This WoodBridge toilet is sleek, contemporary, and highly fashionable! In my recently renovated master bathroom, it looks fantastic. More significant, though, was the level of customer assistance I received after identifying a minor flaw in the toilet bowl lid.In July 2017, when I discovered it on a fantastic special sale on Amazon, I bought this toilet. When I first opened the box to make sure it had arrived undamaged, I didn't see any damage to the one-piece toilet/tank itself. The packing box appeared to have no visible outside damage and was entirely intact.But it wasn't until March 2018 that I actually finished remodeling the master bathroom and installed the toilet. After completing the toilet installation, my installer removed the lid from the toilet bowl by opening a separate box. Then he discovered a minor production defect. Given that it was much past the date of my purchase at this point, Amazon did not provide a guarantee for the item. Amazon advised me to get in touch with WoodBridge's customer support.I sent an email to the Woodbridge customer service agents. The customer service representative called me right away and sent me a text message as a follow-up. When I reported the problem with the toilet bowl lid, they immediately said they would find a replacement component and send it to me at no cost. The five-year manufacturer's warranty was amazing!But to make matters worse, I discovered that the replacement toilet bowl lid was made differently and did not fit flush with the tank when I got it. In order for the customer service representative to view the various interior variances, I texted him, spoke with him, and took pictures of both toilet bowl lids. The representative found the appropriate toilet bowl tank lid and sent it to me. Once more, without hesitation! That's real customer service right there! again, many thanks

This was my second Amazon purchase for a toilet. The first was a fantastic modern design from Homture, but due to bad packing, the rear of the water tank was severely shattered when it came (I refused delivery after inspecting it upon delivery). Despite the fact that this Woodbridgebath T-0019 unit was a little wider and longer than the Homture unit, I decided to take a chance on it. This worried me because of the powder room's exceedingly small space where it would be installed. In the end, it worked and fit perfectly.Let's now address the numerous comments made about how challenging it was to install this toilet. Everything is related, including your level of expertise, the size of the area around the toilet, your adaptability, your ingenuity, and your capacity for problem-solving. Just for the record, I'm 66 years old, about 205 pounds, and like remodeling our house from top to bottom.This was intended for a powder room that is only 30" wide. 30 inches, that's right. Such a little half bath would not be allowed by today's building rules. It is absurdly constrictive. Having said that, installing this toilet was not too difficult for me. After reading all the reviews, I was worried about how difficult it would be, but on my second try, I was able to align the bolts with the holes. Maybe I was lucky, but I did draw lines on the wood floor to indicate where the bolts were placed and used dry-erase markers to mark the locations of the holes on the outside skirt of the toilet. To lower the toilet from the front, I simply had to align the lines. This was certainly a one-man work in a tight space.There was greater space on the toilet's water feed side, as the picture shows. I crouched down there and reached around the back to hand thread the two nuts and slip on the washers so I could tighten them with the plastic wrench that came with it. It turned out that the water feed pipe from the prior toilet was the perfect length and fit. In fact, I had superior leverage from the narrow side to tighten it manually.In conclusion? Beautiful toilet that performs as promised and is reasonably priced. But I can see how some DIYers could find it difficult to install.

The pros: For under $200, this is a very well-made, premium toilet with a cutting-edge, distinctive design and dual flush (1.0g/1.6g). Low profile and made of one piece. Anyone looking for these features should give this one some thought because that feature alone makes it worthwhile to buy. It was delivered safely, and the delivery service was excellent.The design's drawback is that installation is difficult. It is impossible to tighten the installation nuts without a ratchet because they can only be accessed from the rear of the toilet, which makes positioning it for installation EXTREMELY challenging. I managed to complete it on my own, but I could have used some extra help. You don't want to damage your wax ring, and the toilet is really heavy. It's not a deal breaker because you only need to install it once, but just be ready.

Thetford has made some design changes. The specific model that we changed in January 2015 is meant to be this one. However, there is one distinction that we really don't care for. The seat cover we received was not flat like the one in the picture. With a lip of roughly an inch, the seat cover descends over the seat. The seat itself used to be flat as well, making cleaning it a little bit simpler. It is significantly more difficult to maintain clean with this new design because portions have formed on the seat's underside. Additionally, the spray mechanism at the back of the toilet that cleans the toilet bowl does not rise high enough, requiring more frequent wiping out of the bowl than with the other design and leaving use residue in undesirable places.

The two toilets I got last year came with a lot of foam packaging, which left a garbage can full of white styrofoam beads and grey spray foam inserts that maybe everyone on earth hates to clean up. Just removing the tank and bowl boxes from the enormous single shipment box that was enclosed in form-fitting foam took some time. Similar to the air-packed string of bubble packs that we are all familiar with, this toilet includes spray foam filled packets. They were simple to take out from between the inner cartons and discard. absolutely no white beads. The toilet pieces traveled on trucks and conveyor systems, and they all arrived in perfect shape. packaging 5 out of 10.Preparation and Setup: For the trip through the house, I like to elevate the old toilet and slide a sizable contractor garbage bag under and over it. The thicker bag significantly helps avoid any tears or spills and prevents water and wax off floors. With two people, this is significantly simpler. It is quite helpful to remove the old wax with a flat putty knife. I use paper shop towels that are disposable to clean the toilet flange. Examine the drain pipes for any accumulation and, if necessary, clear them out. Bring in the new toilet once the old one has been removed, everything has been cleaned up, checked, and is ready for installation. 30 minute demo/cleanup period.Bowl - The bowl's purpose is very obvious. It flushes smoothly and has a great appearance. The comfort level is excellent. This Danco 10718X Perfect Seal Toilet Wax Ring is what I used. I like it since it can accept a wide range of flange heights and allows you to move the toilet without getting wax all over the place. A washer on each side under the bolt head or nut is required since the mounting bolt holes for the bowl are larger than typical. To attach mine, I utilized this kit without having to cut any screws. Danco 10770 Zero Cut Bolts Toilet, Mounting Bolts, Brass is the item after that. Time to install: 15 minutes. A five-star bowl.Tank - There are a few pieces that need to be attached to the tank. The flushing valve must be put in the correct position. It can be setup correctly with just a few pushes and clicks. When facing the tank from the front, make sure you position it so that the white full flush button is to the right and the white low flush button is to the left. This will be fastened to the bowl using the bottom rubber gasket, two rubber mounting hole plugs, and two screws with washers and nuts. To tighten the mounting nuts from underneath the tank, you can use the plastic tube wrench that is included. Once it seats and is level, you can sit on the bowl and gradually tighten each side. It took around 5 minutes to complete. Be careful not to overtighten any of the porcelain toilet pieces and cause a crack. Connecting the water line is the next step. I bought a brand-new braided, strengthened hose. For me, it resembles an oil change. Additionally, you must replace the oil filter. Dealing with a flooded bathroom is a lot more expensive than buying a $10 hose. 5 stars for Tank.Lid: Two nylon screws need to be inserted into the lid's flush buttons on the underside. According to the directions, tighten them until they protrude 2-7/8". As they weren't adequately actuating the blue and white flushing valves when set shorter, I ultimately set mine to 3". Make sure you have the appropriate equipment and that you properly adhere to the instructions. Make sure the water line is not too old or worn out by inspecting it. Although you need room on the sides to connect it inside, my contractor had no trouble installing it.
