After reading a review of Jack's Cooking show on YouTube, I bought this. The variety and quality of the cheese sampler really impressed me. Although subtle, the flavors were unique. My four family members and I enjoyed a great cheese tasting party, and I am now picking up additional family members who are dropping over. Attempting to describe what we tasted was enjoyable. It was enjoyable to gauge everyone's response and learn what they found most enjoyable. My family's favorites were SeaHive and Big John's Cajun, then Apple Walnut Smoked and Promontory. All were pleasant and well-liked. The two drinks with the lowest ratings in my house, Barely Buzzed and Teahive, were nonetheless extremely intriguing to taste. (My mum loved the Barely Buzzed a lot.) The item was sent in a box with a styrofoam inlay and Glazier Ice gel packs to maintain freezing temperatures. I'll definitely make another buy from them and am eager to try some of their other cheeses. A very enjoyable purchase.

What a win! I adore the tastes. While "regular" cheese spoils in the cooler, the hot one is VERY spicy and creates a fantastic quesadilla, which is my go-to camping meal. These are vacuum packaged, shelf stable at RT, and 4 individuals can kill an entire block at once, so there's no waste or chance of degradation, which is something I enjoy. It melts really good as well. Although it seems more processed than, say, ordinary cheddar, it more than makes up for it in meltability in a heated tortilla or omelette. The texture is somewhere between havarti and a processed block style mozzarella with a hint of velveeta. I can store these blocks in my chuck box without worrying about consuming valuable cooler space that might otherwise be reserved for MORE MEAT and, thus, without risking cross-contamination with that meat.Anyway, this is a fantastic offer to satisfy all cheese lovers who are not connected to the internet or a refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier.
