Because I can add my own spices and seasonings, I enjoy the basic crumbs. Because the pork crumbs are so finely powdered, they adhere to your protein without the need for an egg wash, which I dislike. Additionally, it saves time, which is always a plus. I adore using my air fryer to prepare chicken, shrimp, and pork chops in this manner. Similar to Shake Bake, Making fried cheese sticks is a terrific use for the pork crumbs. These "breadcrumbs" are quite incredible. Typically, I purchase a bag of pork rinds, pulse them in my Ninja, and season. But this really made my life easier (and less messy). Additionally, the grinds from Pork King were excellent since they lacked the little, hard particles that are more noticeable in bagged and mixed pork rinds. I purchased the Cajun, but I was a little afraid because I am one of those folks who absolutely cannot tolerate anything hot. I was shocked to find no heat. Perhaps I got a batch that was gentler. The chicken tenders I cooked up had excellent coating. Don't let the jar's size fool you. There is a lot of merchandise. I used about 1/3 of the jar to fry 2 pounds of chicken tenders. Normally, that would have required 2 bags from me ($5). Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

I frequently smoke meatloaf, which wasn't gluten-free until I got my hands on these bread crumbs, and I know numerous folks who are gluten-free. Three further kinds that I had ordered and tried were all "starchy" and paste-like when mixed with moisture. The loaves simply did not keep their shape and were all "blobby." The outcome was dreadful. They are the most similar to the Progresso Italian Style bread crumbs I often use for my smoked meatloaves when using the Michelle Farms brand. Avoid wasting money on other types of Italian breadcrumbs that are gluten-free.

Excellent substitute for panko or breadcrumbs! Since starting a low-carb Keto diet, I have been seriously wanting fried chicken. Now not at all! To deep fried or skillet fry some chicken, coat it with egg, then dunk it in a bed of pork panko (and any other seasonings you like). NO CARBULARS!I add this to a salad when I want something a little healthier. When I leave it off, salads lack a crucial component that gives them a wonderful crunch.Another recipe concept is fish with a lemon panko crust and baked asparagus with a pork panko crust.I'm going to use this pork panko to make some tempura-glazed sweet potatoes if I ever decide to stop following this diet (recipe on chowhound).I can't wait to try this with different recipes.



JFC Panko Bread Crumbs, 12 Ounce Review:


I normally buy Panko at my neighborhood grocery, but I wasn't satisfied with it. When I saw this, I decided to try it. Due to the size of the shaved bread, it creates a thicker, stronger crust on the seams that you coat. I won't ever use regular bead crumbs or another type of panko. My family loved this when I used it on my chicken and pork.



Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs, 15 oz (425 Grams) Review:


I use these bread crumbs for my handmade meatballs because my mother-in-law uses nothing else and they already have parmesan and Italian seasonings. All I need to keep it all together is ground meat, an egg, and enough Progresso bread crumbs. Additionally, I make breaded chicken scallopini using them. I normally make everything from scratch, so the fact that I enjoyed the taste of this brand enough to accept the slight shortcut says a lot about it.the author Debbie Lee Wesselmann
