It's for very, very short individuals or youngsters because it requires a 10 foot ceiling to be 5 feet high, an 8 foot ceiling to be 4 feet high, etc. Purchase one that can be adjusted or has a top bungee that is significantly shorter than the bottom. If they match, the ball is in the exact centre and not at eye level, making it useless. Despite the cost, I'm going back and getting a better one. This works for someone who is 4 feet tall with standard-sized ceilings or 5 feet tall with 10 feet ceilings, but if you are 6 feet tall and bungees are somewhat bouncy, you really need your highest anchor point to be 12 feet high.Update: The seller got in touch with me and made some suggestions. I still returned the item, but after our conversation and the wonderful customer care I received, I not only think their products will get better but also think their customer service is already top-notch. How on earth does the ball adhere to the head band? I received this item and unpacked everything. After reading some reviews and questions and answers, I found it! Thank God, I managed to attach it. I also cut it short enough that I could reach it while just learning because it is a really long elastic string. Maybe for experts, but for a rookie, I thought shorter would work. After practicing with the boxing ball, I lengthened it and found it to be quite enjoyable. In addition, I can now clearly see how the eye and hand work together. I've only had this reaction ball for a week, so I can't really comment on how durable it is.First of all, the goods arrived on schedule and with all of the promised extras. There was a small pamphlet that mentioned Lomachenko and advised new users to wear safety glasses. If you email them within 30 days of purchasing it, they'll allegedly give you one for free. Not because of the ball, but rather because of the elastic band, which can hit the eyes and produce welts, I believe that this is sound advise, especially for kids. Additionally, I advise you to carefully consider how long the cable should be before cutting the excess. This stops the additional elastic from striking your face or eyes. The surplus cannot be tucked away because doing so would negate the benefit of the swivel mechanism (cord will twist which is more annoying than it sounds).Having said that, the elastic in these training items is obviously a weak area, therefore they include an extra elastic cable and a tool to install it. So even though I've just had it a week, I don't anticipate any significant durability difficulties in the future. Given that it is made of an extremely sturdy and thick foamy rubber, the ball itself is quite unlikely to suffer any significant harm. It is unexpectedly weighty. The headband's swivel is another great feature because it practically prevents any twisting or coiling of the cable while in use. The velcro on the headband appears to be of exceptional quality, and it is quite adaptable and comfy.My only complaint is that the other side of the ball has a small, hard plastic end cap that you might hit with your knuckles quite frequently. This double end bag is ideal for the purpose for which it was designed. I've used similar items at boxing gyms, and although it doesn't perform quite as well as, say, a Cleto Reyes, it is still well worth the $25 or whatever it costs. It is necessary to fiddle around with the height adjustment. The reason it's not five stars is because the air inlet (bladder) turned inside on itself and now I can't pump it up or let air out for that matter. I'm going to contact the company to see if there's anything they can do for me. I have 12 foot ceilings and suspended normally it would hang to low so I added and extra bungee cord at the bottom to allow the bag to hang higher. In all honesty, I don't mind so much; it just needs a little more air. If it were flawless, I wouldn't have to add or remove air from it again, but because it turned on by itself, I'm stuck with this partially deflated bag.

I rate the bag itself five stars; it's an excellent bag. wonderful to train with. It was sturdy, had wonderful feedback and bounce, felt good in my hands, and smells amazing when I play it. I'm not even joking. I adore the scent of leather. This seems like it will last, unlike other DE bags that I've had trouble with not lasting very long (looking at you $20 cheap plastic bag whose name I can't mention here...but you know who you are [synonymous with "staying a long time"]). If it fails in less than a year, I'll update.Because the bungees and S-hooks were missing, I docked one star. If the item lists no bungees or hooks yet the page explicitly states they will both be included, it is acceptable to send it without them. I already have a good setup, so it's no big deal for me, but for someone setting up their first bag, that would be a very disappointing and stressful experience. The bag and attachment materials all appear to be sturdy and have performed as expected thus far. The rubber bungees are substantial and tough, and the bag is expertly constructed. With a phillips head screwdriver, the lengths are simple to change. Even the attachment hardware is provided. I nailed the other end into a wood block and attached one end to a ceiling rafter in the basement (using a power nailer into the cement).

This is my second purchase of one of them. Initially, it lasted for around 8 months. I believe it would have lasted a lot longer if I hadn't hit it so hard and so frequently. (!!!!! SHORT VERSION PAST THIS ALL, LOL.) I'm 225 pounds, and I punch hard. I broke the top loop on the first one I bought while throwing some extremely powerful overhand rights. With some gorilla glue and a stapler, I was able to secure it once again, and it never broke again. but after some time the bladder began to gradually leak air (again this is after months of regular use). Additionally, I only wear 4 ounces of gloves on my hands when using this bag because I prefer to use mma type gloves (I don't like how boxing gloves force your fist into that odd posture). The first one was definitely knocked out by these gloves and my overly aggressive punching.!!!!!! Therefore, in a nutshell, DO NOT PUNCH THESE FULL POWER, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THROWING HOOKS AT THIS BAG. Actually, this ought to go without saying, but I guess I got carried away. I also advise using the yellow one rather than the white. The "leather" seems better manufactured, the overall construction looks to be of higher quality, and the logo is integrated into the bag rather than being a piece of plastic that is placed on top of it. The white one has a thin coating of plastic covering both of its white sides with logos, which I easily tore off just from my fingernails touching it.

Their customer care provided a follow-up email detailing the shipment's status before the package had left the warehouse. When the goods eventually arrived, it lived up to my expectations in terms of construction quality, etc. The detachable bladder is a great benefit for this bag, however the one that came with it was malfunctioning; I discovered a little leak, and the air only lasted for one workout. I got in touch with them right away, and they shipped a replacement bladder without any inquiries. Replacement arrived and functions flawlessly. I've used a variety of floor to ceiling bags, from extremely costly to extremely inexpensive, and this bag is undoubtedly on par with the more expensive ones.Likewise in relation to some of the other remarks. Please don't lose the needle; it is stored in an insert on the pump handle. Additionally, if you over inflate, the zipper won't stay closed since the bladder will be too huge.
