Ok.. I had to take a test for a crucial position. I had stopped smoking two months prior, but it takes longer for me because I'm a huge dude. I received these a week or so before the test. It takes 45 days for me to see the faint line, and I'm still not ready to take the job test. Today, I tested my female dogs' pee to see how the negative line would appear; it is definitely a darker line than my faint line, and I believe that this is the case. People, take into account your weight, height, activity, and exercise level. I am female 180 lb 5'7 1/2, no exercise, a medical smoker, meaning that I have done so daily for years. Niacin is excellent for you and not just to help with clearing out your system, so I've read up on it and started taking this supplement (bought @amazon). I think these test strips are a decent quality, but the negative FAINT line scared me. So I tested my dog's poop for that reason. I'm a man, 170 pounds shorter. I used this product for the first time on March 3, 2017, and I tested positive, as I had anticipated. I had stopped smoking (legally with a medical card) about February 6, 2017. I was a heavy user, taking numerous puffs every day for 18 months from an o.pen vape pen with a hybrid cartridge.
