Vana Life's Foods Plant based Super Food Bowl- Gluten Free, Vegan with Coconut and Lime (Pack of 6) Review:

I've never purchased prepared plant-based meals before. My husband is a chef, but he doesn't spend as much time at home as he should cooking me a nutritious meal. (He is not a vegetarian, but I am.) I purchased these to bring to work for lunch, and I can't say enough good things about any of the three varieties. Look at the ingredient labels and you won't make a mistake because they are nutritious. I can simply microwave it in the bag without a spoon and "drink" it. I hope everyone else finds these as enjoyable as I have.

Tasty Bite Vegetable Tikka Masala (8/10 Oz)Net Wt (80 Oz) Review:

About two months ago, I made my first purchase from Costco, where I also fell in love with all of their different food and spice options. Whether the main course is Indian or not, it makes a terrific and simple accompaniment. I use this to top roasted chicken and have even prepared the Shepherd's pie, following the directions on the box's side and substituting mashed potatoes for the cauliflower. It's a great value, and I heartily endorse it.

Tasty Bite Indian Entree Madras Lentils 10 Ounce (Pack of 6), Fully Cooked Indian Entrée with Lentils Red Beans & Spices in a Creamy Tomato Sauce, Microwaveable, Ready to Eat (3 pack) Review:

Very wonderful to have on hand to quickly whip up a tasty Indian dinner in the microwave. Served over this brand's rice, it tastes really nice. It blends beautifully with their jasmine rice because it isn't too salty either. Even if there aren't enough vegetables and there's a little too much liquid, it tastes wonderful when combined with rice and any authentic Indian spices you may have on hand, such a teaspoon of turmeric. You can also add a little bit of keora water for a more authentic Indian flavor. I WISH they wouldn't be afraid of Western tastes and instead add a little less salt and more turmeric or other REAL Indian spices... After all, those who appreciate Indian cuisine DO want REAL Indian spices, not American ones, especially ones with excessive amounts of salt. I placed another purchase for it after they reduced the price to a level I could afford. When the cost increases, it is NOT worthwhile. I placed another order for it because the price was reduced. A fair price is an absolute must for me because it MUST be used with rice and some additional ingredients, like tumeric, and does not stand alone.

Casbah Authentic Grains, Falafel Chickpea Mix, 10 Ounce Review:

I've been experimenting with a variety of dried falafel mixtures, and this one gets the closest to meeting my requirements. However, I did make a few adjustments. For example, I added a teaspoon of baking powder to help the falafel patties rise higher and stop looking like hockey pucks. A little extra water or lemon juice can be added to keep them moister. You can add a little of ground red pepper if you want a little kick. I baked them at 400 degrees on a pan lined with parchment paper until puffed and just starting to turn lightly brown rather than frying them and adding all that fat. Serve between freshly warmed whole wheat pita pocket halves and top with fat-free yogurt mixed with lemon juice, sliced cucumber, onion, tomato, and cilantro, and chopped cabbage or lettuce mixed with vinegar. I frozen the additional patties for later use after wrapping them in foil.

HMR Pasta Fagioli Entree, 8 oz. Servings, 6 Count Review:

Very pleasant and yummy! I'm not attempting to get thinner. As a vegetarian seeking an easy-to-eat prepared dinner to have on hand while traveling, I made the decision to try this product. I enjoy bringing lunches like this on day trips and hikes. It works well heated or at room temperature. It's a balanced vegan meal with lots of beans, as well as other veggies and grains, and the spice is perfect. I ate two because I'm a large guy. 16 ounces total.

Ready Fresh Packaged Vegetables & Meals, Mediterranean Vegetable Salad - 2 Pack. All Natural, Vegan, Non GMO, Gluten Free Ready to Eat Meals. Review:

If you're anything like me, you enjoy having quick, simple meal options that don't require any preparation in the cupboard during the summer. The Mediterranean Potato Salad, in my opinion, is the ideal addition for a simple and speedy side dish. It was already ready for serving when I just opened it. There were no leftovers because it was a huge success. A sauce resembling olive oil was used to treat the thinly sliced potatoes, onions, and peppers. We enjoyed it for lunch along with the second box of feta cheese crumbles and a package of seasoned olives. I'll definitely keep this in my pantry.

Garden of Eatin' Yellow Corn Taco Dinner Kit, 12 Count Review:

The taco shells were excellent. Close, but not the best meal I've ever had. I prefer a good, crispy, thin crust that can hold up nicely and accommodate a lot of stuff. These almost meet the criteria. I realize it's challenging to satisfy every item on that list, but the greatest taco shells I've ever had—I can't remember what they were—did raise the standard. To keep everything together, I resorted to covering the outside of these shells with a soft taco shell covered in refried beans. "Remember the taco with two layers?"Although the ingredients are nice and the shells are crispy, they do not keep their shape as well as I would like and do crack at the bottom when held. They are excellent in every other respect.I wish they were a little bit larger and had square corners at the folds in addition to a flat bottom. The seasoning kit has a great flavor.
