Bought it for my daughters for Christmas and today we went to put it together and the piece don’t fit properly together theclips for the metal bars are missing! And since I bought it over 30 days ago I can’t even return it!!So after I posted my original post above the owner to the company quickly reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience of the mishap in which we had.. he truly was amazing and sent us a new base for the net along with 3 weighted balls and a bag for carrying! I couldn’t happoer with the product and happier with the customer service and the kindness in which this company displayed. Then even checked up to make sure we received the new base for the net! Throughout the baseball season, my kid utilized this every day for both pitching and hitting. It is quite durable and withstood all of his abuse attempts. Setting it up and taking it down are really simple. The travel bag appears to have been well made and should last for a very long time.Some of the baseball-related things we did with it were:Long throw precision: Put the net on the home plate and position him with a bucket of balls in shallow center field. Before moving on to the next drill, he must successfully put 20 balls from shallow center field into the goal.Pitching: He must throw 50 strikes while the net is still at home plate before going on to the next drill.Hitting: To assist him with retraining his wrists, we utilized the Chuck-it dog retrieve toy or a comparable object. Visit YouTube to watch the drill. He simply batted the ball toward the net using the Chuck-it as a bat. Right wrist rotation will cause the ball to enter the net. His wrists were incorrect if the ball went to the right (for a lefty) of the net. 20 tennis balls in the net, followed by the following exercise.Put the net at first base before you pitch (throw to first). My son works on his first move. After 20 balls are in the net, the next drill begins.50 balls should be struck in various locations (high, low, outside, inside, high and outside, etc...) For this exercise, you'll need a positionable tee.When pitching, throw to third instead of first like you would to first.Football players themselves, my other boys quickly began utilizing it to practice their throws when they had no available brother to serve as the target.

Backstory:I have three Bownets and am the head coach of a 14U travel team.My wife thought she would surprise me with another Bownet for Christmas last year because I only had two at the time and had been saying I would want to get a few more. However, she bought the flat net, which I did not like, instead of the one with the built-in sock net. In order to have four nets, I already made the decision to acquire a second Bownet and purchase a replacement net for the one my wife gave me.I saw the Powernet and gave it a closer look as I prepared to purchase the replacement net. It had the same same appearance to me as a bownet, just crimson instead of orange. I studied the reviews and examined the images before deciding to purchase one together with the Bownet replacement net because it was $50 less expensive than an actual Bownet. I reasoned that even if it was terrible, I still had three Bownets. For both the Powernet and the Bownet to replace the net, I ultimately paid roughly $175. I was able to save about $50 from what I had originally budgeted.the analysisWhen I opened the Powernet's package, I was pleasantly delighted to see that the net itself was quite wonderful. It seemed on par with or superior to the Bownet net to me.The bottom frame differs from Bownets in that the snap buttons are less expensive and the tubing doesn't appear to be the same thickness. This doesn't imply that it's inferior; it only means that the materials are different. It is equally easy to set up and feels durable.Although they appear to be just a tiny bit thicker in diameter than Bownets, the four fiberglass poles function exactly the same.After putting it up, I thought it was essentially identical to the Bownet but $50 less expensive. My kid mistook it for a crimson Bownet.We went it out back and hit some balls into it; thus yet, no serious issues have arisen.However, after the sock has about 15 or so balls in it, my daughter's hits would really lift the front off the ground and appear to be tipping over. I'm not sure if this is due to the bottom tubing, the frame being a little lighter, or the "legs" not extending out as far as the Bownet. That hasn't really ever happened to me with one of the Bownets. Other than that minor issue, the internet functioned well and has done so thus far.Summary:Basically a Bownet knockoff made in China.appear to be made of the same materials as a Bownet but are $50 less expensive (apart from the bottom frame, which I didn't think was a huge deal). I'm happy I took a chance and bought it since I like it.

Over the past few weeks, we have gotten a lot of use out of our Powernet. Although younger children will require assistance because they cannot climb a chair or ladder to reach the top pole loop, it is simple to set up. It works great for both softball and baseball hitting practice, as we have tested. The initial setup takes around 5 minutes, but we can now do it in about 3 minutes. One of the rope loops on the net is slightly worrying me because it is frayed (it came that way right out of the box), and if that breaks, the net will be completely useless. I'll monitor the product to see how long it lasts and how the company responds if it does break. If anything changes, I'll let you know.Really cool is the ball caddy. It is pre-assembled, simple to use, and portable. We have a ball bucket, so we don't use it very often, but it's still cool to have. If you separately calculate the costs of the other elements in this bargain, it is essentially free.The big balls are really well made. These are some of the best weighted balls I've ever used, and we've used a variety for hitting practice. They also look to be very sturdy. Each ball has received over 100 impacts, but it still appears to have just been taken out of the box.I gave this item one rating less because of the tee. The "deluxe" tee falls far short of some of the high-end Tanner tees I've used, contrary to my expectations. The height adjustment is challenging, and there isn't a reliable method (on mine, at least) to secure the actual tee to the stand. I have repeatedly turned the knob, but it will not tighten to hold the tee in place. Additionally, the foundation is not weighted, so it topples with the slightest strike to the tee.In conclusion, it seems like this is a really wonderful product. My kids now want to bat more, and I can't wait to start utilizing it for pitching as well. Everything else in this kit is of good caliber, but I would advise spending more money on a better tee.

On Prime Day in July of last year, we purchased this net. It's simple to put together and has worked well with our tee to allow our girls to practice softball at home. They enjoy the striking zone target in particular because one of them is a novice pitcher. However, the exceptional customer service I experienced is the main reason I'm writing this review. One of the poles got left behind at practice last week, and even after going back to the field to look, I couldn't find it. On Thursday afternoon, I sent the business an email to inquire about my options for getting a replacement. Today is Monday, and I already had a pole waiting for me at no cost. Without a doubt, the next time I need sporting equipment, I will look at GoSports first.

As a former MLB coach who now coaches my children's small league team. To assist me in training the children, I required some reliable tools. I chose the PowerNet brand since the pricing was reasonable and I liked that they had a 5x5-inch net to complement my larger nets. I've got the internet for two weeks, and I love it. The size and open design of the entire net to collect balls are wonderful. The strike zone attachment is fantastic, too. This net is used for gentle toss and tee exercises. It serves as a pitching and throwing station as well. We set it up at first base so that the kids may receive ground balls and then practice their throws into the net without the need for a first baseman. Then, just yesterday, we utilized it at one of our stations as a backstop. A fantastic net that is both portable and adaptable. The fact that my 10- to 12-year-old can set up this net in about two minutes is also extremely cool. PowerNet products are definitely the way to go, and the pricing is unbeatable.

For my 13-year-old fastpitch softball player, I bought these goods. In less than 5 minutes, she can set up the net everywhere she goes. An full 5-gallon bucket's worth of balls can be collected thanks to the net's enormous pocket. She works on both her hitting and pitching by herself. No matter how near we are to the net or how hard the ball is hit, this net holds up, as I have demonstrated by gentle tossing to her as well. It never falls over.Additionally, we bought the striking zone accessory. This is quick and simple to attach and aids in pitching practice.I heartily endorse this net and the strike zone attachment for baseball and softball players of any age.A little let down with the tee that comes with this combo. The ball's top piece is really distinctive. Any size ball will fit inside of it. If accidently struck while swinging, the top has enough give that it won't break or cause the tee to tip over. The fact that the entire top pole is made of additional plastic disappointed me. This might fail. We just used the tee once, thus the glue must not have really dried. The central compression clamp was separated from the top piece. Consequently, it cannot be raised or lowered. Re-gluing the top to the connector is what we're attempting. If this doesn't work, I'll contact the business to get a warranty replacement.This is by far the greatest net I have ever seen. The market is thin on tees. If the adhesive had properly cured, this would be a fantastic t-shirt.

excellent internet. To decide whether saving $40 by purchasing the I-Screen from the same firm rather than the A-Screen, I conducted some research and watched YouTube videos. I decided that purchasing the I-Screen was okay, and after utilizing it throughout a few practices, I believe I made the right decision. Making the pitch and doing a small duck behind the goal is crucial. So instead of positioning it precisely in front of home plate, a right-handed pitcher would set it up somewhat to the left of them. Just enough to prevent the ball from angling as it approaches the plate.Overall, this device is quite useful for children above the age of 9 who can begin hitting the ball. Instead of having to perform side tosses, you can approach rather near and perform front throws. The net has already received multiple shots and performed flawlessly. I haven't yet needed to utilize the small stakes that are included with it to anchor it to the ground. It doesn't come with instructions, as has already been observed, but there is a setup video on YouTube. I did this and discovered how to put it together quickly.We're trying to encourage hitters to use the wide area of the field and drive the ball up the middle, so you can play games where you give the kids two points for hitting the screen on the fly and one point for a grounder into it.The carrying bag should be about an inch bigger so that the poles fit in it more easily. Additionally, the zippers have a tendency to get a bit stuck at the ends of the zipper track. These are the only drawbacks, which are similar to what other reviewers have mentioned. However, nothing of these merits a star deduction. The product is fantastic, and other coaches and assistant coaches have all expressed their appreciation. Definitely a recommendation.

The hitting and throwing net is excellent! My first thought when I opened the box was "wow!"Each item was carefully wrapped in plastic to keep it safe. After I had completed unpacking the components, I discovered that the foundation was made of sturdy steel and that locking push pins were used to firmly join the base sections. Although they are composed of some sort of composite material, the side poles are equally as sturdy. The diameter of the side poles would be roughly three standard tent poles placed together, and the base would be around four. The net features a wonderful deep pocket for the balls and is equally strong and durable. BONUS: If you're throwing live pitches, this can also form into a "I" net to protect you. A double benefit! With this invention, the designer was thinking ahead of the curve.There are nine straightforward pictographs on one page of instructions; it doesn't get any simpler than that. Four stakes and a sturdy carrying bag are included to assist anchor the net to the ground if necessary.To keep the stakes from disappearing when not in use, I would add a small velcro pocket to the interior of the carrying case.If you're reading this, you've probably noticed that I frequently used the term "heavy duty." I'm a 40-year-old man who still plays league baseball with an 11-year-old softball player and an 8-year-old baseball player, so that is just my opinion. In Wisconsin, this device fits in our standard-sized basement floor and ceiling for indoor enjoyment during the colder months, so we use it daily when we are not at team practices.The product's overall quality and craftsmanship have earned my complete satisfaction. Since my wife's flowers, which unintentionally serve as our backstop, couldn't handle any more baseballs, I'd been keeping an eye on these hitting/pitching nets. The fact that an 8-year-old is just beginning to learn how to play baseball, a 2.5-year-old will hit 80–100 balls per night, and a 6-year-old loves to imitate her siblings made me realize I had to make the buy. The problem is that I couldn't bring myself to spend more than $70 on it.Here comes ZENY's 7x7 net, which is priced at an AMAZING $40! I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but decided it was worth the risk. When it was delivered, I was pleasantly delighted to see what I discovered:-Welds were not poor, resulting in sturdy structure and simple assembly -Stitching is more than sufficient, resulting in a firm net-Professional packaging ensured minimal damage during transport. -Contents fit easily into carrying bag.The plastic clamps on the attachable strike zone are virtually worthless, I'll admit that as a "Con." The force of the third ball to strike the strike zone's red tape caused one of the plastic clips to irreparably crack; I predict the other clips will follow suit soon. The strike zone can still be used completely if the ends are tied to the netting or frame or if the clips are simply replaced with smaller carabiners, clips, or even a substantial paperclip. The primary reason it only receives 4 out of 5 stars is due to the clips' lack of durability. It would be without a doubt a 5-star purchase if they supplied sturdy replacements.Conclusion: BUY.(I received no discount or payment for this review; it is purely my opinion. But in the future, I'd be happy to use/review ZENY's products!)
