Thank God I gave these a shot. Due to her slightly later readiness than my other children, my three-year-old is now ready to be potty trained, and although she wears pull-ups during the day, she no longer wants to wear diapers to night. If they are correctly worn, these work quite effectively. My husband, though, has Alzheimer's disease and is frequently confused. Even though I repeatedly remind him that the front should be on top when I lay them out for him, he can forget.I need to make sure he has them on correctly. I've occasionally been preoccupied and neglected to check. His pants also get wet when he has an accident. I wish the back had the same amount of absorption. This seems to be a design problem to me, though I'm not sure why they don't.

These are for my mother, who is 97. She needed some persuading to wear, but now she's on board. It's good that they resemble pants rather than diapers. They are cosy, she claims.
