Since it only holds 10 ounces, you have to refill it slightly more frequently than you would with a standard water bottle, but in all honesty, you hardly even notice the 6 ounces you are missing! Good value for an excellent product! The bimini's craftsmanship and build quality pleasantly impressed me. After reading the reviews, I was first a little dubious, but I'm glad I made the buy. I didn't want to spend a fortune replacing the bimini on our little pontoon. Purchased the largest one they had, and it is flawless! Everything appears to be made of high-quality materials, and unlike other reviewers, we haven't seen any fading problems. I adore the storage boot that was included. It was quick and simple to put together, with the exception that the screws were not self-tapping as claimed, so we had to drill holes first. With the exception of the width being a little bit narrower than our previous one, it really did work wonderfully on our pontoon, but I wish they offered larger sizes. When traveling on the water, we haven't encountered any problems. Although we utilized carabiner clips to clip the straps to instead of threading the bolt through the straps to connect it to the frame, the straps hold it firmly in place. The frame seems to be strong and stable. While cruising, it does not jiggle or wobble. Would definitely suggest this bimini top!

Installing was really simple and took about an hour. Simple installation instructions necessitated some mechanical expertise. Here are a few suggestions I made that could be useful to both beginners and experts.1. After the device was put together, I placed tiny pieces of 3M double-sided tape that were 1" wide by 2.5" long on both beams where I intended to mount the Bimini pivot point.2. Place the pivot brackets on the tape and firmly press down. To ensure that brackets are evenly spaced, take several measurements.3. Drill through the bracket holes and the tape using a 1/8" drill bit, staying in the middle of the bracket hole.4- Remove the brackets and tape, coat the mounting hardware with marine grade silicone (I used Permatex hi temp black silicone), spray some into the drill holes to help seal the screws, and then firmly screw the brackets back in place. Wipe any extra silicone off. the front and back strap brackets using the same procedure.NOTE: Using 2 sided tape will help you hold the brackets in place and ensure perfect fitment. It will also prevent your gelcoat from splintering and chipping when you drill because of the adhesive. Using a power screwdriver to attach hardware is likewise HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If you remove the predrilled holes, it will be difficult to fix.

A few days later, it was delivered, and all I can say is, "WOW!"Installation was simple; however, because I'm operating a glass boat, I decided against using the supplied screws for the mounting base and used stainless steel bolts, washers, and locknuts instead.Any hardware, including screws, washers, and nuts, should always be examined with a magnet; if it sticks, do not install it on your boat. It will corrode.The quality and appearance of this top on my boat have me giddy. When I restore my other boat, I'll surely buy another from this firm.

To begin with, I just bought this and put it on. Despite the fact that I have only had the product for approximately two weeks, I must admit that I cannot speak to how long it will last. As a result, my evaluation was given a curve since it was one of the less expensive bimini covers. I'm satisfied for $43 or anything similar.The storage boot seems to be of average quality, has a respectable zipper, comes with a respectable storage bag, and fits my rolled-up bimini perfectly. It is loose enough that I won't have to struggle to roll the top up extremely tightly each time I pack it, but it's also not likely to flap around excessively while towing the boat.I have a 5-piece window, 18-foot North River welded aluminum boat. To give you an idea of the kind of top I'm rolling up in this contraption, it is in the popular Pacific Northwest fishing boat style. To give you an indication of its capacity, my bimini has three bows and, I believe, poles with a diameter of one inch.I ordered the type that suited between 85 and 90 inches after measuring the width of my top at its widest point and the width of the support poles on my gunwales, which was essentially the same measurement (88"). The fit was quite roomy. If a trim fit is very important to you, I guess the size down would fit.

My Hurricane 210's previous top was in poor condition.Positives: The color matched the boat perfectly.- The substance appears to be strong enough.- The seams appear to be nicely constructed and are robust.- Cost is around a third of what an OEM would be.Cons: (Not exactly cons but some things to be aware of) (Not really cons but some things to be aware of)- The pockets for the support do not have zippers, so I had to take the bimini top apart in order to fit it in the pockets. This is not a significant concern, but it should be noted.- The anchor light's back opening is not present. Not a problem in our situation, but it might be for others.- Although a built-in boot was intended to be there, mine was separate, and that suits my needs.
