This is an update to my 2017 original review. For our two huge dogs, we have been purchasing these ears on a monthly basis since 2017. They used to adore them, but the cartilage ring—their preferred component of the ear—was missing from the last two boxes of 100 ears. Now, unless we apply peanut butter to them, our dogs seldom ever touch them. Since this was our go-to chew delight, it's quite disappointing and unfortunate. I got in touch with the seller, and they gave us a refund for our last box of 100. They said they work with a number of small suppliers, and it seemed like the last boxes we got had been harvested or cut a little differently from earlier boxes. Despite the fact that I never requested one, the seller processed a full refund for our final package of 100. This came as a pleasant surprise. This business and their customer service really impress me! We will purchase a second box once the 200 ears we currently have have been consumed. You should purchase from this business because they regard you as a customer, in addition to the fact that these ears are natural and a far superior alternative to rawhide.Our dogs adore these ears; this is our sixth box of 100 ears, and there isn't a bad ear in the whole box, according to a previous review written before the product modification. Large natural cow ears, they have a cartilage ring that the dogs eat first. They never have an odor, and they always seem to be new. They are never oily or leave stains.Due to the fact that these ears are not "raw hide," our dogs do not have any "intestinal" problems like doggie gas, vomiting, or diarrhea. I adore them! I have three dogs; one is a young lab who chews a lot, and the other two are senior dogs who have previously had their teeth shattered. Bully sticks are fantastic, however I don't like how my dogs gulp them down as they get close to the finish. Broken teeth are on raw bones. There are no turkey necks because of an allergy here. However, there is always the question of where the rawhide originated (few are made in the US with US rawhide). All three of my dogs have found these cow ears to be the perfect fit. They are substantial enough to present the two older dogs with an interesting chew. No chance of choking or broken teeth exists. They are created in the US, and once finished, even the lab enjoys and is satisfied with them (he scarfs them down pretty quickly though - the other 2 take 15-20 mins to finish theirs).

I have a chewer of a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier hybrid dog. I bought them after reading that they are natural and endure for a while. The only justification for the poor rating is that my greyhound doesn't enjoy these at all. I hope he does. They are in perfect health other than what appears to be a picky dog.I had to express that this company's customer service was exceptional, therefore I increased the number of stars I awarded them. I have a Rottie, a Shih Tzu, and a young German Shepard. These snacks are consumed by me quickly. They receive one every day at noon, which is the ideal moment to divert their attention away from harassing me while I work.These ears are enormous. I've had ones that were 10 inches in diameter. It is hilarious to observe the Shih Tuz trying to jump on the sofa while carrying a reward that is nearly as big as she is. I adore that these treats don't cause my dogs to throw up (anyone who has witnessed a puppy consume too many rawhides or do so too rapidly will understand precisely what I'm referring to). The dogs are entertained for several hours on one treat. My rottie is aware of where the box is stored, and I've frequently discovered her head inside. Even the four-month-old puppy adores them. He can't finish an entire chew, so whenever he is through, I just reserve it for later.When I ran out, I had to switch back to the rolled rawhide snacks I had previously.
