Curaseb Chlorhexidine Wipes – 50 Pads, For Dogs & Cats – Antifungal, Antibacterial & Anti Yeast – Treats Ringworm, Pyoderma, Acne & Hot Spots – Broad Spectrum Veterinary Formula Review:

FINALLY! A product that WORKS! My dog has severe canine acne under his chin. If he bumped his chin or you scratch under his chin, it would pop something and start bleeding. It was almost always infected. After trying everything, from peroxide, cleansing wipes, Neosporin, witch hazel, I was about to give up completely and have to take him to the vet. I stumbled across an article on Facebook that listed things you should have for dog on hand, and this was one of the products. I very hesitantly ordered, thinking here we go again, another waste of money. But alas, it WORKS. It has a pleasant smell so it doesn't bother you or your pup. It comes in thin pads so you aren't overusing and ending up wasting more than you need. I thought being the ingredients it would sting or hurt him, but he didn't seem to be bothered, and actually he allowed me to wipe without fuss after the first time, he knew it was working and giving him relief! Within a day, there was already signs of clearing up. I used only once a day, rather than twice a day, and within 5 days his chin is completely cleared up. This product delivers on everything it claims. MUST have! I really wish I did "before and after' pictures!

ZYMOX Pet King Brand Otic Pet Ear Treatment with Hydrocortisone Review:

Since we adopted her as a puppy my poor Sophie (now two years old) has had chronic yeast infections in her ears, which then spread to her paws (due to the itching). We have tried EVERYTHING; new food(s), medications (drops/shots/pills), cleaning treatments... you name it, we've done it. And they all worked... for a few days to a few weeks, then she would head right back down hill... I felt like the worst dog mom in the world!
Finally in my desperation I searched "dog ear yeast infection" on Amazon, and low and behold Zymox shows up! Now I am a bit of a review fanatic... I scour them all, and to be honest I almost didn't try Zymox because I was a bit skeptical about so many positive reviews (crazy, I know), especially since this seems to go against what our veterinarian was telling us. The instructions on the Zymox recommend not pre-washing the ear... are you serious!?! How is a dirty ear supposed to help my poor puppy!? But in my desperation I decided a few more "wasted" dollars (and less of a fight over ear cleaning) wouldn't hurt, and what the heck, we had tried everything else.
I AM SO GLAD I GAVE ZYMOX A CHANCE!!! I followed the directions and treated her ear everyday for two weeks... the first few days we really didn't notice anything, but I wasn't willing to give up hope. After about day 4 I noticed that she wasn't itching very often and the inside of her ears wasn't bright red anymore! After day 7 her ears were a healthy pink and she was literally running over to have the Zymox put into her ears... that right there told me it must be working, I had never seen her excited for ear drops!
By day 14 her ears were a healthy pink, they no long smelled like "dead fish" (a smell I never thought would go away - from the yeast infections), she was no longer incessantly licking and chewing on her paws - which she was doing because the yeast infection was transferring to them from itching her ears.
We have been using this product for over a year now, after the initial 14 days I have only had a to use it about once a month (or less) and then for only a few days at a time - I use it when I notice her ears getting a little red, and use it just until her ears return to normal. She now recognizes the bottle and still comes running over to have her "drops" put in - this stuff is seriously awesome and I cannot recommend it enough. If you have a pet that has been suffering from yeast infections, give this a shot - my guess is it will work for you too!

Virbac Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleaner, 8 oz Review:

This ear cleaning solution has been amazing. I've got a mini English Bulldog who has the floppiest biggest ears you've ever seen for a bully (her photo is here so you can see) which of course leads to dirty ears constantly. Prior to this product I was using Zymox which seemed to be doing the job but required a lot of work on my end to actually dig and clean out the wax. Despite regular cleaning with that solution, she was still getting ear infections so I took her to the vet. My vet recommended Virbac as she said it gets more "sudsy" and will really clean out the canal. She recommended doing it 2-3 times at a time, per day, letting her shake it out on her own after each time, then digging out with q-tips/cottonballs. When her ears completely clear up, and then downgrade from there. I thought 'oh crap, I can barely pin her down for once let alone 2-3 times!' As soon as this stuff came in the mail I gave it a go and WOW. My bully didn't run away from me and really just laid down and let me pour this solution in her ears, so it's definitely got something better going on just for that! She did the first shake of the head and SO MUCH CRAP fell out I was shocked. So I followed the routine of my vet and it's only been a week of doing this and she's got the cleanest ears I've ever seen her have. Does it smell? Sure, but it's not awful, and it comes down to what is best for my dog and cleaning her ears with this stuff is the best. I am so happy to have been told about this since it will reduce ear infections and prescription ear cleaners/drops/meds!

Zymox Plus Otic-HC Advanced Formula (1.25 oz) Review:

I have been battling chronic ear infections with a rescue German Shepherd since we got her 3 years ago. Nothing seems to work! Changing food, allergy meds, antibiotics.. nothing!
I finally gave up taking her to the vet every other month and decided to try this after some failed home remedy attempts. This stuff works!!!!! I literally can not say that enough! I even missed a few days during her 14 day treatment and left it to “simmer” (lol) for a few days after the 14 Days was up. I was not expecting much and expected to clean a bunch of gunk out of her ears after it was all said and done. Holy crap! Almost nothing!! There was barely anything in there even after 2 weeks of not cleaning and not even cleaning beforehand. It says to not clean ears before treatment and we were in the throws of a raging ear infection at the start so there was a TON of debri and nastiness in her ears. It dissolved almost everything and when I cleaned her ears after the treatment, I was literally in shock. I couldn’t believe it. I FaceTimed my husband and showed him because I couldn’t believe it. Chronic ear infections may finally be beat!! I plan to use this as a preventative once a month or something so wish us luck!

Zymox Ear Solution with 0.5-Percent Hydrocortisone, 1.25-Ounce Review:

I've spent severa hundred dollars taking my Boston Terrier to the vet for his ear infections. His ears get really red, smelly, with a waxy brown discharge, and they itch so bad he scratches them until they bleed. It was literally so bad he would yelp in pain anytime someone touched him near his ears.
During this time, vet prescribed some antiobiotic drops that did nothing, so we went back, got more medicine that seemed to help for about a week, and the problem came right back. Desperate, I decided to do my own research and saw the great reviews for this product on Amazon, so I decided to try it.
I applied the drops once a day and after three days, his ears were normal. I continued to apply for three more days, just to kill off any lingering nasties. That was about a month ago, and so far, so good. No more gross ears.
I should mention my dog has a grain intolerance and must eat grain free food. And I'm not one of those people that think grain is evil--I eat it myself. It took us months to figure out the grain based food was causing him to get red, irritated, itchy skin... so bad he scratched nearly all the time. The grain free food stopped the skin problems but not the ear problems.
If your dog is having similar issues, this medicine is worth a try. And it costs less than an office visit charge for the vet.

VetWELL Dog Ear Wipes - Otic Cleaning Wipes for Infections and Controlling Yeast, Mites and Odor in Pets - EarWELL 100 Count Review:

The EarWell dog ear cleaning wipes are fantastic. My 8 month old tracie dog likes to play hard and gets pretty dirty. These wipes are a quick and easy way to get your dogs ear clean, gently and affectively. It leaves my dogs ears smelling clean and fresh, which is a nice change. Because they are pads that are pre-moistened, this product is easy to use, and requires no additional cotton balls or swabs. These allow you to gently wipe out the outer flap of your dog's ears. I also like how easy it is to close the jar tightly, which keeps the product fresh and ready to use for the next time. I can't recommend this product enough if you are looking for a quick and easy way to gently keep your pets years clean and prevent dirt buildup and infection.

EcoEars | Natural Dog Ear Cleaner - Infection Formula for Itch, Head Shaking, Discharge & Smell. Multi-Symptom Ear Treatment Cleans Away Most Dog Ear Problems. No Chemicals or Drugs-100% Guaranteed Review:

One of my dogs has had ear infections for her whole life. I have gone through the long gambit of buying every oily, expensive, messy Rx sold by Vets, for seven years, without ANY long term cure. Even getting the dog's ears irrigated (under sedation) at the Vet did not cure it. The yeasty ear infection in one ear always returned. THIS EcoEars product finally cleaned it up.

I have had perfect results with this product. This really cleans the gunk out of the ears like NOTHING I have ever used!. That is the first step to getting rid of a chronic, long-standing ear infection. Whatever you use is not going to cure the infection until the gunk and residue is out of the ear.

1. If your dog's ear are raw and inflamed on the outside from scratching, I would NOT put this on the outside raw areas AT FIRST. I would coat the EXTERIOR outside raw areas with vaseline, or a bit of triple antibiotic cream, to soothe them. THEN apply this product inside the ears. After a couple of days-- when the scratching stops-- I would clean the vaseline off with a warm wet paper towel, dry the ear, then apply EcoEars all over the inside flap of the ear and down into the ear. (I had a new scratch on my hand when I used it and could feel it burn. This step saves the dog from further misery.)

2. GENTLY massage the ear to keep the product inside as long as possible. Then put a big cotton ball in the ear canal opening (do NOT push the cotton down too far) and let her loose to shake the ears. I recommend doing this outside if you can! The cotton ball will catch some of the mess. Gently dab any loose gunk that comes out when your dog is finished shaking. Check the ears, and be sure the cotton balls are out of the ear at this point.

3. After several days, or even a week or two, depending on the severity of the infection OR once the ear is clean and you can't smell that yeasty odor, I recommend switching to ZYMOX OTIC HC 1.0% for a couple of weeks. The Zymox Otic product will help balance the pH and the enzymes will be able to do their job on the now clean ear. It is an oily gentle product.

4. REPEAT as needed. If your dog has long-standing, reoccurring ear infections, you will have to be vigilant and repeat these steps until the ears are clean and healthy again. It is very difficult, I know. My tendency is to stop as soon as the dog gets relief. Now I leave the the two products out on a table with a big bag of cotton balls so I am constantly reminded to keep it up. (Be sure to buy 100% cotton balls, and not the "cosmetic cotton balls" that often have synthetics added that can irritate the ears even further.

As long as I have dogs, I will never be without this EcoEars Dog Cleaner and the ZYMOX OTIC HC 1.0%. I can't recommend BOTH of them enough. Together they have fixed a seven year ear infection!

VetWELL Cat and Dog Ear Cleaner - Otic Rinse for Infections and Controlling Yeast, Mites and Odor in Pets - 8 oz Review:

I just adopted a sweet kitten from our local shelter. She came home with really dirty ears. She could have had mites so I treated/cleaned her ears every day with what I bought from the vet's office. Instead of getting better, she was getting worse and it soon turned into infections in both her ears. After reading reviews about EarWell I figured it would be my last attempt before taking her into the vet for an expensive exam and meds. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! She is on day 2 of cleaning her ears, as instructed, with EarWell and I notice a huge improvement already!! Her poor ears were horrible. Her first cleaning it was as if the gunk would never end that came out her ears. But she must have felt better after the first tike because she sat like an angel for me every cleaning after that. Can't wait to see what her results will be after one week of cleanings. The only regret I have is not taking pictures of her ears before I started using this with her. But going from crusted, dark wax gunk up the wahzoo and irritated ears to where she is now on day two, I'm completely confident she'll be all better soon thanks to this amazing product!!!! Thank you Vetwell!!! And this is customer NOT paid to leave this review. Just wanted to share the good news just in case it helps other's debating on buying this for their fur baby 😃

Gold Medal Groomers Ear Powder (30 Grams) Review:

This product really worked well for my dog. A couple of months ago, I noticed my dog was shaking his head, and scratching his ear until it got bloody. I tried a vinegar peroxide flush on his ear, and a whole bunch of wax washed out, and his ear was wet and raw and very smelly. I went on every two or three days with this type of flush, but his ear did not get any better. I then did some reading and saw this product, and decided to give it a try. I purchased this product, the combination dry ear lotion, and a dog ear powder. I noticed improvement after the first treatment. However, I still have to put the cone collar on the dog to prevent him from over scratching his ear to this day. After several months, I only have to use the three product treatment about once or at most twice a week. His ears are now flushed with a dilute warm water vinegar using a plastic bulb tip applicator several times, followed by the wash cleaner, dry lotion, and powder. I'm happy to report both his ears have a nice, healthy color, do not flush out loads of wax, and do not have any foul odor. The dog is happy, and I believe this combo has fixed up his ears without the expense of a vet. I'm very pleased with this product. It worked well for my dog, and it never irritated his ears. The product (s) have a nice clove smell that is pleasing as well. Strongly recommended.

Zymox Ear Cleanser With Bio-Active Enzymes, 4 oz. Review:

The only line of products I’ll ever use! I have a German Shepherd I got from a shelter 4 years ago. When we got her, she had an ear infection so we treated it. $250 at the vet later, it came back. We fought chronic infections for the next 3 1/2 years. It was never more than 2-3 months before they came back. We were out of options and started treating at home with natural remedies. Still, nothing worked! We have Zymox products a try, thinking I was just wasting more money. We bought the Zymox Advanced Otic Plus solution because it was the highest strength available. We treated for 4 weeks straight. The recommended length is 7 days or 14 days for chronic infections. We decided to treat extra because we’ve been fighting infectionsfor so long. After the treatment, we left the ears alone for 3-4 days and ordered the Zymox Ear Cleaner. We cleaned and cleaned the ears and they have never looked so clean! Normally, her ears are dark and discoloured because of the infections and scratching but they are now nice and pink and normal looking. We’ve been cleaning daily with the Ear Cleaner for about 2 weeks now but everyday, nothing comes out but maybe a little waxy stuff. I missed a few days and I was honestly flabbergasted that her ears were still clean when we started back. I have ran out of options and didn’t have $2000 more to spend on more ear treatments at the vet. I spent about $100 between the two bottles of Otic Plus solution and two bottles of Ear Cleaner. Best $100 I’ve spent on this dog! If your dog has suffered like mine, give this a shot!!! I’m not paid to give this review, I’m just an estatic momma that wants to spread our experience.
