I installed these babies in my 28-year-old Jeep Wrangler YJ to replace the original headlights. It would be dishonest for me to expressly ascribe the simplicity of install to these LEDs since the headlamp installation method (simple vs. tough) depends on the car model and not these specific lights — but wow, was it easy! :) It only took about 15 minutes. The first thing I observed was the difference in power load between OEM and these. Since OEM lights need some power, I can typically detect a slight reduction in the alt gauge when I switch on my lights. My gauge remained unchanged: not these. I don't have pictures of my installation, but I've seen others on here and on Google who have, and they clearly illustrate the difference between OEM and these. The quantity of light these emit is remarkable, to put it mildly, in my experience. Additionally, I have rigid LEDs for off-road use, which are wonderful complements to my evening lighting! Finally, the cost... For my Jeep parts, I purchase from Quadratic, 4WD, Summit, etc. LEDs to replace OEM lights have been offered for close to $500! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? When compared to other lights, these are practically free, so how could any other be superior? ... Brighter? Not unless you're trying to illuminate a runway for a C-130 to land, in my opinion.Sincerely, and take it from a guy who is aware that jeep stands for Just Empty Every Pocket, choose these if you want to swap out your stock OEM headlights. You'll get a great deal, terrific nighttime visibility while driving, a simple installation (at least for a YJ), and extra cash for beers while you work on your rig. Cheers!

These clips were originally listed on Amazon as not fitting my truck, but they appeared to be close enough, so I ordered them anyhow. I figured I should return them just in case. So it turns out that they fit perfectly after I put them inside. I changed my headlights, so replace them all. I made a comparison between them and the stock (OEM) one I had taken out, and even though they varied somewhat in appearance, they perform the identical functions.

The bulbs DO NOT accompany them. Why Amazon can't correct the flagrant mistake in some of its listings is beyond me. Having said that, they are respectable for China aftermarket components and unquestionably met my 2001 Dodge Ram's needs. a few pointers on how to install them. Yes, the bumper is in the way, but with a little caution, you can remove the old and install the new. I've done it previously, and this time I had no trouble switching out the first one. To protect the bumper while you pull out the old assembly, I did place a towel on top of it. The rubber on top of the bumper will be marred by a sharp mental fragment. Actually, the new lighting assembly was slightly different and was simpler to install. I used the towel on top of the bumper to cover the second one as well, but this time the piercing metal component on the lamp lens assembly's bottom sliced through the towel and damaged the rubber bumper's top. If I were to perform this task once more, I would cover the top of the bumper with a piece of leather. Leather would have been the ideal material. One of the screws on the light lens assembly damaged the plastic surrounding it when the second assembly was being installed. Although it didn't break off and I don't think it should cause you any concern, when installing these, wait to gently tighten the screws until you've had them all in place. Don't overly tighten them. I believe you will enjoy using these if you heed the preceding guidelines. Putting in the second one was rushed because the first went so smoothly.

I was originally intending to get the JW Speaker lights, but after considering the options, I opted against it because the cost ($700 for a pair) was simply too expensive for me. I'm impressed, I must say!-Looks: These lights have a sleek appearance. Compared to the extremely reflective silver of the stock lights, the blacked out housing makes a statement.-Price: compared to 99% of the competition, it is a genuine steal.-Brightness: These lights are very bright; unless you are on a back road that is entirely dark, you probably won't need to use your high beams.-Ease of Installation: They were quite simple to install, albeit the passenger side did need a little adjustment.-Built-in anti-flicker resistor: Unlike 99% of the other less expensive LED lights on the market, this one doesn't require you to squeeze a bulky anti-flicker harness behind the light.-Adapter of decent quality: I am aware that some other reviews claim that the plug adapter wouldn't function properly, but I had no problems with mine. It inserted smoothly into the OEM plug; I did, however, wrap the connections in electrical tape out of caution. This wasn't necessary.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the heat sink/housing on this lamp. It is heavy and nicely constructed. With a black powder coat finish, it is made of cast aluminum. I was unable to locate any obvious problems or imperfections.-Well sealed: I put these in just before we had rain and thunderstorms for literally three weeks straight. In addition to being heavily driven throughout this time, my jeep is currently sitting in my driveway unprotected from the weather. No water or moisture inside the lens.Cons: -It took me a total of about 10 minutes to grind down a few of the cooling fins on the passenger-side light so it would fit in my 2018 JK sport. I also had to cover the exposed metal with some spray paint. This may become a more serious problem if you don't have access to the necessary tools. Since the lenses are polycarbonate, they will scratch more easily than the OEM lights. Just something to be aware of if you plan to travel on routes that are overgrown. And now for a little message to the public: AFTER INSTALLATION, TAKE SOME TIME AND AIM YOUR HEADLIGHTS CORRECTLY! I believe that LED/HID lights have an unfairly terrible image for being "blindingly bright" because dummies believe that since their factory lights were pointed correctly, there is no need to aim the new lights—FALSE! Despite them being quite bright, it took me approximately 20 minutes to get them focused, and since I put them, I haven't received a single flash from approaching traffic. There are several how-to videos on YouTube; kindly take the extra 15 to 20 minutes to ensure that your lights are pointed correctly.Anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on headlights for your jeep should definitely consider these lights. These are quite affordable and appear to be well-made. If anything changes in the future with these lights, I'll update this review.

I was concerned that these would make other drivers inattentive at night. But I went ahead and bought it. Only one from the middle row and one from the top row are used in low beam mode. The top row faces the earth, but the remaining rows face straight forward. There will therefore be one led pointed forward when your low beams are on. Though it is not dazzling, it is noteworthy. Although you may counter that most LED headlights are distracting, On the plus side, this one LED that faces forward illuminates reflecting signs as though they were backlit. Driving at night ensures that you never miss a sign.

Quite nicely, in fact. You must keep in mind that although it is a dust and moisture seal, it is probably not 100% effective.I say so because this isn't as tight or secure as the headlamp cap's snug-fitting, o-ring sealed design. However, this is still far preferable to leaving the standard cover off and the reflector cavity completely exposed to the environment. In conclusion, this is a solid solution. You must completely remove the wire "bail" that snaps shut over the bulb flange in order to install this on the e320—and possibly other Benz models or Geman models that use H7 bulbs. You should now be staring at the back of the reflector as you take this dustcover, which is actually a conical-shaped, stepped rubber bellows. Place it so that the tiny end is facing the front of the car, slip the hole over the reflector bulb opening flange, and then work it into the back.I should have remembered to pull the bulb harness and connector through the center hole first, then continue as described. The wire has a modest diameter and will simply stick out next to the bulb flange in an unobtrusive manner. The wire connection is made beneath the headlamp housing. This is exactly how it must be for the H7 LED bulb's back heatsink to have an open atmosphere to release any heat.In particular, because Low Beams are occasionally used during the day and may produce a lot of heat over time, this is the ideal method for keeping the bulb cool and extending its lifespan. The greatest diameter component of this "dustcover/bellows" will simply "kiss" the inside edge of the e320 housing once it is installed, providing a seal that is, if not completely tight, at least extremely satisfactory.Yes, a form-fitting stiff cover MIGHT be preferable, but even then, doing so would cage the bulb head inside the lamp assembly, which would be detrimental in the long run.So, this creative approach earns a strong 4 out of 5 stars.I'm overjoyed that our w163 (ML500) and w210 (e320 wagon) now have the best nighttime visibility imaginable thanks to these Beamtech H7 bulbs!East Texas' David

**UPDATED** After I personally contacted Amazon and explained my problem with the original set of lights, they honored the 2-year warranty and sent me a new pair to replace the original set, which had already started to malfunction after only a few months. This, in my opinion, is excellent customer service, and it merits an updated evaluation to atone for my earlier criticism. I'm hoping the new set will endure longer than the old one. I'm raising my rating from 1 stars to 4 stars. Amazon, you're great! For a time now, I've been intending to write my review of this item order. In September, I went lighting shopping for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara's front bumper bull bar tabs. I chose these lights after doing extensive study and comparing options over a period of several weeks. I really needed the "high light output" in the front, but I didn't want to place a massive pair of oversized, hot-producing spherical lights. It was an added bonus to see how frequently Jeeps were used. The characteristics stated below and the astounding variety of applications were what initially drew me in.(2) 1260lm Off Road LED Spot Lights with Brackets-Under $20 -Extremely brilliant view area for nighttime visibility - (Boat Lighting section)Jeeps can use LED lights extensively (Off Road Vehicle lighting section)-Die-cast aluminum alloy cooling fins that improve heat dissipation and increase light bulb life to over 30,000 hoursLight is effectively waterproof, dustproof, and anticorrosive, and is powder coated to an IP67 rating (Boat Lighting section)-Easy-to-adjust mounting brackets make it simpler to change the orientation of the light.Two-year warrantyI was on the verge of purchasing two pairs.I ordered a power wire/switch kit because I didn't realize it wasn't included with the lights when they arrived; it wasn't a major concern. After everything was hooked, installed, and operational, I was pleased with the amount of light production and the simplicity of bracket adjustment. My experience with the lights over the following few months after receiving them is detailed in the timeline below:Days (45–60) – Observed that the mounting bracket hardware (nuts and bolts) was beginning to rust and appear shabby.Water droplets began to accumulate on the inner sealed lens surface of both lamps after around 60 to 90 days.Days (180-200): Both lights exhibit clear indications of corrosion spreading on outside surfaces in various places.Given the IP67 classification, it was logical to expect that the LED lights would be as described in the features: waterproof, dustproof, and anticorrosive. Since I don't know how to contact the seller, I would want to request a warranty replacement. If the 2-year warranty claim is accurate, I would be happy to send these back and modify my review.

I purposefully put off reviewing the products until now to see how they hold up to the Texas summers, caliche dust, and mosquito swarms. For an aftermarket product, they have been excellent; I have found not a single issue or grievance with the business or the products. The installation of my initial order revealed a problem with water in the lamp. Before calling Auto and Art, I examined the bulb seal and discovered no leaks that may indicate a faulty component. I contacted the organisation, and I received assistance right away. After they were fitted, there have been no problems since a fresh one was sent out and received the following day (same state shipping**). I forgot to mention that the headlamps came with a bulb already installed from the manufacturer, which was a bonus for me. However, since I had already replaced my OEM lamps with brighter Xenons (which provided better illumination for Highway kamikazes, also known as deer), I decided not to leave them installed and instead stored them in my toolbox as a roadside backup.Forgot to say that the packaging was excellent, with blown-in foam molding providing complete protection while shipping. These lenses are excellent aftermarket replacements; just headlamp aiming is required for installation. Excellent pricing and value when compared to the dealership (I wouldn't be shocked if the manufacturer supplied the OEM), and there is no comparison to some of the trash I have seen elsewhere. Simple, straightforward transaction with a well-organized business!

These lights were packaged carefully and are of good quality. Since so many others have commented on their brilliance, I won't (they are definitely bright). I rated it four stars since they provide good styling at a reasonable price, but a quality installation is a little difficult. 2017 Wrangler JK is what I own.Practical Advice and DirectionsHeadlightss========1. DELETION: Turn on the lights and park in a garage or close to a wall. Mark the headlights' and both of the fog lights' vertical and horizontal beam centers. The new lights are pointed at this as a guide. Turn off the lights, remove the grille (youtube videos show you how, takes 3 minutes), and then detach the 4 tiny torx bolts holding in each headlight bezel. After then, the headlights immediately turn on.2. INSTALLATION: To install the new headlights, a minor adjustment is needed. Three tabs (extrusions) on each headlamp attach to slots in the Jeep's headlight housing. The bottom slot is at 6 o'clock, while the others are roughly at 10 and 2 o'clock. This will provide a tight fit and proper lamp orientation. The headlamp on the driver's side installs without any problems. However, the 10 o'clock tab on the passenger side is about 1/16th of an inch off from the factory headlamp housing. This indicates that without alteration, the headlamp will not fit flush in the housing. I used a dremel to remove the lip off the 10 o'clock housing slot on the Jeep because the 6 and 2 o'clock aligned without issue (widened the slot). After that, the headlamp could fit flush without any problems (it was a tight fit). Reinstalling the bezels after you have adjusted the headlight aim appropriately is then simple plug-and-play.3. OPTIONAL: If you decide to paint the headlight bezels black, this is an excellent time to do it. Three coats of flat black trim paint were enough for me. However, because paint does not like to attach to chrome, I used a dremel to rough up the surface of the bezels. The chrome's surface was micro-scraped to aid in adherence, and the black bezels complement the lights well. I think it's worth the extra time and money.======= Fog Lights1. REMOVAL: After removing the grille (see step 1 above), it is important to take off the bumper trim that is situated in front of the radiator. A flat 4 applies "Two plastic body screws hold a rubberized plastic strip 4' long by 1' wide to the frame. Simply unscrew them and pull them out; they are very accessible. Because the fog lights are too large to fit between the frame from underneath, this trim piece must be removed in order to install them. The plastic splash protection underneath the Jeep must also be removed. For mine, I had to remove 6 plastic trim retainers before it would drop. The retainers can be removed without the use of any tools other than a flat-tip screwdriver. I believe a philips screw driver was needed with earlier JK models. There are videos about this on YouTube as well. Four philips head screws are used to attach a plastic bracket containing each fog light to the interior of the bumper. Due to some interference problems, I had to use a shorty philips screwdriver on the driver's side fog light. The complete fog light assembly comes off when the screws are removed.2. INSTALLATION: The fog lights that came with the kit were mounted in cheap plastic housings, which caused the lights to shake slightly. When I'm driving, I prefer not to have my fog lights bouncing up and down. The adjustment screws cannot be modified after installation since they are positioned on the wrong sides of the housing. As a result, I removed the lights from the provided housing and put them in the stock housings. If you choose to do this, I did what follows:2.a. Completely remove the philips head adjustment screw from the old fog lights, taking care not to lose the spring or the screw in the process. These two will both be utilized in the new fog light.2.b. Pull the light out of the previous housing. The light is held in place by two tabs on the sides of the housing; to release it, simply gently peel the housing away from the tabs.2.c. Replace the old housing with the new lights. As snug as the factory fit should be achieved. Verify that the fog lights may move completely up and down. I had to remove just 1/8 of an inch "The original housings' backside featured a tab that restricted the whole range of motion. A box cutter was used to cut this.Install the previous adjustment screws and springs in step 2.d. The adjustment screws will require some effort to thread into the new lights because of the coarser threads, even though the diameter is the same. You simply have to rethread the housing. This is a lot more durable solution and allows you to use the factory holes in the frame to adjust the lights!3. Reinstall the splash guard, trim, and grille, plug in the fog lights, and then adjust them as necessary. As you can see, some adjustment is necessary for a perfect installation, but the lights are excellent. I spent a total of two hours on the aforementioned tasks, including painting the bezels. I'm quite pleased with how everything turned out. After it rained, one of my lights developed condensation due to a faulty seal, however the vendor was VERY fast and quickly sent me a replacement.

Not surprising at all. But they are acceptable given the price. They cannot possibly last as long as the first lights did—more than 20 years. Whatever you pay for, you get. And with shipping, these cost less than $60. It is thinner than the original plastic. The headlight frames enable some movement and slight bending of the headlights. They appear great from a visual standpoint. It looks nicer than it has in a very long time, my Tahoe. For a time, I debated whether to order these. Nice, clean lenses make a good impression. My Tahoe is a third car for us, so I don't drive it very often. I don't care if it's of the highest quality because it mostly gathers dust outside.
