See the PIC attached.But it appears to have been installed without issue and built well. The "Warm White" color of the LED was a serious concern. I used one power source to string one and a half sets together to cover the length of the kitchen, and I'm really happy to report that there are no shadows as a result of the successful continuous run.To cover the entire length of the opposing wall, I'm ordering another set.The surface must be spotless because the adhesive, which is exposed when you peel back the tape, is nothing exceptional. In light of the fact that the batteries these pucks come with are terrible, normal alkaline batteries cause these lights to dim over time (specifically, a few days), and 4. why not save the planet and junk, I would kindly ask any future buyers to also purchase a load of Eneloop or equivalent NiMH rechargeable AAs. Don't expect batteries to work like magic either, you snob.I adore these lights with all of my heart, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for livening up a life and space with boring lighting. This is a good battery-powered light for situations where you only need some short-term illumination. At my wife's retail store, I bought two units and installed them underneath the sales counters. I had network switches and computer equipment up beneath the counters, and I discovered that I needed more light there to work on the equipment. These lights with batteries work perfectly. Pressing the transparent plastic lens will turn the light on or off. There are four brilliant LED emitters. The lights just turn on and off; they cannot be dimmed. The double-sided adhesive pads that are provided or the screws can be used to mount the backplate, which falls off. Simple steps include sliding the device rearward, lifting it off, changing the batteries, and replacing. I opted to use significantly thicker #6 x 3/4" wood screws during my build rather than the supplied screws. Overall, a pretty great product that is excellent for temporary lighting needs.

So I purchased them for my new home's under-cabinet lighting. As an alternative to running cables, I thought these would be fantastic. It was, too. But keep in mind two considerations if you intend to use these for under-cabinet lighting:1: Motion sensing is hampered by the cabinet's bottom lip. Typically, your cabinet has a lip underneath it. Although the lip is in front of the light, you must position them under the cabinet. The motion detection range is reduced since this lip blocks the motion sensor. For it to detect motion and light up, you'd need to be around 1 foot away. Though it wouldn't look clean and the lights would be exposed, I suppose you could stick these to the lip piece.2: The distance between them must be really great for it to work. Only at night do the motion lights turn on. I got 2. I have three cabinets lined up in a row, placing one on the first and one on the third while omitting the second. Well, just one or the other would light up when I approached them. I emailed the vendor since I believed one was faulty. I was told to keep at least one foot between them. If not, one of them will mistakenly believe that it is daytime and not turn on. The problem is that they are only a foot apart. Anyhow, they sent me a new at no cost. Then I understood that for them both to function, they need to be roughly 2 feet apart. This is not the best solution, especially if you want lighting beneath every cabinet.The third image shows the lights being on simultaneously, which never happens. For the purpose of comparison as to how it would appear with both on, I manually switched them on.In conclusion, I'd advise you to search elsewhere if you want to utilize these under your kitchen cabinets. Despite the wonderful service, I only gave it four stars because my application didn't truly benefit from it.Update 1/13/18: When my coffee maker brews coffee, steam rises from under one of the lights. Consequently, the double-sided tape comes off, and the light goes out. Since then, I've moved them all to my closets (see fourth image). When it's too dark to see anything, it functions perfectly there. Aside from under cabinets, this light is excellent for use elsewhere.Update 4/5/19: One of the lights has now completely stopped working and won't recharge. Since I received the third one for free, I'm not too upset about it. I merely wanted to inform everyone.

I was seeking for a battery-operated light for my closet because the above light wasn't working.I gave several different ones a try. When I opened and shut my closet, the other motion sensor lights didn't seem to operate consistently. With dark or light areas, the motion lights appear to be picky. This one operates reliably since it incorporates a sensor for motion in both light and darkness. I can step into the doorway to turn it on if it doesn't come on when I open my door. automatically turns off after a brief period of time in order to save battery. Although the above light does function, I still like this automatic light. I just installed it yesterday, so I can't say if it will last, but it functions flawlessly right now.

I purchased these lights to provide illumination for my artwork in a basement hallway that was previously quite dark. They are flawless! They can be fastened to your walls or ceiling using either adhesive back tape or screws (both are supplied). You can use the timer feature on the remote control or even dim the light to your preferred level. You can direct the light in whatever direction you like by using the bulb housing's tilt and swivel features. Even while the circle of light is visibly brighter when placed closer to the piece of art, at a distance of 4 feet, each one still casts a dazzling light that is about 2 feet in diameter.I chose to utilize three lights because my artwork is 5 feet long. For you to see the amazing difference the lights make when they are on, I've included a picture with the lights off. With a single remote control, all three operate simultaneously. Since the light is mostly white, the artwork truly stands out! It will take time to see how long it lasts, but considering that I was just in the storage room for 10 seconds or less, it should last a very long time.After leaving or closing the door for around 10 seconds, the light goes out. Just what the doctor ordered, these! They are incredibly bright and incredibly simple to mount.I first experienced issues with 3 of the 5 items I bought. They would either not turn on at all or would turn on only when shook. At first, I was irritated and thought about returning them, but then I recalled a simple method I had learned in a robotics class I had taken my freshman year. The most of these dud lights are produced with dimensions that are NOT EXACTLY the same, and for a handful of them, the battery chamber is just a TINY bit too long (I'm talking millimeters) for the AAA batteries to complete the circuit required to power the light. Most likely, this is just assembly, but there is a fix!THE ANSWER: Simply place a small piece of aluminum foil or tin foil (like a LIIIIITTLE bit) between the final battery you load and the small door that closes onto the battery (or between any two of the batteries if you prefer). Just enough foil should be inserted to make the small battery chamber door slightly difficult to open and the batteries fit tightly inside the chamber. However, the door must still be able to be closed and clicked into place. The foil will fill in the empty area and serve as a conductor between the batteries and the power circuit, resolving any problems brought on by the battery chamber's chemical composition.All three of my broken lights were fixed using this technique, and they have been operating flawlessly for months. I'm a psychology student, not an engineer or expert in electronics or anything, but I do have a rudimentary understanding of electricity and circuitry, so I can say with certainty that doing this is completely safe, doesn't harm the light or batteries, and lasts as long as the batteries do.
