I like that they are all natural and aren't painted or stained with harmful materials to house our hummingbirds. These dangle beautifully from tree branches and appear to belong there. We or the Eastern Screech Owls in our area seem to enjoy the owl house better. These are really sweet! Since there hasn't been a review yet, I thought I'd add a few images. They are better than I anticipated because there is a different, somewhat like product (a trio) on Amazon that has conflicting ratings. Reviews of the trio's pine-needle creation claim that it disintegrated. These three are all decently large and well crafted baskets. There are many hummers and finches where I reside in Arizona, yet I can also see some sparrows that want to squat. They should provide a pleasant small haven on hot days and during the summer monsoons if they survive the AZ heat. For hanging, each includes a little loop that can be used in trees, beneath eaves, or wherever your bird friends may congregate. Try those if you're still unsure. They are adorable in my opinion and appear to be well-made. Enjoy!

I use this item to hide my crested gecko rather than with birds. He responds better to hides with multiple openings, and this one was perfect for him. He rarely sleeps in it now, but for at least two months after I bought it, he faithfully slept in it every night! It was well crafted and simple to hang. We adore this tiny birdhouse! Fantastic natural shape and colour! Additionally, I enjoy how light it is. It's light enough to hang from the little, blossoming tree we just planted. Once put together, it was quite good and relatively simple to assemble. I don't like that you have to buy a pole in order to mount something on it. I used a 3/4-inch-thick piece of plywood to cut out the triangle at the base of the birdhouse. The bird house currently functions perfectly after I fastened the plywood to a 4x4 treated post and then drove four bolts through each corner of the plywood and through the bottom of the structure. The bird house's bottom ought to feature a rounded collar so that it might be put on various kinds of poles.

This tiny birdhouse is really cute! It looks great on our front porch and is really cute. The perch was broken when it arrived, but superglue made it easy to fix. Fair cost, and the birds appear to like it. They use it occasionally but obviously prefer the bird feeders, so I did put some food in it. To attract some residents, I believe I will need to relocate it further from the action.

This bird house has a lovely design, and the back door is an added plus, but if you intend to use it as a true bird home, you need protect it from the elements and make the front hole smaller to accommodate the species of birds that will be using it. A place where cats, raccoons, squirrels, and other predators cannot hurt the birds or steal the priceless eggs should also be considered. I've done everything I can to protect the birds. You can use weatherproof acrylic coating paints and stains. Photos demonstrate how I altered the front hole to make it more functional and deter predators. Five stars for providing us with a cute design that can also be transformed into a sturdy house for the new bird family.I've learned more since publishing this... By attempting to use this as a genuine outdoor bird house, you can learn a lot. 1. Anything left outside in the weather must be resistant to the elements because the outside is harsh. 2.) You desire a building project... This house is "pre-made," but in order to use it outside, you must "toughen it up," which will require some patience and construction knowledge. See my previous photo to see where the home ended up after spending two days outside. Despite having been stained with exterior stain protection, the wetness caused the porch to split and buckle. See how I glued it back together using "Marine Epoxy," which has a two-hour drying time, and used wood clamps to hold it together while curing. Even yet, I'm committed to "repairing" this house as necessary to keep it through the winter and ready to welcome a bird family in the spring.To truly make this shelter weather-resistant and predator-proof, there is still one more step to be taken... The ideal setting for outdoor use... I placed a steel plate to the bottom of the house and bolted a 6 inch angle brace to the bottom, which was simple to do because the house has a "back door" you can reach into to install the center bolt. I did this away from squirrels.
