AmazonBasics Battle Exercise Training Rope, 1.5/2in Diameter, 30/40/50ft Length Review:

Overall, I think this rope offers a good value. In both price and construction, it is less expensive than a high-quality rope like a Rogue. but it also costs about a third less.I selected this less expensive rope (I use a Rogue at the gym but I wanted a rope at home to use on off days). Since it's simply a Big Friggin RopeTM and I wasn't sure I would use it frequently, I chose not to purchase quality for this item as I typically do (buy once, weep once). This rope is quite hefty and flexible. I usually use a 1.5 rope, but I chose to buy a 2" rope instead, and OMFG, the bigger diameter makes sets so much harder.Since I use this rope primarily outside, I have a strong suspicion that it may rip rather severely over time (the strands are VERY delicate). I'm not concerned, though, since if I use it frequently enough to wear it out, I will be able to justify paying more for jacketed rope of superior quality. What then is the warning? The rope had several tangled threads when it was delivered to me. If you're interested, look at Enj79's review where there is already a picture. Hers and mine look exactly alike, so I assume it's not a really uncommon problem. However, I truly don't care... It's just a giant friggin rope, and so yet, nothing has happened to it.

You need Adobe Flash Player to view this video.Download Flash Player.Best speed rope I've ever used, hands down! Excellent for single, double, and even triple unders. The rope is swift and smooth, and it has enough weight to propel you forward as you swing. The fact that it includes a spare rope and all replacement hardware is really wonderful. All in all, it's a great product!

The ropes are gorgeous. Waoooo, it's flexibility! extremely convenient to use! When held comfortably, the handle is not difficult to feel in your hands and won't irritate your hands. It is very high quality and lightweight. The two items are fantastic value for the money. I especially enjoy using a jump rope for fitness, so I'm very happy I found these lovely ropes! Very gentle grips are used. To change the rope's size, unscrew the caps on both ends. Having the ability to get the rope in the proper size is convenient.

Adjustable Jump Rope with Carrying Pouch - Tangle Free Cardio Workout Skipping Rope for Men, Women, and Children of All Heights and Skill Levels - Great for Crossfit, Boxing, MMA, and HIIT Workouts Review:

It is a terrific rope. It was very simple to shorten and is long enough.A carrying bag was included. Since I know for a fact that I'll never use this jump rope in public, I'll find another purpose for the bag.The "instructions" directed me to jump rope tutorial videos on YouTube. I was certain that I could jump a rope without using the internet. Watching films looked absurd to me because I used to jump rope all day long when I was a kid. I entered the empty basement with my rope and started to work out. I ended up with two severely bruised legs. Since those were my early years, it seems like I have lost that ability. I trip and fell twice, gave myself a hundred whips, and my ankles hurt from all the hopping. After a week, I can now leap for a brief period of time, however it's not particularly graceful. However, it sure is a fantastic workout!

XYLsports Jump Rope Adjustable for Fitness Workout Exercise Boxing Review:

For the price, this jump rope is quite good. The rope itself comes out of the box almost 10 feet long and is constructed of braided nylon material covered with vinyl. I had to shorten it by well over a foot because I'm over 6', but it's fairly simple to do. Although the handles on this jump rope are a little shorter than those on some of the other jump ropes available, they are still comfortable to use and provide a decent grip. They are constructed of hollow plastic tubes with foam outer grips, revolving metal bearings where the rope enters, and detachable end plugs that allow access to the rope's push-on nylon connectors, which can be used to shorten it if necessary. I think the jump rope was worth the price I bought for it here on Amazon because it works good for me and seems to be holding up okay.

WOD Nation Attack Speed Jump Rope - Adjustable Jumping Ropes - Unique 2 Cable Skipping Workout System - 1 Thick and 1 Light 10' Cable - Perfect for Double Unders - Fits Men and Women Review:

a really good, sturdy jump rope. I've used this for a couple exercises lately. I am able to compare the three because I own the Rx Smartgear and another speed rope from WOD Nation. Compared to the more expensive Rx Smart Gear ropes, the WOD Nation ropes offer outstanding value overall. In my opinion, if you're just starting out and learning double unders or even if you're an experienced crossfit aficionado, I would choose something more reasonably priced like these ropes from WOD Nation. I'm not sure if a particularly pricey rope will increase your results. This attack speed rope has the added benefit of having two distinct rope cables, one thinner and one thicker, so you can select the one that will work best for you dependent on your double under proficiency and degree of development.

DEGOL Skipping Rope Tangle-Free with Ball Bearings Rapid Speed Jump Rope Cable and 6” Memory Foam Handles Ideal for Aerobic Exercise Like Speed Training, Endurance Training and Fitness Gym Review:

I went out to get my kid a jump rope that could survive the damage she gives it because she goes through inexpensive jump ropes like crazy. This one functions flawlessly. The core of the rope is a cable. You can lengthen the rope while keeping the rope and handles rotating by unscrewing the handles. The handles are cozy to hold, and the rope is just heavy enough to guarantee that it always lands at her feet. I'm quite pleased with this buy.

YZLSPORTS Professional Adjustable Steel Wire Jump Rope with Carrying Pouch by Fitness Factor Ergonomic,Durable,Easy to Adjust Premium Jump Rope All Heights and Skill Levels Review:

Initially, I was seeking for a substitute for my Everlast leather rope, but the cost is currently too high. Ross had a leather rope for about $10, but it didn't appear to be of high quality. I wanted a jump rope that was durable, contained ball bearings, and had adequate weight in the rope. A steel rope wasn't something I had considered, but after reading the product description, it made sense. This rope is a great deal for $8.99. It has some weight to it, though not nearly as much as my previous Everlast rope. A thick plastic cover that appears to be long-lasting is placed over the braided steel wire. It's simple to change the length, just like it states in the description. I simply had to pop off the end cap. The rope is kept in place inside the handle by a two-piece plastic ferrule. Simply slide the inner and outer ferrules apart, side the inner ferrule into place, and lock it with the outer ferrule. Simple and fast. The handles could be a little heavier, but that's the only complaint I have.In comparison to other ropes in its price range, this product appears to be of higher quality and exceeded my expectations.I've only recently started using it. After I've used it for a while, I'll update this review if anything goes wrong.

Survival and Cross Jump Rope - Boxing MMA Fitness Training - Speed Adjustable - Sold by FMS International Review:

Review requests start to arrive as soon as you purchase a product from Amazon. Without usage and a break in duration, it is impossible to assess a number of products in an effective manner. It's been approximately a year since I first got my jump rope. I virtually always jump rope, and I utilize this rope for a portion of those jumps. The lighter cable jump ropes are fantastic for speed, but I generally like the thicker rope or leather jump ropes. For me, the rope never quite became entirely straight. It was always difficult to begin each set because I could never get the natural self loop out of the middle of the rope, which is where the two handles meet.Despite this, I will be getting another one of these soon because of the pricing. I wish to get a replacement for the worn-out plastic outer wrap before the cable begins to fray.Update: May 8, 2017Seller got in touch with me following my initial assessment. The merchant offered to exchange my old jump rope for free without my asking for it. They quickly sent me a replacement jump rope that I could use. The central loop of the old rope, as I stated in my previous post, is no longer attached to the new rope. This has a significant impact. I'm pleased with the replacement and the customer service and have raised my rating from three to five stars (without the seller's nudging).
