As long as the antlers are not treated with any chemicals or pesticides, they should be safe for dogs to chew. Antlers are a good source of calcium and other minerals, and can help keep dogs' teeth clean.
Bully sticks are a type of chew toy that is made from the dried and processed penises of bulls. They are a popular choice for dogs because they are high in protein and low in fat. Bully sticks can be beneficial for dogs because they help to keep their teeth clean and their gums healthy. Chewing on bully sticks can also help to relieve boredom and stress in dogs. However, bully sticks can pose a choking hazard and should be supervised when given to dogs.
Pig ears are a popular treat for dogs, but are they actually good for them? The answer is yes and no. Pig ears are high in fat, which can be bad for dogs if they eat too many of them. They can also be a choking hazard. However, pig ears can also help clean your dog's teeth and provide them with some essential nutrients. So, if you give your dog pig ears in moderation, they can be a healthy treat.
Pig ears are safe for dogs as long as they are given in moderation. Just like any other treat, pig ears should only make up 10% of your dog's diet. Too many pig ears can lead to obesity and other health problems. When feeding your dog a pig ear, make sure to supervise them and throw away the ear when it starts to get small.

My dog adores this toy. She still just wants to play with this toy that I gave her for Christmas. She typically grows sick of toys in a week. She still adores her hedgehogs after nearly four weeks have passed. She figured out how to remove the toys quite quickly. It used to keep her occupied for a while, but now she can get them all out in about 10 seconds. She has improved greatly in her ability to extract the hedgehog. She wants me to reload them since she still enjoys playing with them. They are constantly dispersed over the house when I return home even though I make care to load them before I leave for work in the morning. To change things up, I can also put different toys in the den. Although my Maltipoo believes it to be the best, I'm not sure if all dogs would appreciate this toy. In the future, I'll purchase more toys from Zippy Paws.

The absolute best thing for my aging cat! My 16-year-old tabby had numerous heart problems, and I learned about this toy from friends who were using it for their dog. Since my cat rests on my chest most nights and likes to hear my heartbeat, I made the decision to get one for her. Since the "heartbeat cat" is $10 more expensive and my cat is unlikely to notice the difference, I opted to purchase the dog version instead. It is quite cozy and calming. The plastic heartbeat monitor can be removed from the stomach's Velcro bag. The heartbeat component uses two AAA batteries, which really last two weeks of continuous "heart beating." I really liked that it had an easy-to-replace battery type instead of some complicated, difficult-to-find watch battery, etc. To open the heartbeat and remove the tape so the batteries can connect, you will need a little screwdriver. When the heartbeat is reinserted into the stuffed animal's stomach, it actually feels like a real heartbeat! My senior cat, who has heart troubles, rests next to this on my bed all day and it has greatly helped her stay comfortable and maintain the proper blood pressure levels. Additionally, it is good to keep her company while I am at work each day for eight hours. The best investment I could have made for her latter years. HIGHLY advise.

Since Layla is so small, I'm relieved that it's smaller than I initially expected. She started to become thrilled when I opened the package. She picked it up and ran off after I dropped it on the ground. Lol. She finds it enjoyable! I really like this toy!

My one-year-old pitbull mix is an extremely powerful chewer. I purchased this after reading numerous reviews and deciding that, despite the likelihood that it will be destroyed, he would enjoy it for the time being. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this toy lasted a few months with a little monitoring. He adores this toy so much! The squirrels are a good size to toss around for a game of catch and are the ideal size for him to carry around in his mouth. If left alone, he will definitely destroy this toy in under a minute. However, they lasted quite a long when we used it with him, hiding the squirrels repeatedly and tossing them in the air for him to catch, and then putting it away after playtime. It is clear that chewing will destroy this toy, but interactive play and adult supervision make it enjoyable and slightly more durable. The seams on the squirrels are numerous, and they are simple to rip apart. Not a large mess, but there isn't really much stuffing, so there is a mess. If your dog likes to kill items that squeak, be aware that the squeaker is simply stuck in there with the stuffing without any further strength or protection. I like that replacement squirrels are readily available and reasonably priced.Although there is some shredding at the holes from the dog repeatedly poking his nose inside the tree stump, it has generally held up nicely. It would be great to add some additional reinforcement around the openings to make this last even longer. In conclusion, I believe that most dogs would adore this toy, and if you're ready to monitor the play, you should definitely purchase it. This is definitely not the ideal option, though, if your dog is a heavy chewer and you want something you can keep out for them to play with whenever they want.

Why would a business bother to make such adorable toys, brand them, and then insert flimsy squeekers inside them? I bought two bags of these toys for my daughters for Christmas, and within a few days, we were sorting them into those that still had some squeaker in them and those that I would need to replace. My daughters weigh just 7 and 9 pounds. Please install better noisemakers; I'm sick of purchasing toys, then going out and buying a bag of squeakers to fix them a day or two later for my daughters.Update: The stitching on the majority of the toys has separated. These toys are pricey; I won't be purchasing them again.

My energetic yorkie has no access to dog parks or longer walks than a few minutes before being soaked and becoming more irritable than when she started on cold, rainy Oregon days that turn into months. Since we can't afford to get her another friend, I've been looking through a lot of possibilities to find an engaging, responsive, active toy that would keep her interested much like a real animal would. This toy is the most lifelike, naturally active toy I've discovered that she can bite and kill with loud whimpering noises at the end (along with petsmart, Petco, and pet cabana). My husband and I detest the loud, distressing cries of injured animals, but like most children, our children quickly come to love the louder, more obnoxious ones. If you want to employ a larger dog that is more violent, they also provide replacement fur coverings, but my tiny yorkie prefers to watch him bark until he responds and ounce on him while twitching her whole body with fascination. You can also turn the noise off at bedtime, but remember to turn it back on when you leave for work or school so they may play and have fun without you rather than chew on things they shouldn't or bark nonstop out of boredom, loneliness, and anxiety. Wish this brand offered more products like it, however for the time being, it is my furchild's best buddy till the sun restores her close buddies and the grass she enjoys playing in without the muddy mess.
Many people choose to give their dogs stuffed animals, but is this really the best option? While it may seem like a harmless way to provide your dog with some extra love and comfort, there are actually some risks associated with stuffed animals. For one, stuffed animals are often made with small parts that can easily be swallowed or chewed off. If ingested, these small parts can cause serious health problems for your dog. In addition, stuffed animals often have hard seams that can irritate your dog's skin or even cause cuts. So, while stuffed animals may seem like a
Teddy bears are often given to children as a gift, but did you know that they can also be given to dogs? Teddy bears are good for dogs because they provide them with comfort and companionship. Dogs can become attached to their teddy bears and see them as a best friend. If your dog is feeling lonely or anxious, a teddy bear can help to ease their feelings.
Too many toys can overstimulate dogs and lead to behavioral problems. Dogs need stimulation, but too much of it can be overwhelming. When choosing toys for your dog, consider their personality and energy level. Choose toys that will provide them with the right amount of stimulation.
Dogs may be drawn to stuffed animals that are larger than life, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they like them. In fact, some dogs may be scared of large stuffed animals, especially if they are unfamiliar with them. If you have a large stuffed animal that your dog seems interested in, start by letting them sniff it and get comfortable with it before trying to play with it.
Many people believe that dogs enjoy sleeping with stuffed animals because they provide comfort and security. It is thought that the smell of the animal helps to calm the dog and make them feel safe. Additionally, the soft texture of the stuffed animal can be soothing to the dog.
Yes, it's possible that your dog sees her toy as her baby. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's important to make sure that your dog is getting enough attention and exercise. If she's fixated on her toy to the point where she's ignoring you or other family members, that's not healthy.
