Apparently, the "post-it notes" patent expired in 1997, but 3M still controls the "post-it" trademark and the yellow shade. People are creatures of habit, and since post-it is a household name, 3M continues to charge a steep premium for post-it notes. However, they didn't want to lower the price of the enduringly popular post-it notes in order to keep market share. Highland here! Although Highland is produced by 3M, it is positioned to compete with the emerging generic manufacturers that are attempting to grab market share. The fact that it can use the yellow color, which 3M still controls, and that it can likely be produced at a low cost in the same factories as Post-its puts it in a good position. The first post-it notes, which are still quite popular, cost at least $10.00 for 12 pads of 3x3 notes. For $4.00, you could buy 18 3x3 note pads of the Highland notes. What's the distinction? There is absolutely nothing—zero, zilch, nada, rien, nichts—except for the cost. The lesson here for 3M is that if you have a terrific, well-known product and are exceptionally smart, you can still sell it at a significant premium even when there are competitors. The takeaway for you and I is that if you're really smart, you'll know that these Highland notes are essentially rebranded post-it notes from the same firm, but they're only $3 each. In fact, 3M is betting on consumers being unaware of this. But you are aware of this now, right? The next time you encounter some actual post-it notes, all you have to do is smirk.

The colors are quite vivid and brilliant, and they completely match the image. The tabs are 2.4 cm long, or around 0.8 inches, and neat and obvious from any angle. The length of the paper note is 14.8 cm, or 5.8 inches. They arrived cleanly and carefully packaged; there was no evidence of dirt or paper creases.These should, in my opinion, be owned by every high school or college student or instructor, as well as by many entrepreneurs. They are very helpful for making crucial notes, planning lessons, projects, essays, tests, and other assignments, and generally writing down vital information on a note that won't get lost in your planner or notebook.The hues are vivid! incredibly noticeable since it shines out against any color. The blue note is significantly darker than the pastel blue page I have it over in my notebook (from Slethoscope). Each note has a line that is dark but somewhat evenly spaced. It would have been much better in terms of how much you get to write if they were closer together, but since many people have enormous handwriting, this would look quite useful. I wish there was less line spacing because my handwriting is a little smaller. The Post-it Notes from Marseille are excellent and have vibrant colors. Because they make it easier to read my writing, especially when I use my Pilot G2 Retractable Gel Roller Ball Pen with 0.5mm Extra Fine Point, Black Ink, 12-Pieces, I prefer the pastel colors (31002).These Post-it Notes are the considerably smaller variety rather than the standard size. Since I frequently feel like I am wasting paper anytime I write on a normal sized one, I usually prefer the smaller ones.The colors are different from the photographs, according to several other reviewers. I didn't have that problem with my order, though. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would tell others about it.

I adore using these pads in class. Normally, I don't use an easel with them; instead, I put the sheets throughout the room using the adhesive side and then utilize them to guide my kids through various tasks. My college campus has outdated, uneven, and occasionally covered with questionable materials classroom walls, yet these work great and remain up the entire time I need them to.The pads were supplied to me in a reliable cardboard box as well. Unlike how it seems they used to be sent, they weren't folded or bent.These are made of quality, sturdy paper that hasn't let any ink leak through.One recommendation is to use two black binder clips to secure the two bottom corners of the cardboard background. I carry the pad around campus like this to prevent the paper from fluttering, especially on windy days. It keeps the paper neat and orderly.These have also worked fantastically for me on easel stands for guest presentations at faculty workshops I've organized.These used to be available at my college and I occasionally used the Office Depot brand, but they weren't quite as lovely as these Post-It brand ones.I'm overjoyed to have discovered these here at such a discount!

Definitely need the Super Sticky! Love the diversity of colors and that they stay on my paperwork even when the workplace gets a gentle breeze. The degree of "stickiness" differs significantly (I think I just made up that word.) Really worth the small price difference, especially since you won't use them up as quickly. The second time around, peel off and stick almost as well.

The product is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and it is exactly what I needed. I adore the product and would without a doubt suggest it, but be aware that shipping took longer than anticipated. I needed to begin using it by October 21st, but I had expected it to arrive on October 18th; instead, it arrived on October 22nd. These Sticky Notes are really fantastic! They are quite colorful, but what it doesn't show is that they also have divider tag sticky notes. It includes a set of seven divider tags as well as two sets of each color. And come with a lovely plastic container to store them in. The sticky has an incredible hold. They adhere quite well. I will be suggesting these Sticky Notes to everyone because they are such a terrific price! Because they are so bright, they are noticeable, and it would be difficult to miss the reminder, they would be perfect for teachers, students, anyone who works in an office, as well as anyone who just needs a little note reminder. As usual, the delivery was completed extremely quickly, and they were also expertly packaged to prevent damage or wetness during transit. Also excellent was the customer service. The existence of these is largely due to storyboard scrum, which is something you should understand about. Normal post-it notes that adhere to walls and knock off sticky notes just flee from them.
