Can fleas live in human hair?

There are a variety of insects that can infest human hair, including lice and mites, but fleas are not one of them. Head lice are a common problem in school-age children, but these wingless insects cannot jump and are not able to live in hair. Fleas, on the other hand, are winged and can jump long distances. Although fleas may land on the hair, they will not be able to establish a foothold and will eventually fall off.

Adams Plus Flea and Tick Spray for Cats and Dogs Review:

My two cats and two dogs are gnawing, chewing, and clawing their bodies as a result of an awful flea infestation that sprang out of nowhere. Since each of them has a jingle on their collar, the incessant jingle noises combined with my sympathy for their suffering are enough to make me miserable as well. I had to remove their collars at some point since we were absolutely crazy, especially at night. Let's just say that while all of my animals slept in my room, some nights the fierce scratching would awaken me with the feeling of an earthquake.Even though I've attempted to keep everything natural, I'm in a difficult situation. Nothing was working, even after I tried oatmeal shampoos, organic itch cloths, oils, diatomaceous earth, ferocious cleaning sessions in my home, and daily brushing of the animals. I searched Google for the finest and most affordable flea treatment for animals. I need to sleep right now, regardless of whether it's all-natural or nuclear reactive. I purchased this item because it was ranked number two.Whoever claims that this item "smells good" is insane; the stench is HORRIBLE and I detest it. In order to get the spray to my pets' skin, I massaged it into their fur quite vigorously. I also separated their fur to make it easier for the spray to reach their skin. My hands felt oily and chilly after my pets received treatment. They did not enjoy that at all, so I wish I had captured it on tape. Spraying the cats was rather amusing. LOL. Ultimately, I had to spritz the spray onto my palm before rubbing it into their coats. When I was through with them, the animals were obviously exhausted from fighting and looked like they had a tough night.I got more than two hours of uninterrupted sleep for the first time in a few weeks. They don't scratch and chew on themselves as much as they have been, I have noticed. To end this flea-bitten suffering, I want to buy some flea-killing aerosol spray and go crazy on my house. This product works nicely, despite the greasiness and the terrible smell. I would unquestionably suggest it to anyone who is trying their absolute hardest to keep fleas from driving their animals insane. The "natural approach" may not always be sufficient.

Adams Flea and Tick Spray for Cats and Dogs, 16 Oz Review:

We bought Adams Flea and Tick spray more than a month ago, used it a few times with great success, and are now flea-free. The product not only outperformed any drops (Frontline, Pet Armour) I've ever used in terms of effectiveness, but it also ticked off all the necessary boxes—we are fully flea/itch free, without any chemical residue, and there are no negative effects. My dog is 105 pounds, and we live in South Florida, where flea eruptions are frequent and frequently outweigh the drops I've used in the past. It can be used without soaking your dog, unlike some other products, and sprays don't have to be painful. I typically choose one of the two: Spray the liquid on her brush, then groom her gently to help it absorb. I may also softly mist her coat (so it's damp but not drenched) and gently brush her while working the liquid into it. I spray a small quantity in my hand and quickly rub it gently into sensitive regions like the armpits, the armpit area, and the area around the head. I utilize the stream function on the bottle to spray the liquid directly into places with extremely dense fur, and then I work the liquid in by hand. I first applied it gradually over a few days, then I focused on a few spots where she liked to scratch. I became aware of her itchiness while she was sitting in one of her favorite places after she discontinued it (it was carpeted). She stopped itching while lying on the carpet after I sprayed it. In contrast, I used Vets Best Flea Tick, which had mediocre pest-control results and left a strong cinnamon smell in the house and on the dog. Because I don't know how long the effects would stay, I've chosen to use it once a month (or as needed). The fact that the inactive agents in the product are ether based (which means they simply evaporate after application, leaving no gunk or lingering strange smells, etc.) and have the added benefit of putting an end to microorganisms, as well as the fact that she doesn't have to consume fipronil, are two things I particularly like about it.

Wondercide Natural Flea, Tick and Mosquito Control for Dogs, Cats, and Home – Flea and Tick Killer, Prevention, Treatment Review:

This is AWESOMEBALLS stuff! I was expecting a kitten because I was aware of its severe flea infection. He is a little child whose expectant mother was abandoned at a rural residence, where my buddy discovered her and took her in (as she always does and I guess word got out). The woman provides a lot of love, food, and shelter, but alas...does not have the money to deal with the problems that come with stray animals, therefore fleas are an ongoing concern. When I took Tangie home, I noticed that she was coated. I sprayed her after going through her entire coat. Within seconds, those fleas were gone. I lost track after shampooing him and eliminating 75 fleas from his little body. I also use it on my other cat and dog. This is amazing stuff. But I digress... I carried the little guy home and sprayed Wondercide all over him, and the fleas died IMMEDIATELY. I was in awe. He was loaded, I'll tell you that much. At 60, I ceased keeping score. After giving him a bath and drying him off, I kept an eye out for stragglers. Nothing has happened after three days. I would suggest this product VERY HIGHLY. I am so surprised some of the others reported it didnt work for them.HINT....start at the top of the head and sides of face so the fleas...um...flee towards the tail. If they go towards the eyes....it will be tough to get them. Now, it does smell strong, but it didnt bother this little guy...and after his bath, the smell lingered a bit (more faintly) and was gone the next day.I am not only impressed...I am sold on this and have recommended it to others all ready. So impressed!

Frontline Flea & Tick Spray - 8.5 oz Review:

I've been administering this to my dog and ferret for a while. The eggs and existing fleas have also been killed in addition to repelling the fleas. It much surpassed what I had anticipated. Since using this medication, I haven't experienced any flea problems despite living in a high-flea neighbourhood. It was more convenient for me to purchase this particular product for both of my animals rather than having to purchase two separate flea products after conducting a google search that revealed it was safe for my ferret as well. On my two animals, I anticipate that this bottle will last at least a year. I'll keep using this product and advocate it to my loved ones.

I brought Tangie home and h I have reoce was covered!! I went through her entire coat and sprayed her. Those fleas were dead in seconds. Vet's Best Flea & Tick Home Spray for Cats Review:

Let me begin by telling you the entire event, to my utter dismay. We experienced a lot of storms and tornadoes in our region a few months ago. While I was at work, my loving husband decided to take in the stray cat that was residing close to our home since he felt horrible for her. She had four kittens, according to him, and after bringing them home he determined we HAD to keep her until they were old enough to get rid of. Before this incident, we had one cat who received monthly flea treatment and never experienced an issue. The stray cat and kittens had fleas, but my veterinarian advised me that because the mother cat was nursing and the babies were too young, I couldn't do anything to treat them. In a hurry, we find homes for the stray cat and every kitten. So I see that my cat has awful fleas. So I give her flea treatment, flea collars, flea baths, the works. NOTHING IS USEFUL! I never considered that my carpet and furniture might be a problem until my cat and I were being eaten alive by fleas and I was in a desperate situation. (For some reason, my wonderful, kind spouse was not attracted to the fleas.) I bought a flea carpet powder, mixed it with salt (since salt is supposed to assist), and left it on my carpet for 24 hours. This worked wonders. This was a big order, and it came the next day. I sprayed everything on my house like crazy. AND IT KILLS THEM QUITE QUICKLY. This product is wonderful! Even my cat is happier now that she has respite from these awful fleas after I sprayed it on her. It's incredible! Although this spray has a very strong peppermint smell that I absolutely detest, the flea treatment it provides is totally worth it. Don't doubt this if you have a flea problem; just get it! You'll appreciate it. Since it's all natural, I wasn't sure whether it would work, but FYI, it does!

Natural Care Flea and Tick Spray for Dogs and Cats | Flea Treatment for Dogs and Cats | Flea Killer with Certified Natural Oils | 14 Ounces Review:

I still use flea medication because I'm too afraid to spray anything with essential oils straight on my cats because I know their livers can't get rid of some phenols. But since I essentially live in the woods, I've noticed that the flea medicine stops functioning around the last week of each month. Additionally, I have a young mouse that I saved, and I don't feel comfortable applying chemicals directly to her. As a result, I'm using this around her dwelling area in an effort to deter insects. I'm quite sensitive due to a mite allergy, and I became sick of scratching. This was purchased by a friend who was happy with it and used it on her cats instead of flea medication. I made the decision to try spraying this on the curtain at the front door and the bare mattress underneath my bed. Nothing has itch so far! It had a strong fragrance, so I had to air out the house. After spraying it, it bothered my throat when I tried to breathe, but it shortly went away and seemed to be working. Additionally, the bottle is pretty big, allowing me to reapply if necessary.
