Best Digital Camera Accessory Kits in 2020

Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens + Pixibytes Exclusive Microfiber Cleaning Cloth Review:

I purchased this for a martial arts demo shoot in front of green-screen (amateur experiment, I'm a video guy). Of course, this was the entry-level "taste" of what good lenses can do for you. Just like my first taste of good single-malt scotch ruined cheap booze for me, I can never go back to kit lenses or zooms after this.

For anyone ready to move past their kits, this is an inexpensive way to experience better glass. You won't go back either. Just be wary of too wide aperture and where you are focused. You can lose that point quickly if your subject moves a lot (like a karate shoot) but you will love what you can do with less mobile subjects when the background melts away yet their flyaway hairs are still sharp.

Action Camera Accessories Kit for Gopro Hero 8 7 6 5 4 3 Hero Session 5 Black SJ4000 5000 6000 Xiaomi Yi DJI AKASO Campark with Case Review:

I wanted to buy I bought a couple of accessories for our gopro. But as I was looking, this accessories kit seemed to be the best option since it's inexpensive and there are a lot of accessories included. It comes with a nice case that has room for a couple of accessories. The camera case is semi had and protects the camera well. There is a nice little tripod I mainly needed to buy a handle mount for my husbands gopro and wanted it to be a surprise, so I had no one to ask for advice. This is the perfect all accessory kit you can ask for. The handle mounts are adjustable lengths which is great for his snowboarding runs. The head gear is a plus! When I was looking at everything separately, it all costs more separately, so I figured I'd buy the set, which comes with a lot of extras for my husband to figure out on his own. It's worth the money if you need basic accessories like mounts, plus it all stores into the case it comes in. The only thing is, there is a strong plastic chemical smell when you open it, but after I let it air out, the smell went away.

Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Prime Lens for Sony E-Mount w/ 64GB Extreme PRO Bundle Review:

For the price, you can’t beat this lens. It’s super fast at f1.4. It’s one of the sharpest lens available. Not having OSS isn’t that big of a deal honestly. Not when you’re paying so little for a lens this good. 30mm basically becomes a nifty 50 on a crop sensor so the lens is extremely versatile. The build quality is great, doesn’t fee cheap at all and it isn’t too heavy. For not being a native Sony lens, the autofocus is still pretty fast. On my a6400, the autofocus is great even on video. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. The extras that come with it is just icing on the cake.

Sigma 30mm F1.4 Contemporary DC DN Lens for Sony E Mount Cameras with Essential Photo and Travel Bundle Review:

I tested this lens on a Sony a6000, the attached photos are unedited. I had been looking for a medium range lens to round out my standard array of prime lenses. Having used the Sigma 30mm I'd have to say I'm very happy with the purchase.

The focal length and wide aperture provide a lot of flexibility for all types of shoots, ranging from portraits to landscapes. Seems to work well in bright light as well as low light situations, although I haven't tested the latter extensively. The lens is sharp on-center with limited falloff toward the edges. I haven't noticed any vignetting or color casting. There is a bit of chromatic aberration on bright reflections, but much less than on my Sony 50mm f1.8. The auto focus also works quickly and I'm satisfied with the construction of the lens. This kit with the added accessories is also nice, especially the inclusion of a couple filters of surprising quality. I've been using the polarizing filter quite a bit.

There are a few negatives, but certainly nothing that would prevent me from buying this lens again. This lens can get very, very sharp with manual focus but AF leaves a bit of sharpness on the table, which I find a little annoying. Also, the colors aren't the most vibrant and I end up doing quite a bit of retouching.

Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Sony E Mount Cameras with Altura Photo Essential Accessory and Travel Bundle Review:

I contemplated purchasing this lens for weeks even after reading all of the reviews saying to stop thinking and buy it... after receiving my package and getting out with my newest addition, I regret waiting those extra weeks! I purchased the Sony a6300 with the 16-50mm and 55-210mm kit lenses in December of 2018. After getting familiar with them and loving the 55-210, I wanted something wide angle hoping to get into astrophotography when the sky clears up. I bought the Samyang 12mm but quickly could tell it didn't give the quality pictures that I was hoping for and the distortion is too noticable for daily use. Needless to say, this 16mm sigma was my first prime lens and I'm already blown away by the quality of the photos and great low light capabilities. Keep in mind, the a6000 and a6300 dont have IBIS and this lens doesn't have built in stabilization. It does take some extra thought and care behind your photos (mostly in dimly lit scenes) but it still performs very well. I'm looking forward to getting some nighttime cityscape shots and astrophotography soon. The other items in this bundle will all come in handy as well! The monopod seems to be really good quality, I love the cleaning kit, and the uv filter, though not super expensive quality, is perfectly capable of keeping the glass clean and doesn't reduce the quality of your photos by any means! Very, very worth the price for such a full, good quality bundle! I cannot recomend this bundle, lens, and company enough!!!!!!!

Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Sony E-Mount with 64GB Extreme PRO Bundle Review:

My title pretty much sums up what I think of the lens. It’s amazing. A bit heavier than my Sony 50mm 1.8 but not crazy heavy. Image quality is top notch and the 1.4 aperture makes taking photo and video possible in lighting conditions they shouldnt be possible in. Like seriously, it’s crazy! I went from 3 lights and wanting more to one light and needing less. I shoot 100 iso 1/60 at 1.4 for my YouTube videos indoors with one Neewer adjustable light. At 1.8 with my Sony lens it was closer to 250 or 320, so that gives you an idea how much lower your iso can be even from that small of a jump. Bokeh is good even at the wide focal length. Not as much as my 50 but pretty close. I pretty much use just these two in my Videography and photography and they’re really all ive needed so far. Very sharp lens. Comparable to native Sony lenses in auto focus and video. It doesn’t have OSS but it works well enough with a gimbal or on a tripod. Don’t expect to handheld this without ibis for video but for photo it works perfectly well for the alpha 6000. I would buy this lens again no question

Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens + 3pc Filter Kit + Lens Pen + Blower + Hood + Lens Pouch + Cap Keeper Review:

Alright so just to start off I'm very new at the whole DSLR scene I've been playing with a friends 50 prime previously so I figured i'd just get one of my own.

The current price for a 50 Prime on Amazon is $110.00 this bundle was $125.00 I figured since I didn't have the other essentials this might be a good deal for me so I went for it.

Once I opened the package I went for the Vivitar Lens Protectors / Filters. When I purchased this bundle on Amazon I figured it would just be something cheap but the fact you get everything here it was worth it to me. The Vivitar Lens Filters are actually pretty nice it looked durable and it even came with a carrying bag. The fitment was good, of course the camera threading is somewhat narrow so you just have to try it. The Hood also fits with all of it but with the hood installed the lens cover can't catch on anything instead its just barely gripping the inside of the hood to release. There is another ring around the hood threads I think its just to keep its distance or to space it out but that part feels very cheap. Everything else is as it says. the bag however is a bit oversized.

Once you open the outer box its obvious that the lens is the most expensive item there. It comes in its original Canon Box and as I opened it everything was just as it would if you bought it at a retail store, in pristine condition.

If you're looking to get this bundle to add a couple of accessories to your gear than definitely go for it. The 50 Prime is an awesome lens that can give you that depth of field look you want out of your shots.

So after using the camera for a while I noticed something, and I got my friends 50' to test out as well. It seems that the UV Filter causes some lens flare. It's not a huge issue but it seems that it does distort the images. Just be aware if you are using the UV filter it might have some issues with reflections / refractions from light sources.

Leknes 59-in-1 Camera Accessory Kit for GoPro Hero 7 6 5 Session 4 3+ 3 2 1 Black Silver SJ4000/ SJ5000/ SJ6000 DBPOWER AKASO Xiaomi Yi APEMAN WiMiUS Lightdow Review:

I think the best way to describe this kit is to review every piece individually, so that's what I'll do

Let's start with the case. The case is fine; it's a good way to keep everything together and protected from scratches. It is not very crush resistant, and mine arrived with a compressed foam lining, but it still works just fine to hold the pieces together. It is durable enough for the kind of use you'd expect, so no complaints here.

Next are the harnesses and clamps:
The chest strap is perfectly fine. Adjustments are easy, and there are a lot of them, so that's definitely a plus. I'd say it will comfortably fit someone that wears an American size large shirt. My only concern here is that the plastic clip rubs against the plastic mounting plate, and I suspect this might make a bit of noise in a video; it's pretty tight though, so this likely isn't a problem.

The head strap is also fine; it works just like the official headstrap does, so no complaints here either.

The wrist strap is actually pretty cool; it has a way to lock the strap down to prevent it from coming loose. The turn table also has a lock on it that works well. (make sure to push the lock in all the way) The adjustment range is pretty good; it ranges from small to huge. It will be too big for a small child's wrist, but it won't have any problem fitting anyone bigger.

The "helmet strap mount" is ok, but I have learned from experience that the sticky pads are usually a better option provided you give them enough time to cure on their surface. So, again, no complaints here; you could safely use it if you needed to.

The rotary clip is a slightly different story. Personally, I've never found these mounts to be very useful. However, if you do find a use for this one, the clamping force is definitely enough to keep it in place. The rotating plate is pretty stiff as well which is good. There is a ring on the plate so that you can tie the piece down with string. My specific rotary clamp came with a tolerance issue on the mounting loops. The outer loop without the nut on it was a bit too thin, so tightening the GoPro down on it bent the loop inwards slightly. I was still able to get it tight, but just be aware this may cause damage in the long term.

The handlebar mount does what you'd expect. No complaints here.

And finally there's the suction cup mount. Again, it does what you'd expect. The suction on a flat piece of glass was quite good as long as you pushed it against the glass a bit before pushing the button down. The arms do ratchet as well as tighten with the screw, which is good.

Now for the selfie pole, floating grip, and tripod:
The selfie pole is pretty long, although it does flex and flop a bit when extended. You can use it as a mono-pod as well which is a nice little bonus. Just don't swing it around too hard or it might break.

The floating grip is good. It's pretty thick plastic so I don't have any worries of it breaking or puncturing. As always, it's still best that you tether the camera to you when there's a risk of losing it though.

The tripod is junk. It barely even stands up on its own; forget about putting a camera on it.

Finally, we have the miscellaneous bits and bobs:
The 2 tripod adapters are great pieces to have. Both of these are good, although it is a bit disappointing that they aren't different screw sizes. Anyways, no real complaints here.

The little clips and extension arms are also great to have. The ones included will get the job done just fine.

The screws are also completely serviceable. No complaints here either.

The wrench tool is actually more useful than I thought it would be. It really helps tighten everything down. Just don't over-tighten this stuff too much.

The sticky pads/mounts are likely the most useful pieces in this kit. The extra pads that are included are a nice addition to the kit; you can never have too many of these.

And finally there is the retention lanyard. I'm not sure I would trust it in extreme cases, but an extra point of contact is an extra point of contact...

Obviously, this kit isn't manufactured to the same standards as the official pieces are, but that's not the point. The point of this kit is so you can get extra pieces for a fraction of what the official ones would cost. The sticky mounts and suction cup alone are worth the money you'd pay for this. This kit is perfectly fine as long as you understand that you can't expect the same reliability from it as you would from official gear. As always, you get what you pay for.”

MOUNTDOG Action Camera Accessory Kit for Go Pro Hero 7 6 5 4 3+ 3 2 1 Hero Session 5 Black AKASO EK7000 Apeman SJ4000 DBPOWER Campark with Selfie Stick Tripod Straps Car Suction Accessories Review:

For the money you get a lot of accessories. I primarily wanted a head/helmet strap and a chest strap. There are a lot of connectors here that already came with my actioncam but it would have cost me as much to buy JUST the chest strap. I don’t really need a lot of the other stuff but I can see using some of them now and again and for the rest it’s always good to have spares. Some of the mounts are slightly bent/warped so they’re a little tight to connect but it’s not impossible and I’m sure this will resolve over time.

MOUNTDOG Action Camera Accessories Kit for GoPro Hero 7 6 5 4 3+ 3 2 1 Hero Session 5 Black Accessory Bundle Set for Yi AKASO Apeman SJ4000 DBPOWER WiMiUS Rollei QUMOX Campark Action Camera Accessory Review:

I bought this kit for 2 reasons. 1) It was inexpensive to purchase and included a lot of items 2) I wanted 5 things in the kit the rest of the items was just an added bonus if I bought what I wanted it would have been about 5 times the price. The camera case is semi had and protects the camera well. There is a nice little tripod for the camera with multiple directional adjustments. There is a selfie stick also with multiple adjustments and extends very far!! It also comes with a bright yellow floating bulb so your camera wont sink. I also wanted the head gear camera mount for hands free use. I also got the car mount as well perfect for my use when driving Uber to record what happens.Everything I got is well made and functions properly. There are also numerous other extra parts that you need as well. This is a great kit and WELL WORTH THE MONEY for what you get.
