Sincerelly, I found all the positive reviews to be questionable. I always suspect something is wrong when I see so many positive ratings. Actually, I would rather see a greater variety.Okay, but I don't eat a lot of beef. However, I have brain fog, anemia, and I breastfeed. So I increased my beef consumption. In any case, they pushed this brand and there was a sale, which is how I became addicted to Amazon Fresh.Oh, I guess I do like meat after all. However, when I started purchasing items from my neighborhood grocery shop, I found that I didn't enjoy it as much. More of the strange taste I've always associated with beef was present. I went back to Amazon to repurchase more of this because I continued to enjoy it. Since then, I've continued to purchase it, drastically increasing my intake of beef, and my brain fog is actually getting better.I really have nothing to do with this company. And I have a strong tendency to doubt everything. I'm not sure what the distinction is. Generally speaking, I don't believe marketing justifications for why something is superior. However, I am adamant that the meat I purchased from PRE is the greatest steak I have ever eaten. As a result, I now pretty much only get beef from this brand through Amazon Fresh. It tastes better, in fact. (Plz don't let this be due to some evil covert motive!)

Because of the vacuum pack packaging, you may store them for a while before cooking and I found them to be rather soft and tasty. If you want to be healthy, buying grass-fed meat is crucial. excellent steaks. They arrived independently vacuum-sealed, but were joined by the packing. The steaks were quite equally sized and extremely thick (2" ). I cooked them on the stove after 1.5 hours of sous vide in the package they came in at 132 degrees. Delicious, tender, and cooked to perfection. Due to the thickness, I believe it would be best to stay away from if you were using traditional cooking techniques since it would be challenging to get it just right.

Really lovely presentation; I'm unsure how they manage to pay for the nice styrofoam with their name, every box of unique meats, and shipping. The steaks are quite thin, which is how I prefer them, according to what I just tested. They are also quite tender and delicious. I consumed them together with the steak fries.
