If you are looking for a good pair of knee pads, Nike is a great option. Their knee pads are comfortable and provide good protection. They are also reasonably priced, making them a great value for the money.
There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on personal preference. Some people find that white knee pads provide better visibility and contrast against darker surfaces, making them ideal for indoor use. Others prefer black knee pads for their sleek and professional appearance. Ultimately, the best knee pads for you are the ones that fit comfortably and offer the level of protection you need.

I bought these for my 114-pound, 5'6" daughter. The size "Small" was ideal. Perfect for any volleyball player that digs fairly frequently. Although the durability hasn't been verified because they're new, initial impressions indicate that they're quite nicely crafted.Update: I wanted to update this post because my daughter has been abusing them for a while now. She participates in national team competitions and uses these knee protectors at all of her practices, drills, and games. She has used knee pads before, but they are the most comfortable and durable she has ever worn.

I have around six of these pairs, and I use them for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I need further protection for falls onto my knees, persistent pressure on my knees, etc. even though the floor is already matted. Despite having tested a few different kinds, they are by far my favorite BJJ knee pads. They offer good protection, are cozy, affordable, long-lasting, and have a low profile (so they don't get in the way). My reasonably large legs, which I have at 6'1" and 200 lbs, fit snugly but not too tightly. They remain stationary for the duration of a roll. I don't know what kind of legs people have who complain about tightness, but I believe they fit perfectly. I've had a few pairs in my rotation for the past six years (again, I use several pairs in rotation). They do eventually stretch out, but that normally happens after a year or so, and even then, they are still usable for a very long period. After every lesson, I machine wash them, but I always hang them to dry.

For volleyball, my 13-year-old needed knee pads, so of course mom (me) spent hours researching my options by reading reviews, comparing prices, determining sizing, and stressing over my decisions. I chose them in the end. Well, the child adored them. some time. She claimed they were cozy, the sizing was accurate according to their chart, and they performed as expected. She then began to swell up, a few hives appeared, and she made every effort to scratch herself with her fingernails whenever they touched her knee. The vendor messaged us to inquire about our opinion of them. Since I wasn't expecting anything in return, I only wanted to let them know that my peculiar child had experienced an unusual reaction to something. They have no control over it because of her biology. The next thing I knew, I had received a message of regret and our money had been returned. She had worn them and made them sweaty, so I wasn't going to try to return them, but I wanted to just let them know. They provided excellent customer service, going above and above. I rate them a 10/10. She would continue be taking them if she weren't weird and her skin would behave normally, thus they receive a 10/10 for the product as well. Although I won't be able to comment on their longevity, they seem to be high-quality right out of the box. They don't seem shoddy or slapped together in a hurry. That was my tale, and I hope it was beneficial to someone.

My kneecaps really hurt when I bend over to clean under a couch or coffee table because I run a housekeeping service. When your knees are on the same cushion as opposed to being separate, you don't have as much mobility. I tried a foam gardening pad, but it's cumbersome to carry around. Then I attempted a pair of foam gardening knee pads, but they were green and very large, making them appear silly and taking up a lot of space in my backpack. AFTER that, I purchased these ASICS knee pads, and they are AMAZING! Since they don't have velcro, you have to slip them on over your foot, it would be impractical to constantly put on and take off lace-up sneakers. BUT it doesn't matter because I put on these stylish, comfy knee pads in the morning before my shoes and wear them the entire day. When I'm working in a space where I frequently kneel down, I keep them around my knees. When I won't need them for a while, I push them down around my ankles, where they blend in with my black jeans and don't appear odd. They make me feel SO much better and have made my job easier! Here are a few instances of how they have supported my work: When I used to clean a bathtub, I would stand up, bend completely over, brace myself on the edge with one hand, and scrub the tub with the other. That is very unpleasant and hard on the back. Now I merely clean while squatting on the bathroom floor! Because the majority of bathroom floors are cement coated in laminate, that wasn't previously possible. They've also assisted me in cleaning the stairs. I simply crawl backward down a flight of stairs, wiping off the dust with one hand and wetting down the steps with the other. That is considerably easier and more ergonomic than attempting to sweep, vacuum, and mop a set of steps. You'll adore these if you're a housekeeper looking for knee protection for the job! For your information, they are snug and secure to prevent falling, however because of this, they may feel a little tight after wearing them for a while (they won't feel tight if you simply wear them for about an hour). I strongly advise doing what I do and lowering them to your ankles when you know you won't be kneeling for a long if you plan to wear them all day. (My photo demonstrates what I mean by placing one knee pad around my knee and one around my ankle.) They don't stop the blood flow to your legs; instead, they only temporarily improve it and give your knees some air (mine get a little sweaty after a couple hrs, but these have moisture wicking

I've found a few "reduced profile" knee pads that have decent padding, are cosy, and fit my short legs. I enjoy them and use them for dancing practise, however they are difficult to pull up all the time and frequently slide down. Just some food for thought. (BTW, these "Junior" sized knee pads are the greatest I've yet discovered! I'm an adult who weighs 100 pounds and is 5'5" tall, with slender legs. LOLOL).

After suffering a knee injury while running a few weeks ago, I purchased these braces. I had already put on another brace, but it made my knee hurt even worse. It was a brace with a tiny hole where the kneecap normally is. I don't know why, but whenever I use that kind of brace, the issue only becomes worse, so I'm finally doing away with them. After five days of agony and cane use, I'm very glad I made the decision to buy these. I was able to put pressure on my leg as soon as I placed these on and even partially bend my knee while walking. Even though my knee wasn't immediately fixed and I still needed to be cautious and use the cane occasionally to keep pressure off of it, the improvement I felt right away was tremendous. I was particularly relieved that they came in a pair since even though I only wounded one knee, I ended up using both because the other one had grown painful from my reliance on it over the previous five days.I selected my size using the chart. I chose the Medium since it fits comfortably and measures 17 1/2" to 18" at the height of my kneecap. They had adequate compression, and even after extended wear, they didn't start to slide down.I will admit that after a few days, I started to realize that I might be wearing them for too long. The compression was too much after a while, so I started taking them off once I arrived at work and putting them back on for the ride home, which worked better. I wore them on the way to work and one day just kept them on all day.I saw in several other reviewers' comments that they utilized them for extra support and injury prevention when exercising. I'm not sure if I'll use them for that because I did notice that the brace made it difficult to bend my knee because of the compression as my knee started to get better and I tried to bend it slightly more when walking. In any case, these truly helped me get through the worst part of my knee injury/pain, so I'm really satisfied with this purchase. I might try it though when I'm good enough to start jogging again. If you've also had issues with the other braces with the hole for the knee cap, I would advise you to try them.

The "Nike" knee protectors are fantastic. She couldn't buy anything in her size.Fully satisfied, fits as predicted, and washes well because they tend to sweat a little and smell a little. They are still in good condition after a full season of digging, with no holes, a snug fit, and the same colour even after numerous washings.

Since Nike is the only brand I am familiar with, my daughter has been wearing them for three years. Only the volleyball club player wearing Mizuno caught my attention. It appears to be the brand of volleyball clothing that is advised. I've never purchased anything from this brand before. My daughter, who is 14, is 5'7" tall, weighs 118 lbs., and her knee circumference is 13". The medium size of this knee pad that I purchased was the ideal fit. It has lots of padding, however it's bulkier than the Nike she was wearing. When the occasion demands it, my daughter doesn't hesitate to dive in. However, I had to cut or remove the white plastic tag. It makes her skin itch. I wish that they would produce items without tags. My daughter is content with this kneepad aside from that.I now need to get Mizuno shoes and shorts to go with the knee-pads.

Since the COOLOMG I originally purchased lacked a top band made of silicone or gel, they kept collapsing on me. As I was playing basketball, it was quite unpleasant.I purchased these pads in the hopes that the gel/silicon would keep them in place, and they do! I only had to move them once during a two-hour basketball game; otherwise, they stayed put. Since the pads are separate pieces of pad or foam that appear to move more naturally with your knees, I also believe they feel more natural when you're playing. During a basketball game, I hit my knees in these twice and felt no pain.I genuinely believe that these knee braces are excellent and functional for the price. With my pretty thick thighs and height of 5'11, the XL size fits me perfectly. Given that these cost roughly $13 compared to others that cost between $20 and $40, I just purchased two more pairs of these.

These knee pads, in my opinion, offer the perfect combination of PROTECTION, COVERAGE AREA, and FIT
Most guy volleyball players do wear knee pads. This is because the sport is very tough on the knees and can easily lead to injuries. By wearing knee pads, players can help protect themselves from these injuries.
If your volleyball knee pads are sliding down, there are a few things you can do to keep them in place. First, make sure that the knee pads are the right size. They should be snug but not too tight. Second, try wearing knee-high socks or tights over the knee pads to help keep them in place. Finally, you can use a knee pad strap or tape to secure the pads in place.
There is no definitive answer when it comes to what size knee pads to get. The best way to figure out what size knee pads you need is to try them on and see how they feel. If the knee pads are too big, they may slip down your leg and not provide adequate protection. If the knee pads are too small, they may be uncomfortable and constrict your movement. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what size knee pads feel the most comfortable and offer the best protection.
There are many different ways to pick volleyball knee pads. You can either go to a store and try them on, or you can go online and read reviews. You want to make sure that the pads are comfortable and fit well. You also want to make sure that they offer good protection.
Volleyball knee pads should last for as long as you continue to play the sport. However, the pads will eventually wear down and will need to be replaced. You can expect to get around two to three years of use out of a pair of volleyball knee pads.
Volleyball knee pads should be tight in order to protect the knees from impact. Loose knee pads can shift during play and may not provide adequate protection.
