Far superior to The Complete Cookie!Being an endurance athlete, I take nutrition and rest extremely carefully. After a long, enjoyable run, there are a few decent "portable" pre-made products available. For a very long time, I have used Lenny and Larry's Complete Cookie and Oatmega cookies as my post-run snack when I return to the trailhead. I found Munk Pack when shopping for a comparable item while on vacation because I knew I would be doing several long training runs in the Mountains. On paper, they appeared to be superior than the competition since they included slightly more protein and slightly less fat. Additionally, the ingredient list was cleaner and contained fewer stabilizers. They taste better too, much to my surprise! They almost appear like a no-bake cookie and have less "fill strength" than the competition, but the texture and flavor are excellent. If you don't want to invest the time or don't have the skills to create your own, they are an excellent alternative if you need a high-calorie recovery snack or you need to pre-fuel an hour or so before any big adventure. They do flatten when put into a plastic bag, but the taste and functionality are unaffected, therefore Amazon needs to find a better method to package these.

Well, I had planned to photograph the cookie for the review, but instead, I ate it like a mother hiding a cookie in the cupboard as her young child enquires, "What are you doing, Mommy?" The soft-baked cookies in the red package (do they even still produce those?) were similar in texture to this product. When I bit into it, there was no crumbling or mess to clean up. Although it wasn't nearly as sweet as those soft-baked cookies, I think the two are pretty comparable. I was astonished by how excellent it was! I still consume sweets with a lot of sugar. Reviews, in my opinion, can be slanted because some people review cookies after going nine months without eating anything sweet or carb-related. I'm planning to get the chocolate chocolate chip ones straight away and would highly suggest these.

An unreliable dieter like myself has long enjoyed these cookies. They have the same flavor as regular cookies and have the same amount of protein as those enormous containers of powder found at the health food store. When you don't have time to cook a quick lunch, they are a good alternative because they are moist and well-portioned. My favorite flavor is double chocolate, but they're all fantastic at keeping you full and prepared to carry on with your day. It's truly up to the customer to decide if they like the flavors and can accomplish their goals. I can also attest that this particular type of cookies assisted me in losing thirty pounds.
