Overall, I'm really pleased with this product's quality. The absence of instructions is my only criticism. Mine arrived empty. Even though it was simple to find, mark, and cut out the opening, I ran into a difficulty with the bolts and nuts galling, which prevented me from tightening or releasing them. They continued until the panel was no longer tightly fastened and the nuts could no longer be removed. To get rid of them, I worked with a drill and a Dremel for several hours. The panel now comes with instructions and a suggestion to use anti-seize, I learned when I emailed the business. Make sure you don't make the same error I did if yours doesn't!

The 1999 KTM LC4 640 I rideThis, in my opinion, enhanced the fun of riding. I detest trying to estimate my exact speed while seeing the tiny needle increase to a very small number. This makes it really simple to see your speed.Before, my bike lacked a tachometer, so having one was convenient. The red wire wire wrapped around the ignition coil has caused problems for some, but mine worked right away. With default settings, five neatly coiled wraps around the coil with electrical tape covering them functioned flawlessly.I had to get the extra dash piece that fits around my dual sport because I own one. It was simple to connect a fuse holder and a fuse in series, however ordering a 1 amp fuse from out of town was a nightmare. When you're paying over $100 for this, it's just a pain; I doubt it would increase the cost of production significantly. The Battery Tender is an example of a product that accomplished this.The head temperature indication is the only thing I haven't tried. I didn't bother cutting into my coolant lines to install the sensor as I have a liquid cooled bike and an overheat temperature light already. Most likely after I get new coolant lines and fluid for the bike.Very good all around. quick shipping for the actual machine. Although that is a different order, the dash kit took some time. Just be aware of some basic wiring techniques if you're connecting to a 12 volt battery or the ignition circuit, for example. This one was fantastic and works fantastically.

This is a great way to utilize the space on your dashboard. In order to prevent things from breaking, you should first wait about a week after installation to use them. This will allow them to properly expand. Second, they are more likely to break the harder you pull on them. Third, after installation, you won't be able to fit anything through the net that is the same size as the storage hole. It must continue to be tightly wound. Ours is wide enough for us to easily fit water and soda bottles within.
