For Christmas this year, I ordered this for my roommate. She is a devoted Steelers supporter, whereas I am a devoted Packers fan, and we were watching football earlier in the season when she exclaimed, "Man, I wish I had a Terrible Towel!" as the crowd waved their towels in the air. I grabbed my phone, opened the Amazon app, and placed the order right away. I noticed that another commenter expressed disappointment that it wasn't very thick or could not be used as a towel. This struck me as amusing because its primary use is to serve as a towel to dry your hands after holding a cool beer while ranting maniacally at your television. If I could give it a rating higher than 5, I would. only for the expression on her face when she opened it, yelled joyously, and waved it in the air. (Ironically, the Packers played the Steelers the day after we exchanged gifts, and they defeated us. LoL) It is a Terrible Towel in fact, excellent for its intended usage and a wonderful value. And a great charity receives a percentage of the money. It was a situation where everyone won. As a birthday present for my wife, who enjoys the Atlanta Braves and travelling to the beach, I purchased her this. Although thin and light in weight, the towel is soft.
