Sage that is sustainably harvested and has a lovely scent. I could smell it before I ever opened the box, so I knew it was fresh! The packing was a complete fiasco, which is the only reason I deducted one star from the overall rating. It's possible that my package was an outlier, but the box was clearly not sealed or packed tightly. I ought to have done so on my balcony outside. I ended up covering my kitchen floor in sage clusters and dust EVERYWHERE.But the sage is great in and of itself. It smokes wonderfully, purifies my house, and leaves behind a lovely scent. When I go on nature hikes, I also want to bring some leaves with me to smudge and leave some as offerings to animal and other environmental totems.

Superb Blend. Every now and again, Winn Dixie in Florida carries it. Whis they would always keep it. I questioned the produce worker about why they only carried it around the holidays, and she replied that it took up too much valuable space in the refrigerator. I told him everything was freeze-dried, so there was no need for cooling, but I don't think he believed me.Because of the incredible flavour, I will only use their blends rather than my dried spices.

I have never seen or bought White Sage of better quality than what you have. I've been a naturepathic my entire life, and I typically buy from health food shops or farm families in the rural areas where I reside. Unfortunately, many of these people have passed away or sold their businesses due to old age. Amazon is a terrific resource for finding the goods and foods to which we are accustomed but which are no longer offered in our nearby neighbourhood. I would unquestionably buy your White Sage and any other goods you sell again. I look forward to working with you in the future. Happy New Year! A.V.

Very pleasant scent, excellent performance! A little bit is often enough. Sage is great when taken in moderation. It's a fairly potent spice. It tastes wonderful on beef and chicken. Although I haven't tried it, I believe it would probably also go well with pork. Butternut squash and butter go well with it. Very tiny amounts of it are also wonderful in soups and spaghetti sauce. Although perhaps not of the finest gourmet quality, this specific sage is better than some of the off-brands I've experienced. I've always felt confident in the quality and flavor of McCormick spices. This is the sage I turn to when I run out of the sage I've dried from my garden.

Excellent, freshly ground sage. When compared to the price of your typical grocery shop spice size, the pricing was incredible for the quantity. Many of the egg, bean, and poultry recipes I prepare call for sage, and Jansal's ground sage cooks easily and delivers the perfect amount of sage flavour. There are no twigs or other junk in the spice, and the ground is very even.
Sage is an herb that has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties. However, like all herbs, it can have side effects if not used properly. The most common side effects of sage are gastrointestinal upset, skin irritation, and allergic reactions. If you experience any of these side effects, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
Sage leaves do not have caffeine in them.
Sage may make you gassy because it is a carminative herb. Carminative herbs are those that help to expel gas from the digestive tract. Sage may also make you gassy because it contains volatile oils. These oils can stimulate the production of gas in the digestive tract. If you are prone to gas, you may want to avoid sage.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that sage tea has any effect on sleep. However, some people may find that sage tea helps them relax and feel drowsy, making it easier to fall asleep.
There is some evidence that sage tea may help to lower blood sugar levels. In one study, people with type 2 diabetes who took sage leaf extract for four weeks had lower fasting blood sugar levels than those who did not take the extract. Another study found that taking sage leaf extract for four weeks improved blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes, although it did not lower fasting blood sugar levels. Sage tea may also help to protect against type 2 diabetes. One study found that people who drank sage tea had a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who did
Sage leaves have long been used as a natural way to cleanse and purify both the body and the home. To cleanse with sage leaves, simply burn the leaves and allow the smoke to waft through the air. As the smoke clears, it will take with it any negative energy or toxins.
