This would be excellent for its intended usage on bulletin boards, but I deducted a star for the oddly large sticker that is difficult to remove. I bought this with the intention of using it to line the back of a cupboard, but I won't be doing that. The fabric has an odd waffle texture, is extremely shiny, and highly reflective. I'll find something different for my cupboard, but I think it will be adorable to use in my daughter's play area or perhaps to line some drawers with. I haven't entirely unrolled it, so I can't say if this roll is damaged like others I've seen had issues with.

My wall looks gorgeous with this! I adore the layout, therefore when I don't have much content uploaded there, it turns into "wall art"! The enormous push pins that come with it bother me. They feel flimsy, loose, and like they might fall off the board. For aesthetic purposes, I have them affixed to the corners. As an alternative, I got a Clipco Push Pins Jar (200-Count) (White), and they go great with it.

Really pleased with this board's quality. The frame is quite solid and does not at all have a flimsy appearance or feel. I bought this board along with one that had half of a white board on it, and I'm quite dissatisfied with that other brand. This is a great one!

Nov. 2016: A coworker purchased a cork board from Staples in the same size and design. Before she could open it, I grabbed it from her, and I later bought this one to replace the one I had taken. I wished I had let her to keep her subpar Staples board when I first saw it. I purchased a 23 x 17 size. To keep all of my appointment cards and miscellaneous phone numbers near at hand, I wanted something cheap. also any other papers that are crucial, such reminders. I was so tired of the magnets holding items to my refrigerator. It appeared quite messy. Everything is now on my new cork board instead of the refrigerator. The cork is thin, so it's not the best, but I just use thumb tacks because they appear to work better than push pins. It accomplishes the desired result. I'm at a loss for words. What should we do with all of those magnets now?

Since I believe this board is well-assembled and the cork piece was thick enough for me to insert push pins all the way, I wonder if this product has been upgraded since some of the previous reviews were posted.While it was a touch too big for the job (I usually estimate rather than really bring out a ruler when I order items online), I still think it looks pretty lovely, and it's currently hanging above my desk. I find the screws that are provided to try to hang the board to be all but worthless. For the two screws to be completely in place to hang the board, you would have to precisely measure and level them. Instead, I just employed the current sticky image hanging devices, which were successful for me.Overall, the board is decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy or truly awful. If I needed one again, I would definitely get one.

I attached a total of 5 of these boards to the back of a huge wall map using 3M Super 77 Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive (review elsewhere on Amazon); 4 of the boards were left uncut, and 1 was cut into two shapes to fill the middle space. There was some slight corner crushing on 2 of the 3 packages because the boards are packaged in pairs with only a plastic shrink-wrap and no edge protection, but it wasn't enough to cause a problem for my project. The material is tough but doable, as I discovered while trimming with a metal straight edge and razor-blade cutter (one cut was made with a very sharp steak knife). Additionally, I was able to cut pieces as thin as 1/8 "when I unintentionally glued one board somewhat crookedly onto the map.I've been using LOTS of long map pins to mark visited spots on the finished map, which is hanging on a wall and is supported with wood strips across the entire back. So far, the cork layer seems willing to absorb as many pins as I can stick into it. Although I've taken care to avoid driving the pins too deeply, I haven't yet witnessed any of them break through to the wall. (I get 1/8 from the wooden reinforcing strips "a flashlight, I haven't noticed anything poking through the space of air between the wall and the board.) However, if using this as a standard bulletin board, I would only use standard pushpins or thumbtacks; nothing with a longer shank.

This is basically the cheapest cork board I could find, I want to start off by saying. Cheap, but not in a bad way—just that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it! I therefore paid $16 for a two by three foot board that suits my needs. The internal dimensions of the actual cork section are 21 1/2 inches by 33 1/2 inches. The really costly ones, which cost twice or three times as much for the same size and essentially have the same number of stars as this one, are far inferior to it. I gambled, and it worked out well for me.Overall, if you just need a board for notes, this is a wonderful choice. Sticky notes are no longer effective for me because they keep falling off my wall. I can now tack them to this. It's funny how much better the sticky notes stay to this than my wall, so I'm pleased.According to several reviewers, the board is very thin and the back is made of cardboard. Yes, they are true, but I haven't run into any issues. I chose not to utilize the included screws and other hardware since I dislike making holes in my walls and because other people had already voiced their displeasure with the hanging device. I used Velcro Command Strips to hang mine, one in the middle of the top and bottom, one on each corner. I also discovered that since this holds everything in place, it won't move or swing and it adds a little more space between the cork, cardboard, and my wall, which I like.As you can see from my images, I used both pushpins and thumb tacks to pin several items. My sticky notes, which haven't completely lost their stickiness, are on the right. Hope this was useful.

After reading other people's comments, I realized that these tiles were all quite thin—about 1/8"—and that I would need to increase their thickness in order to use standard push pins. This is the reason I bought 2 packs.When I first got the packs, I glued two tiles together to make them twice as thick. Only in the event that the dried glue's hardness would prohibit a push pin from passing through, did I glue the panels together around the borders. Use the tape that is provided with them sparingly. The tiles won't take it, either.I then used hot glue to attach my double-thick tiles to the wall. The hot glue penetrates the tile pores and sticks well to cinderblock walls as well (typically found at college). Now that I have a pushpin-compatible bulletin board on the wall, I can remove it without harming the wall because I used hot glue to attach it. However, it is likely that the tiles won't be reusable because they will likely tear when removed, but the wall won't be harmed. At work, I frequently use hot glue to attach posters and other items to cinderblock walls. Unless I went overboard with the glue, removal usually doesn't harm the paint or the wall.

I wanted a beautiful cork board map that I could poke pins through, but I wasn't willing to pay the money to get one that was already made. Go ahead and look around a bit on Amazon while looking for a cork board map. I therefore purchased this cork board together with a 24 x 36 United States, USA US Executive Wall Map Poster Mural (24x36 PAPER). My initial attempt to detach the frame from the cork board failed miserably. The frame is expertly constructed and assembled. Before it would have separated, I would have had to completely demolish the frame. Let that serve as evidence of the frame's high level of construction. To create a little space between the frame and the cork board, I took a hacksaw blade and ran it parallel along the inner edge. After that, I positioned the map on top of the cork board and trimmed the edges, leaving about 1/2" of extra space on each side for the frame's inner edge. I gently tucked the map's edges under the cork board's frame, and presto, I had paid less than $50 for the entire thing. Even though it's not flawless, I think it looks decent and serves my purposes adequately. The rolled map is not completely flat, as you can see in the photographs, but the ripple is only apparent in reflections, and I'm expecting that it will smooth out with time. Or you might simply hang it in a dimly lit area and set it aside. The map's lines are also reasonably close to aligning with the frame, though not exactly. In terms of thickness, the cork is comparable to most cork boards I've encountered. I am aware that when I insert a pin, it remains in place. The frame has a beautiful, clean finish. If necessary, I wouldn't think twice about buying another one of these boards. I think the hills and my small cork board map will stay forever. Do what I did, then sit back and bask in the glory of your flawless handyness if you feel like being a little bit handy and want to save a little money.
