THESE ARE AMAZING!!! I gambled and simply purchased one pack. Although they are expensive, they far surpassed my expectations. I've purchased low-carb shells in the past, only to be let down by the taste or have them crumble. These Mama Lupes are none of that; I made a full, I mean full taco with a fast heat in a pan and some nonstick spray, and the shells never cracked anywhere; instead, they compacted to my hand and conformed to the filling. The taste was excellent. You can talk to my wife about how delighted I was to finally discover a good low carb shell as I was enjoying my first taco with one of them. I had believed I would have to give up all breads after starting a low-carb (keto) diet, but now that I can eat these shells, I am in ecstasy. Although they have two more carbs than the nutritional information on the Amazon page, we must nevertheless award them five stars. I have spent a lot of money trying to find a bread substitute that genuinely tastes nice. When following a Keto diet, I miss it the most. However, I'm giving them a rating of 5 stars because they are so big that I only need half of one for a sandwich and also because they have nice taste.Worth the carbohydrate count for keto/low carb.Slice in half, then unzip the pocket. I stuffed homemade chicken salad in half of the sandwich today for lunch after trying turkey/cheese/mayo on half of it last night. We both turned out really well (esp chicken salad).
