These come in three different color combinations for me: Burnished Bronze, Mithril, and Glimmering Gold. Particularly for the price, these dice are quite great.Overall, the three sets are all of excellent quality. They have a standard size, are heavy (metal), and are finished with care and quality. All three of my sets have sharp corners and points where you would expect them to be, but they have been machined such that they are not deadly dagger points as you frequently find on metal dice. They were carefully drained just enough. For all three sets, they resemble the website's images pretty closely, if not perfectly. The opposite is not always true. With these, you can be certain that what you see is what you get.The Mithril set is arguably my favorite of the bunch. The metal is a really bright color, and it has a very good, somewhat faded sheen to it. Its name is quite appropriate because it matches the hue and sheen that, based on Tolkien's description of mithril, I've always imagined mithril to be. They are incredibly simple to read when in use, regardless of the illumination in the space. The average result of 100 d20 rolls was 10.6, which I believe to be very equitable.Glimmering Gold set: With this set, they did a fantastic job of presenting an aged gold without going overboard. It has the ideal degree of age and has a very rich appearance for gold. This set caused no problems in a well-lit area, however it can be a little challenging to read in low light situations.The design of this set is a little bit different from the other three in burnished bronze. Around the margins, there is some of what I would call gilding. This, together with an aged appearance, give the set a very unpolished aesthetic that is ideal for fantasy RPG settings. When in use, this set can be exceedingly challenging to read, especially in well-lit settings.

Perhaps I'm just a dinosaur, but I can recall paying $15 for a set of dice this excellent; they didn't even come with a bag.Cons: The included dice bags are not large enough to contain a full set of four six-sided dice with the polyhedrals. Pros: Nicely rounded edges and points; easy to read; included.I've been reading a lot lately about folks complaining that dice aren't "balanced." My opinion is that your game won't be much impacted unless they are drastically wrong and roll visibly comparable numbers with Lin after a dozen or more rolls. It's not the dice's fault if you're water-balancing your dice and fear that any imperfections will ruin your game. These are effective without a significant number of frequently occurring similar numbers.

I want to start off by saying that this is an outstanding deal given the price and quantity of dice you receive. Second, out of the 140 dice, all of mine came out almost perfectly; the shapes were flawless. Some of the golden text wasn't fully attached, but that is, in my opinion, a moot problem because I can just fill in the missing portions on the two dies. Third, even though I didn't adore every color pattern the dice had, considering the price to dice ratio, I liked about 80% of them. I would strongly advise buying this set for a quick number of dice to stock up because it makes the investment well worth it. All of them appear to roll smoothly in terms of weight, and some of the color combinations I really adore can be used with other characters I'll be utilizing in the future. I'm once more extremely delighted with my purchase, so if you're still reading, just do it.

I have therefore amassed a vast collection of dice throughout the years. It's a strange little hobby, going to conventions and game stores. One of the best financial investments for a set of this caliber has to be this dice pouch. It is pretty certain that purchasing something similar at a convention will cost more than $30. I must first mention that I adore the pouch. Even with around 30 additional dice of various sizes added, the pouch still shuts tightly. I wager that it could comfortably accommodate 100 dice and still close. I also enjoy how the pouch's bottom is flat so that when I set them down on the table, they stand up. Now, I must admit that the dice are made of really high-quality materials. I am aware that the top 1% of players will demand that their dice be perfectly balanced and devoid of imperfections and scratches. But in all honesty, it doesn't matter as long as you're having a good time and utilizing the dice as they were meant, which is to be thrown onto a table where they will get damaged and scratched. Personally, I adore their range of colors and texture. They are fairly sturdy. They perform admirably on a table, play mat, or dice tray. I even purchased a set for someone as a Christmas gift, and they adored them. You could buy these for the player in your life or even for yourself, and I believe they'd use them for years. I'll be purchasing more to give as gifts to friends.

I was a little worried after reading a few reviews for this purchase because numerous buyers complained about missing dice or generally not obtaining a full set. Luckily for me, each of the six sets of dice arrived as a full set.I'm happy with this buy overall. The marbling on most of the hues appears quite expensive, and the dice appear to be as colorful as they do in the pictures. The pink pair I got had less marbling and appeared to be a solid shade of pink. The numbers are clearly and sharply written.The bags are terrible to grasp; there is nothing positive to say about them. I think the printed graphics on the bags' sides were added to create the impression of a higher-quality item. I'm still giving this product five stars even though I knew from reading previous reviews that the bags would be of poor quality. The bags weren't important to me because I only purchased this for the dice.

I received everything I ordered. Little to say. These are simple dice. Since I use them for all types of injury, I prefer the distinct colors.Update: I've been playing with these for a while, and thus far there have been no problems. People who whine about balance should be ignored. To believe that slight weight inaccuracies will have any type of noticeable impact on your rolls is completely ludicrous. What number it settles on is determined by a wide range of variables. To ever detect a bias due to balance, you would need to roll the dice hundreds of thousands of times in exactly the same manner (which is impossible). To counteract this, the dice's number arrangement groups disparate numbers together. These dice are excellent, simple to read, and well worth the price. Unless dice are specifically designed for use in Las Vegas casinos, none will regularly pass that balance test.

I paid a reasonable price for this assortment of dice sets, which I bought to have some diversity.Each set has the typical seven-dice set of probabilistic polyhedra: d4, d6, d8, d10, d%, d12, and d20.I anticipated that some of the dice might have imperfections or incorrect numbers when they were first received. At this price, there must be, right? No such issues were present, and each die appeared magnificent. All numerals had distinct ink, and all edges and faces were intact and clean, but slightly polished from the manufacturing process.These six color schemes are what I got:Blue/Gold: These have stunning iridescent blue and gold. With the youngsters, it was a success.Green and black: This unique combination has a beautiful appearance and, depending on the light, can resemble malachite.White/Silver: Due to the white plastic's little translucence, it somewhat resembles an agate mineral.Silver and turquoise make a nice color combo. does not have a mineral-like appearance and is brightly colored.Similar to the statement about turquoise and silver for purple.Orange and silver: This contrast is a little odd; the orange really pops. least preferredThese dice roll smoothly as well. In addition, Dragon Scales and Philosopher's Stone are quite similar; the former is marbled while the latter is sparkling, but both employ gold numerals and are a similar shade of red. It would have been preferable if one of these "twin sets" had white numerals instead of gold ones.Otherwise, I'm pleased with the purchase and would make another random Wiz Dice purchase.
