This package is just what I needed as I've only recently started learning how to sculpt. Although I don't require a complete set of high-end tools, this collection is comprehensive and will enable me to test out as many various tools as is practical. As I keep practicing, I'll probably discover that I use a specific subset of the tools the majority of the time; for those tools, I'll think about investing in more expensive "pro" models. Because I dislike slipping markers or tiny paintbrushes in and out of pouches while I'm working, I don't like that it didn't come with a carrying bag or other pouch-type storage. I don't think I'd enjoy doing it with sculpting tools either. The majority of storage is simple to locate and offers considerably better tool protection than a plastic pouch. EIGHT STARS!

Many of the pieces broke quickly. Most of the time, if you're a novice learning the fundamentals, you won't need this. Most of these might be used more for minor details or carving on still-soft clay; if done on leather firm, it will undoubtedly break. The customer service, however, is excellent. They were really professional and called me as soon as they read my count with an offer to make up for the broken pieces. really fantastic

These are larger than I anticipated; I should have read the specifications, haha. I doubt if I can use these for what I had in mind, but I will still find a use for them. length is comparable to that of my hand.I tend not to cost people more money because of mistakes I make; however, if someone else made a mistake, I would definitely talk to them about it.

I bought this to use in the pumpkin carving for the kids. When they first arrived, they weren't sharp, but I sharpened the ones I used, so it wasn't a problem. These tools performed flawlessly! I've never carved intricate pumpkins before, but these tools make my work appear professional. On their pumpkins, I carved the beloved figures of my kids. I didn't cut all the way through the pumpkin's thickness. I recently removed the skin and shaved some of the pulp from the inside as well as the outside. A "shaver" that is typically used for tiny clay pots is also included in the tool set. I shaved the interior of the pumpkin with the tiny razor to make it thinner so that the carved-out pattern would be visible through it. The outcome was outstanding!

I'm not really crafty. Although I'm not always the best at it, I enjoy art. To me, it's Process vs. Product. The cost of this set is relatively low. Even if you only wanted to use them a few times and buy a new set (which would be wasteful), you could because they are inexpensive enough. I don't see the purpose, but because I'm not a potter, maybe if I used it continuously they may wear out quickly. I believe they are fantastic for the average person utilizing them. It was a pleasant surprise that the cargo arrived much quicker than anticipated.The set looks good. There are all 11 parts present. Their wooden handles give them a wonderful feel. They keep things tidy. They turn out EXCELLENTLY on her black scratch-art sheets, according to my daughter. They are sharp, so if you want to use them with young children, be sure to keep an eye on them. (It's black and you scratch it to reveal color under it in a design or pattern.) We certainly got our money's worth from them there, then.They haven't bent or broken for me, contrary to what some comments have said. I wonder if it is contingent upon how rough you are with them or perhaps the project you use them for. For sure, the price for this bundle is unbeatable.

For beginner poly clay artists like myself, this is a fantastic starter package. The black tools are very useful since you can create a variety of cool effects on your clay thanks to their various textured edges. My preferred texture is the wood bark one. The larger metal ball-equipped blue tools are particularly well made and nicely hefty, which makes it much easier to effortlessly smooth out jagged or uneven edges. The blue tools' white rubber ends are ESSENTIAL! I promise there is a rubber end for any task because there are 4 different types! The acrylic roller works excellently, however I wish it were a little thicker for my large palms. Once I realized the purpose of the piece of plexiglass (shaping), it also performed admirably.Overall, this set is a terrific bargain for the price and I heartily suggest it!

What a paradigm shift! I've had this on my list for a while, but I've just recently chosen to buy it. I wish I had completed this long ago! I dabble in sculpture and have a collection of wood and metal tools that I acquired years ago. I work with polymer clay, and I've never been fond of the tools because they consistently seem to pull up and mark the clay. I can smooth things out with my fingers, but I've never gotten clear details that I was happy with. Another sculptor assured me that I was using the proper equipment, so I assumed I was just bad at it:-). However, I've only been using them for ten minutes, and I already adore them much more than my long-time tools did. Without a lot of hassle, you may add detail and blend it into the clay around it. I'm very glad these work so much better for me!

Some of the tools have only been used once. I only recently got these. They come in a nice range of sizes and shapes. They are the reason I got them—to fit in smaller cracks. Though I've discovered it might be a good thing, the silicone is much softer than my larger kemper wipe off tool. They blended well when I used them.They appear to be a decent value for the money spent.
