My fantastic microfiber towel no longer fit my hair. When I used to wrap my head, the thick bath towels pulled my hair out. In addition, I occasionally get up really early to take a shower before jumping back to bed (strange, I know) to let my hair dry a little before going about my day. This item is fantastic. My hair, which is Asian and approximately 15 inches long, feels like a wet mop after a shower. I previously owned one that I used for travel, but it wasn't fitted, was thinner, and was shorter. Since there was no hair nook at the end and it wasn't particularly absorbent, my hair would stick out at the end. As a result, I searched for a replacement when the cloth started ripping and the button starting breaking out from use (I had only used it a few times). Then I came upon this one, which is really outstanding. THIS is a much better-made hair towel: Long, thicker, superior towel fabric that is plush and absorbent, with a spot to rest the ends of my hair. I've used the button a lot more and it seems to be more durable; it hasn't yet shown any signs of coming off. This is far superior to using towels for my hair, which are not only enormous but also unsecured and fall off my head. To be fair to towels, this would not be a good idea to wrap around your body. Travel is made easy with this. I wish I had one thirty years ago! Never again will I be without one.

Since I've been using it for five months, I really like it. My hair is curly and prone to frizz. I discover that using this towel instead of a cotton bath towel when drying decreases frizz. Of course, the frizz brought on by humidity and other causes cannot be removed by this treatment. This cleans up nicely. All I can say about this hair towel is WOW. Because of how long and thick my hair is, I've always had to wrap it in a conventional bath towel, which causes our towels to eventually become soggy and smell bad. Up until THIS ONE, no hair towel has ever been able to hold or dry all of my hair. With the largest hair towel I could locate, I was able to create a "turban" out of all of my hair and protect my bath towels from the fury of my hair. It's amazing. The ONLY tiny issue is that, if you use it every day like I do, it starts to look dirty after a while, especially after a few washes. I don't mind having to buy a new one every six months or so, though, because they are so cheap. I adore this item!

After reading about the many advantages of microfiber hair towels and considering how badly my hair had been damaged by heat styling, I chose to opt for a solution that was cheaply priced. This towel seemed to be among the more affordably priced ones I saw on Amazon. The majority of towels I discovered were really pricey (for literally just 1 towel). Even when I received it and realized what it was—basically just a larger, thinner microfiber towel similar to the ones you can buy as washcloths or cleaning cloths—I still think it costs way too much money. I thought it would at least be thicker than the inexpensive microfiber washcloths I have because it says "extra absorbent," but it isn't, in all honesty. It simply exists in a larger scale.Speaking of size, you would think that a towel designed for drying your hair would be an appropriately large size, but I found it to be an awkward size (the length and width were similar, which is weird), and slightly too small/short for me to wrap my hair when it was wet (turban-style), even though I have medium-length hair that isn't even long or thick. I attempted to simply tuck the hair that didn't get wrapped up in the towel in the hopes that this would fix the issue, but of course I found out that this towel has yet another significant flaw—it does not stay wrapped! Standard terry-cloth towels have always worked flawlessly for me whenever I have wrapped my hair for as long as I can remember, but they were much heavier on top of my head, which is why I mentioned the lack of weight/thickness as possibly being the problem with this towel not staying in place. Perhaps it is because it is so thin and there is no weight to hold the wrap in place.Given that the towel was, in my perspective, pricey and does not live up to its claims, I'm not sure if I should keep it. I'm not sure if the inconvenience of using this towel versus a standard towel is worth the potential "benefits" to my hair. It's also important to note that even if you rub this towel like a regular towel after getting out of the shower, it won't absorb water from your wet hair. As a result, your hair stays wet for a long time, which may be an additional drawback if you intend to style it with a blow-dryer because it will take longer for you to dry it.This towel needs to either sell for a lot less money and fix the description to match the product, as I feel there was a lot of false advertising, or it needs to fix two major flaws: the sizing (it needs to be wider!) and the absorbency/feel of the material (which in my opinion feels quite thin and cheap). The absence of a hanging loop, which would make it simpler to hang this towel up to dry between usage, is another item I noted. Overall, I paid slightly more ($14.99) than what it is currently going for for this towel, but for that amount, I would say it's a really nice product. It functions well, but it has a few issues, but the price makes up for them. The blue satin "case" it comes in is probably just for display or packaging; I don't see the need for it and don't think I could even manage to put the towel back in it. Instead, I believe the manufacturers should sew on a straightforward hanging loop, which would make this towel even better and simpler to use. Because it truly works well (better than others I've tested), but has a few small downsides, I raised my star rating from 2 star to 4 star.

Since I've had my salon for ten years, we've always used bleach-safe towels. While we adhere to state sanitation regulations by using a bleach color-safe detergent and germicide, we also perform a lot of highlights and color procedures that may shorten the lifespan of any salon towels. Like so many other reviewers, I really wanted to give this five stars. The product is simple to use, and the cloth is incredibly soft. I got this product since I have long hair in an effort to keep it out of the way and speed up the drying process while getting ready. In case I took a shower at night and went to bed with it still very wet, I also wanted to wear it to bed to speed up the drying process. I like that once my hair is rolled into it and secured, I don't need to hold it when I bend or do anything else because it stays perfectly placed on top of my head. I don't have to worry about it suddenly opening and spilling towels or hair all over the place. It is far superior to simply wearing a standard towel over my head. But I didn't discover that it gave my hair magically quick-drying abilities. Maybe it's because my hair is so thick, but I discovered that the drying time was essentially the same as using a towel. Prior to wearing, I also quickly pre-dry with a towel. It really does stay on, like I said. It is gentle and simple to use. Those items are fantastic on their own. If it didn't claim to dry extremely quickly, which was one of the primary reasons I bought it and a feature I didn't find it to have, I would have rated it five stars. In any case, I would advise utilizing this product instead of a towel to cover your head. It is inestimable.
