(Pack of 2) Extra Thick Sticky Anti-Slip Gel Pad, Mini-Factory PREMIUM Universal Non-Slip Dashboard Mat for Cell Phones, Sunglasses, Keys, Coins and more - Black (Medium Size: 6.5" X 4.5") Review:

I want to start off by saying that if the gel pads had been as big as I anticipated, I would have given this product 5 stars. It's my fault; I should have paid more attention to the webpage's advertised measurements. Before choosing this item, I looked at so many others that I couldn't shake the mental image of a much larger gel pad. However, this company gives you 2 pads as compensation for my error. So I positioned them side by side on the Jeep's dashboard. They remain in their current location, along with everything you apply to them. Just make sure to clean the area where you intend to utilize it. If you don't, it will stick to the dust or dirt and won't adhere to the surface you are using as well. Each pad can fit a phone that is around the size of a Samsung Galaxy 8 . I don't see any drawbacks because they are well-made. If that changes, though, I will revise this evaluation.

WizGear Mount Metal Plate with Adhesive for MagneticCradle-less Mount - 4 Pack, 2 Rectangle and 2 Round (Compatible with Magnetic Mounts) Black Review:

With cell phones and cell phone cases, these plates function incredibly well. They blend in with the dashboard, but they have a powerful magnetic field that holds the phone in place. After using them for a few days, an update. These magnetic holders are sturdy, as are their plates. I found it to be far too powerful. The issue was that the holders wouldn't split when I tried to remove the phone from them; instead, the entire magnetic holder pulled out of the air vent and stayed attached to the back of the phone. It was difficult to remove by hand. These items are strong! Solution. I vertically sliced one of the rectangular plates into a piece that was around one-third the size of the original, filed the sharp edges where the hacksaw had made the cut, and then used contact cement to adhere the plate to the phone. Perfectly functional. The magnetic attraction was lessened by cutting the plate in this fashion, but it was still potent enough to hold the phone in place even after I could remove it properly.

Cell Phone Holder for Car - FITFORT Universal Silicone Anti-Slip Car Phone Mount GPS Holder Mounting in Vehicles Pickup Compatible Phone X 8 7 Plus, Note 8 Galaxy S9 S8Plus Review:

My vehicles are a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L and a hard-cased iPhone 7 Plus (not the otterbox). working beautifully. Although I have various car phone holders, this one has proven to be the most practical. There are five sticky points, but I've just used the center one (you can see from the picture). I'm taking precautions and turning it up on its backside when not in use because I'm worried it will leave a mark on the dashboard. Not yet marked (oil stains). Simply flip it over and push down in the centre to glue it down when I get into the car. neither moves nor slides on me. Flexibility of the pad is a great benefit. It is a pure joy to use and has worked in many dash positions. Product exceeds my expectations by a wide margin.

Mount Metal Plate with Adhesive for Magnetic Cradle-Less Mount -X4 Pack 2 Rectangle and 2 Round (Compatible with WizGear mounts) (Silver) Review:

A S7 Samsung case with a 1" diameter circular medal mount and ring holder was bought to replace a worn-out volfon case. Using a spigen container and some metal tiles from Wiz Gear as support for magnetic car mounting. The Volfon case is comfortable to handle but bad for magnetic mounting due to its key ring. The first image shows a volfen at the bottom and a spigen at the top. The four metal Wizgear disks—two circular and two rectangular—are on the right. The ideal position for the Wizgear metal, which I positioned between the tpu shell and rubber layer without attaching it to the spigen case, is seen in the second image. After inserting the phone, I stacked the circular piece slightly over the rectangular one and saw no bowing.Note: Initially, I tried two horizontal rectangular ones, but after putting the phone in, I realized there was an air gap between the rubber and the tpu case, which led to a clicking sound resembling a milk cap.Overview This product comes with 4 self-adhering disks, which should be self-explanatory. The following may or may not be necessary for you to utilize; I didn't. It works well when set up between the tpu and rubber layer. When driving, the mounts withstand bumps and tapping without coming loose.

Cell Phone Holder for Car, AONKEY Dashboard Car Pad Mat Vehicle GPS Mount Universal Fit All Smartphones, Compatible iPhone Xs/XS Max XR X 6S 7/8 Plus, Galaxy Note 9/8 S8/S9/S10 Plus J7 J3, Pixel 3 XL Review:

This is a fantastic answer for large phones! The Speck card holder phone case I use has a pop socket in the centre, making it far thicker than any typical phone holder. I spent a long time hunting for a new phone holder before I found this. The work is excellently completed! I gave it a test drive, and despite a few quick spins and stops for testing, it performed flawlessly. My dashboard, to which I fastened it, is curved, so I added some tape for further security, but given the substance and the five sticky locations, I really doubt it would move. I'm overjoyed with this purchase! And I'll be sure to update this review if I find out over time that it doesn't function properly, but I don't anticipate that happening.**UPDATE** I've been using this product every day for a month and I still adore it! My phone overheats and frequently shuts down due to temperature in direct sunshine, but that's the only thing I can really complain about. Holding it in front of the AC for around 5 minutes causes it to switch on once more. Although I don't believe this is something the product performs incorrectly, it's still good to know if you intend to do longer rides in the summer. I experience that after 20 to 25 minutes of driving. It might be related to my black phone cover, the color of this phone stand, or the color of my dashboard, but it's still useful to know. This product is still one of my favorites and it is fantastic!

Car Phone Holder, Vansky Car Phone Holder Silicone Dashboard Holder for iPhone X/8 Plus/7 Plus/6/6S Plus, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus/Note 8/S7 3.5-7 Inch Smartphone or GPS Devices Review:

I'm excited since I can now put my phone on the dashboard to see where I'm heading. This actually works, it's beautifully and simply made; there are no parts that could "slip off the window" or magnets that could disable the GPS, just a lovely design that restores usefulness to me. No holders should slip and activate the SOS emergency! There are no ball bearings to wear out over time and force me to cock my head at odd angles to see.Since purchasing an iPhone X in January, I've ordered a number of cellphone holders for my car so I can see the GPS, but many of them come with magnets - many not even mentioned in the description - and the GPS stops functioning right away. I've tried Wayz, Google Maps, and a few other apps, all with the same results. It's been so expensive and frustrating. I appreciate the beautiful design.

IPOW Anti-Slip Silicone Car Phone Dashboard Pad Mat,Hands-free Cell Phone Holder For Car/Home/Office Compatible With iPhone 7 7P 6s 6 X XS 8 8P 5S,Galaxy S8 S7 S6 S5, Google Nexus Review:

There are countless items that claim to secure your phone in place in your car, but I think this one's simplicity makes it a true winner. Don't worry about leaving unattractive suction-cup rings all over your glass because it doesn't have to mount on your windshield. Another drawback of suction cups is that they may easily pop off if they become even the slightest bit dirty. I still fight constantly with my GPS mount, which constantly tries to jump off the windshield glass when the temperature inside the car gets too high. This nifty little mount consists essentially of a rubber mat-like object with grooves carved into it. This makes it possible to position two rubber clips in a variety of ways so they may hold practically any smart phone, either horizontally or vertically. (NOTE: Product description specifies that this is for the iPhone 7/6/6S(plus) SE and Samsung Galaxy S8/S7/S6/S5/S4 edge 7.) Actually, the rubber holders for the ends come in two sets, with the first holding the phone at a little more upright position than the second. There are also two tiny rubber pieces that may be attached to the clips to give your phone a little additional support. (Be careful not to misplace these when you open the box!) So all you have to do is set the mat on your dash and slide your phone into the grooves. There are no adhesives to be concerned about, and the mat hasn't moved around much on the dashboard thus far. Even though the surface isn't exactly flat, this fits perfectly on the curved dashboard of my Honda Accord. The only issue I encountered was with the program I had in mind. I wanted to use a dash-cam/GPS combination app, therefore I needed to hold the phone upright at almost a 90-degree angle. My camera lens was improperly directed down the road because I couldn't get the angle quite right. I still believe that for the price, this is a nice holder.

Ganvol 2 Pack Premium Anti-Slip Car Dash Sticky Pads 5.3 x 2.7 in, Cell Phone Dashboard Holder, Radar Detector Non-Slip Mat, Heat Resistant, Don't Stink, Leave no Residue Review:

I just upgraded my audio, so I acquired this to just set my phone on the dash when it's connected through USB or BT because I didn't want to wreck my new unit with the CD insert. When I try to remove the phone, the pad typically comes off the dash with the phone, but it stays in place 100% of the time with the phone on top of it. This minor irritation is really easy to pull off and stick back to the dashboard. It has lasted days with temperatures above 100 degrees without melting even though I've taken numerous sharp turns and stops.
