For a baby shower's "mom-osa" bar, these were used. These were one of only a select few options that lacked a pour into the stem. Compared to the ones you can get locally at various party supply stores and construct yourself, I greatly prefer these. They are fairly sturdy and stand tall and straight without swaying.When it comes to plastic flutes, these are the best there are. They are single-use only because of several flaws in the stem where air bubbles can be seen. These were ideal for what we wanted.

These glasses fulfill their promise completely! I had no luck finding brandy glasses after visiting four shops. We recently received 4 diamax glasses, but aside from the gleaming newness of the glass, there is no visual distinction between them and the previous lead-glass. A small weight disparity exists. For the older, 12 oz (weight, not volume), and for the newer, 10 oz. My mother often chastised us for doing that at the table even though the newer ones don't ring when you flick them with a fingernail. Glasses are not for singing; they are for drinking.

I just drank my first cup of coffee from this glass, and the following are my initial thoughts:The quality seems to be reasonable for the price at first glance. The form is visually appealing and beautiful, especially with the rim's outward flair, which makes drinking from it more comfortable. As opposed to the thick, heavy mugs I had been using before, it held my coffee hot substantially longer. Given that I prefer my coffee hot and detest having to microwave it when it gets cold, for me, this is an essential component of the enjoyment I derive from this glass.The ability to watch the coffee "floating" in the double-walled glass is entertaining, and the ability to see the coffee's color alter all the way to the bottom makes it simpler to add the ideal quantity of half and half to my coffee (especially since I only like a slight touch of half and half...anymore than that and it gets too creamy for my taste).It's lovely not needing a coaster when setting the glass down on a finished surface since even though the coffee is hot, the base is not. I don't mind that it lacks the typical handle found on mugs. It might be easier to tip over because the base is quite small compared to the rest of the glass (which gives it the appealing shape), but I'll have to wait and see how that plays out over time.It kind of detracts from the elegance to have the "DeLonghi" trademark stenciled in white on the bottom of the coffee hanging just above it. I wish there was a picture of this so I could have seen it before I bought it, so I'll attempt to find out how to add a picture of it so everyone can see it to aid other consumers.Although I wouldn't mind the glass being a little bit more delicate, thinner, and less "chunky," others may prefer it just the way it is because it seems to be rather sturdy (as far as glass goes).Overall, I find it enjoyable, and I anticipate that this will soon replace my current coffee cup whenever I reach into the cabinet for one.REVISED: March 2017I've had these glasses for well over a year, and I still use them every weekend. I use them to keep coffee and tea warm, and I now also use them to drink milk because they keep it cool. These transparent glasses make tea appear exceptionally lovely.They always get washed on the top dishwasher rack and still appear brand new. Since getting these glasses, I have stopped using all of my other beloved coffee mugs that I have accumulated over the years. I really adore using them, so much so. Without a doubt, these are my go-to coffee mugs!

Exactly what I had hoped for from beautiful crystal. All I can do is pray that the gold band on the glasses' tops stays on. Each glass had a smooth feel and was substantial without being too so. They appear to be a sturdy product that will endure for a long time. I can scarcely believe Amazon Prime delivered it here on time! Bravo for the collaboration that is required to make it work.
