trees, something I should have considered because I enjoy cooking. In order to water your plants, use a toothpick. If the toothpick from the soil changes the next day after watering, your seeds have adequate moisture to germinate. I'll admit that lately I've been cultivating some succulents, and this tip helped me get back on track. After all, these are trees. When specific care is required, the seller reacts quickly to offer assistance. These folks deserve major kudos for that.Yes, you are welcome to experiment with bonsai using local tree seeds. But here, you'll discover a wide range of options and excellent support for your new pastime. If you want to begin bonsai, I highly suggest this.I've added a picture of my growing Rocky Mountain Pine Cones. Did I mention that it also offers a fantastic subject for your passion of photography?

SPREADINGS: October 17, 2018 I can't give a review that is 100% accurate right now because I'm still in the early stages of this project (nothing has sprouted yet). I can say, however, that some kind of microfungus has started to grow over the top layer of the soil, whether this is because of my water source (a regular tap) or the soil itself. This fungus is visible to the naked eye, but I lack a camera that would allow me to demonstrate this. Although the bonsai seeds appear to be miniature versions of "Leucocoprinus birnbaumii" or the "Plantpot Dapperling," a common house plant infection, I do not believe it to be harmful to the bonsai seeds. However, this could indicate that the soil sent out by this company may be contaminated with some sort of fungal spore.Despite the spores, I am having fun, and I sincerely hope I can continue to do so even when the bonsais start to sprout and develop into lovely tiny trees.

I bought this Emsco rake to assist me rake mulch into my flower beds. This rake was perfect because I needed something with a smaller breadth but enough strength to complete the operation. The broad, sturdy plastic head is more than capable of spreading mulch, despite the fact that the handle is shorter than that of a full-sized rake. A substantial metal staple that has so far proven robust holds the head to a wood handle. This rake, in my opinion, would be excellent for spreading mulch, getting under shrubs, or in places where there isn't much space to move a full-sized rake. Additionally, this will be an excellent option if you're searching for a rake for a child because it's kid-sized and they'd be able to actually assist out because this is a real lawn equipment and not just some flimsy toy. Good fortune.
