For my almost 10-year-birthday, old's I found a really great price on a "new" bike locally and wanted to spend the money on amusing extras. Because her old bike was both too little and too childish, my daughter asked for a new one (was bright pink, had streamers, and had a princess logo on the side). I wanted her new bike to be stylish while still being fun and practical. Because one of her older friends has a similar basket on her bike and she frequently travels to and from friends' houses in our subdivision, I was going to order a kid-sized specific basket for her new bike in a generic white. However, some reviews on the smaller baskets claimed that they were simply too small and didn't grow with their child. Instead, I bought this one, which was more of a transitional size (bigger than a child's size but smaller than an adult size), and it is wonderful. At some time, I'll try to upload a picture. On her new 24" bike, it barely fit between her handlebar breaks and, while being deeper, there are still a few inches between the bottom and her tires. She also got a brand-new, complementary helmet from me. She was pleased when she opened her bike (covered in discounted Fourth of July tablecloths), and the first thing she remarked on was the basket. "I absolutely adore my new bike, and this is exactly the basket I wanted for it!" Interestingly, she also made a comment about the basket's substance despite being only 10 years old. She thought it would last longer and loved that it wasn't made of actual wicker. I didn't even know she understood the difference between real and faux wicker. Hehe. It's a terrific upgrade for a reasonable price and gives her secondhand bike a finer, more sophisticated look without making it appear childish.

I purchased this for my kid to go with her brand-new Bikestar kick scooter, which is 12 inches (30.5 cm) long and available in black (also very cool check it out). Anyway, she adores everything purple, and although enjoying her new scooter, she found it difficult to transport all of her cherished possessions when she went out. She was shocked when I gave her this, and she insisted on applying it herself. It seems simple enough for a five-year-old, but when I went to meet her at work, I was shocked to see that she had put it on backwards. She said, "Daddy, I can't see it very well if I put it on the front, now can I?" when I questioned why, giving me the dumbest face in the world. Although I advise against doing what she does, it does make the ride a little more difficult. I have attempted to convince her to reverse it, but she manages to make it work.

My dog and I both adore this. The review is pretty much over at this point, but there is a plot, so let's continue.We went to get a small dog and made the effort to get the dog that was "least" adoptable because we could and because it was worth the work.Over a year passed while Biscuit was in a no kill shelter. She was a small fearful child who was very quiet and had "whale eye" on her chart, which we had no idea what it meant.It only took three days for her to go into full puppy mode. I can't believe she wasn't adopted sooner because she is so incredibly adorable.We have developed a strong bond in just a few weeks, and I am enjoying this more than I anticipated.Thanks to a good location, I ride my bicycle frequently for fitness and to enjoy the surrounding scenery. There was a "maybe it will work" basket. Well, she enjoys it so much that in the first picture, Biscuit, who has traveled 13.9 miles, is still in her basket. She desired additional zoomies.She is a wriggler and aerodynamic to boot, so I put a tether that was tied in a knot around a seam because I'm paranoid like that. I also included extra padding for comfort and grip.The installation was quite simple, however to properly attach the bars with the smaller spacers, I did use masking tape. Additionally, I covered the bolt that rests against the handlebar riser with a piece of hose. little vibration and no scratches. Everything I tweak is just a lovely touch and not necessary.After that, it turns on and off easily. As I mentioned, I ride on trails without experiencing any vibration or bumps. 8 pounds of pure ChiWi in a little biscuit.In other words, barely a week after serving a lengthy sentence in doggy jail, Biscuit was enjoying the time of her life, and I'm happy to have her along for my rides.Best acquisition I can recall.

This is discretely positioned in the back of my RAV4. It can contain a lot of items if properly packed. If you absolutely need more space, Plano has a bigger version. Just as a point of reference, mine contains: 20 ft jumper cables, small 12V compressor, 250 Amp battery booster, lightweight tow strap, modest array of tools, and 100 ft of 3/8" rope.If you pack the box carefully, with the heaviest items in the bottom, it will not turn over under normal driving. Mine just sits on the rubber cargo mat and stays put day in and day out without being tied down. The box is quite nice-looking, its material is heavier and stiffer than the "Rubbermaid" style totes available in the big box stores, and it appears to be rainproof. It has thoughtfully placed tie points, two per end.Personally, I believe this to be a high-quality product with a lot of usage.

My five-year-old son requested a basket for his two-wheeled bike, just like his brother's, so he could carry all of his toys and drinks. The toys don't fall through the mesh when using little bungees on these. Because sand and debris do fall through the perforations, the mesh is highly practical. This basket is essentially designed for my kids' collections of filthy stuff since they play with their toys in sand and dirt and gather broken bottle caps and rocks.Mesh baskets, in my opinion, are better for kids than woven wire baskets with wider openings.You won't be let down by this basket.In order for the bottom of the basket to clear the front tire, the handle bars must be both wide enough for the hangers and tall enough for the basket. The little bike we had wouldn't be able to handle this. Compare your bicycle to this basket in size.It most likely won't work with stride bikes.

Just a modest basket for my bike, big enough for my phone and camera, was all I needed. I misinterpreted the dimensions and assumed this one was smaller than the others. I intended to send it back. I kept reminding myself to give it back. Simply put, the price is too high for something I won't even use. My bike won't fit in it. For my Townie, the straps are too far apart. It's just too gorgeous to be attached to a bicycle, even if it did fit. So why didn't I give it back? I added some flowers on it purely out of curiosity. I put it on top of a big chest in the corner of my bedroom since it was so gorgeous. I guess I shouldn't have done that because I'm finding it difficult to return it now! Normally, I wouldn't spend $45 on an ornamental basket. I have far too many of those already. But it appears fantastic! It sparkles in the low light. It catches the light and sparkles. Long story short, this is a stunning, top-notch 5-star basket.

I knew I needed a basket for my junk when I bought a bike.Two water bottles, an eight-inch tablet, two cell phones—one flip and the other a smart phone—a battery charger, a few screwdrivers, and a Bluetooth speaker are among the items I can fit.Nothing is crushed or seems difficult to remove from the basket yet this holds everything with plenty of room to spare.Even though I adore music, I don't want even one earbud in place. This basket has been a big hit with us. This was a wonderful addition to my three-year-old daughter's bike since she wanted a princess bike with a basket for her dolls and we wanted her to have a higher-quality bike. Better fasteners, in my opinion, could help it stay on the bike better because it currently employs somewhat inexpensive ones. The ones it came with work for me, and the basket stays attached. She mounts them and rides them while carrying her dolls, rocks, and other valuables. Although the lights on the flower are gorgeous, I'm confident they won't stay on forever. Three months into using it, they are still lighting up.

On my bike, I had to shrink in size. I wanted a step-through cruiser because I'm aging. In a nutshell. Then my left foot started hurting, which made the quarter-mile trip to the store for my groceries (I don't have a car) much more dependent on the bike. Because I spend the winter up north to be closer to all of my kids, grandkids, etc., a handlebar basket became essential to getting through until winter, a concept I dread. The baskets that I observed that others were advising resembled child-sized bicycle baskets. Just big enough to fit my phone, keys, and wallet. But this AMAZING basket is a workhorse. I can stuff it heavily, and it still manages to cling onto that tiny connector perfectly. at least thus far. The only thing that might possibly fall through the mesh are tree seeds. It is deep but not too deep to touch the front fender, even when fully filled with actual goods. I like being able to take it off and bring it inside to determine how much I can buy and to ward off thieves. They're here, and they steal anything that is even loosely fastened. The sobs always appear to be carrying tools. I can easily fit enough groceries within it to fill a brown paper bag that is nearly full. However, I have a cloth grocery bag that I use to line the basket. After securing everything inside with the ties, I head back home. My favorite. Truly. I'd be quite grateful if it could survive the bike even if I hope it lasts forever. WARNING: The connector for the basket is different from what is shown in the image. On the bike side of the basket, there are large open notches that fit over the short chunky part that the basket locks into with a small slide button that engages and releases the basket. It actually—at least the one I received—has a device that attaches to the handle bars. It's actually very clever. Even though I'm not particularly strong, I've had to hoist a heavy basket off. However, releasing it without a hitch can be accomplished by pulling the button release back while pulling up on the handle. Just keep in mind that you are not grasping a large basket awkwardly with one hand. So I began lining the basket with the shopping bag at that point so I could lift the hefty bag at the entrance and THEN remove the now-empty basket. This works, I promise. I adore this item.
