This is a cute product, but when it arrived, I discovered that half of the gifts were missing. I could tell this because I could hear the gifts rattling around, so I opened it. When I went back, Amazon swiftly shipped a replacement. This time, everything was there, but as an advent calendar, the items need to be packed better in the various doors; otherwise, your youngster can open a door on a particular day to discover it is empty. I'm happy there is a way to open the box without opening each door because I made sure to secure everything inside before giving it to my daughter. She has enjoyed the gifts for the first five days of the month, thus I took away a star for this; otherwise, the item is amazing.

wonderful advent calendar My first encounter with Playmobil has been largely positive thus far. This year, I bought advent calendars for all four of my children, and my almost 4-year-old will love this one. The toys are incredibly nicely constructed and adorable. He was given an elf on day one. He is completely mobile. His limbs, waist, and head move as well. He brought a hat you can wear and take off. Day 2 brought a package of tools, which are necessary for a busy elf making toys. There was a drill, a saw, a hammer, a screwdriver, a few wrenches, and they all fit into his hands with ease. He hasn't had a chance to unlock that third door yet because today is only day 3, so I wanted to review in case someone else wanted to get one. To catch up, you can open a few days at once. This is a terrific set if your child enjoys pretend play, and there's always the excitement of discovering something new every day.

Observations regarding this advent calendar:It's a one-time offer. Every advent calendar I've ever seen or used is something that can be reloaded and done each Christmas, with the exception of the occasional edition that contains some sort of food treat. This can't be. It's a box made of perforated cardboard that you punch open and peel back; it almost seems more like hefty card stock. That disappointed me somewhat because I had hoped that my son could use this calendar every year. I merely unzipped the #1 compartment. Wow! It was Lightning McQueen, and it was very well done! That stood out sharply from the box. The automobile is made of metal and has rotating wheels. McQueen was carefully wrapped up when I placed him back in his compartment. In a few months, I do expect to use it as intended here. Like you, I was able to acquire a general idea of what the additional compartments might hold by reading the information in the box and online. It does turn into a legitimate play set, which I appreciate.Overall, the quality of what's inside wows me, but I wish the outside had matched.

I was overjoyed to discover this for my almost 3-year-old. For him, I wanted an advent calendar of some sort without any sweets. This is ideal. Every morning he looks forward to doing it. Here are some quick ideas:Pros:-Easy enough for young children to complete (great for toddler age)Glitter on the tree and pieces gives it a little extra oomph.-Small tray is simple for hands with clumsiness to use-It's a big size.Cons:On a piece of thick board, the tree is only a sticker. When it arrived, the top had already begun to peel (see picture). It will require tender care to prevent additional peeling.-The ornament tray has no cover for storing. I wish there was at least a tray cover included, if not a box for the entire device. I will have to be really cautious when putting this away to prevent making it peel even more and to prevent losing any ornaments (I will probably just put them in a ziplock).I am pleased that I was able to purchase this for $11.99 on a lightning bargain. I might be a little angrier about the peeling if it cost $19.99. I'll be content if it lasts until kindergarten.

I just got my soft advent calendar, and I can't wait for December to get here. After school, my nephews come here to spend the day. They enjoy small toys and other things. Sadly, we were given the Harry Potter version in its instead!I'm not sure where or how the confusion occurred because the label on the outer box plainly reads "Marvel 80th Anniversary." I'm going to reorder the Marvel edition and cross my fingers that I'll get the right thing in a few days! It appears to be a high-quality piece if it's anything like this Harry Potter version. fantastic stuff I bought purple lady bug advent calendars for my granddaughters for the second year in a row (last year, they were 3 and 8, this year, they are 4 and 10). I hope they enjoy them as much as they did last year. The 3-year-old last year eagerly played with her squishes as soon as the box was opened, but the 9-year-old chose a more subdued style of play and display. The three-year-old squishes did gather dirt and grime, which didn't really wash off, but she also took them outside and made them walk through sand and dirt.

This slime advent calendar was a lot of fun for my children to open! The slime had a pleasant aroma, a slightly greasy sensation, and was firmer than usual slime (more like a putty). They came in a variety of pastel hues. However, the add-ons and charms were our favorites! The accessories came in gorgeous little glass vials, and the charms are very cute. Creating an advent calendar is such a wonderful idea! This is the best calendar for my child that I have found as a substitute for candy calendars. He will enjoy removing the small windows to reveal 24 colorful and unique automobiles. This is a fantastic activity for young, active children and will keep them occupied until Santa brings the presents.The biggest shock was that they could test-drive their new cars on a road made by an opening flap in the box.
