A 24 inch luggage can be a carry-on if it meets the size requirements for your airline. Each airline has different size requirements, so be sure to check with your airline before you travel. If your 24 inch luggage meets the size requirements, then you should have no problem carrying it on your flight.
A backpack can be a personal item, as it is small and can be carried on your person. It can also hold a lot of items, making it perfect for carrying around your belongings.
Yes, you can carry 2 bags in cabin as long as they are within the size and weight restrictions for carry-on luggage. Each airline has different restrictions, so be sure to check with your airline before packing.
Assuming you are talking about on an airplane, the answer is typically no. Most airlines have a limit of one carry-on bag and one personal item, such as a purse or laptop bag. That being said, there are always exceptions to the rule, so it is best to check with your airline before you travel.

During a two-week journey to Europe that included bus, train, and air travel, I used this. The suitcase's sturdy sides remained intact after a trip abroad, it features top and side handles for convenient carrying when necessary, a TSA lock is built right into the case, and rolling it through the airport is simple. The suitcase only has one zipper, and I would prefer it if there was a way to enlarge it (via a second zip). The other drawback of a hard-sided case is that it doesn't expand when packed like a soft-sided luggage, so you only have the space defined by the case. When the zipper separated after being zipped, I also started to worry, but after I undid it and zipped it again, the zipper remained intact. I may have overfilled it, which is why this happened. Thus, as I already stated, there is no room for growth. If the zipper doesn't hold the next time, I'll secure the suitcase with a strap (I was a bit concerned that it may come apart while being transferred between flights). As a side note, I utilized the Nomadz Compression packing cubes, which I purchased from Amazon. This allowed me to carry more clothing than I could have by simply rolling it up (I tried both ways). I suggest those cubes since they not only made packing easier, but also made it possible for me to keep my things sorted when I took them out of the luggage.

This bag is excellent! It has a velcro loop on the back to attach to other luggage, inline wheels so it doesn't add height, a long handle that goes all the way down so it doesn't add height, and fabric handles if you just want to carry it. It also has three zipper pockets on the front, one on each side, a regular pocket on the other with a USB port for charging phones or devices, and three zipper pockets on the front. One see-through buttoned foldable zipper pocket, one pocket on one side where you attach the USB connection to the battery, two zipper pockets on the back of the front flap, and a zipper in the back for storage are all included inside. It appears to be 8" wide, 14" long, and 13" deep.Overall, it's quite durable and of excellent quality! It rolls easily, has two high-quality zippers, and has two zippers. I'll test it out by bringing it with me as a personal item on Spirit to Jamaica. There is undoubtedly plenty of space!Edit: I brought it on board Spirit in June 2018, and it fit completely packed beneath the seat!

There are times when I feel as though I'm the only person left in America who refuses to try to claim an 80-pound bag as a carry-on. You don't want to pay the luggage fees, and I understand that. Who carries? But enough already, people. Those overhead bins are going to collapse one day, I swear, killing a lot of passengers in the middle of a flight.I've been traveling with the same soft-sided carry-on bag from In Flight Brand for years. Although it has held up nicely for an inexpensive bag—I bought it at JC Penney in the late 1980s—it was obviously time for an upgrade. The AmazonBasics Underseat Bag arrived at the right time and is nearly ideal in every regard. First of all, it has wheels and a handle, so I won't have to lug my carry-on around the airport on my shoulder. It's also quite gorgeous and sleek. With this one, I'll most surely be traveling in style.Additionally, for a bag that is so reasonably priced, it boasts a number of fantastic features. I adore that the handle is adjustable to three different heights so that even a youngster could comfortably roll it about. When not in use, the handle tucks away discretely in a zippered compartment. On the outside, there are three zippered pockets: one on the front with slots for passports, tickets, and itineraries; and two along the sides with spaces for a phone, Kindle, or even a thin paperback. A detachable toiletries holder with four zipper pockets (two solid and two mesh) and a handle to comfortably hang on the back of the bathroom door of the hotel room is one of the coolest things inside. The main zipper is positioned so that you may slide it toward you to open the bag without having to take it off the ground if you need to access the contents of the bag in the middle of a flight. This is a very superb, expertly engineered piece. Due to the fact that the handle itself actually takes up room within the bag, it only loses one point (or maybe half a star?). Overall though, I'm really happy and am certain that I'll be taking this on all of my future vacations.

Best carry-on luggage at a good price! Usually, I get my luggage from Burlington Coat Factory, Marshall's, or Ross. For medium to large luggage, prices normally vary from $69 to $89 each piece. Since this was my first time looking for carry-on luggage, I was dissatisfied with Ross and Marshall's pricing. The least expensive I could find was $69, which was the same cost as a medium-sized bag! I was astonished to find an AmazonBasics carry-on when I went to Amazon to search for more reasonably priced carry-on luggage. Because it came from Amazon, which has quality stuff, I had to purchase it. 2.) The cost! I'll outline my benefits and drawbacks.PROS: Price—for $49.99, you won't find a carry-on hard-side bag with a better deal! Size is ideal for carry-on luggage; I had no issue fitting my bags onto Delta, Ryan, Olympic, Vueling, or SAS Airlines aircraft. All of the airlines I just mentioned accepted the luggage's size. I've taken American Airlines flights a few more times abroad, to Italy and Greece, and I've never experienced size issues with this luggage. The quality of the AmazonBasics luggage was equivalent to Samsonite, which I had recently purchased at Ross for $69 (and returned). Color – I think the color selections were fantastic; they include the traditional black as well as a quirky shade like orange! I love the little compartment pockets inside the storage. They are ideal for small trinkets. I rolled this luggage through the tough, rocky roads of Prague and Brussels, and the wheels held up!CONS: -The handle does not feel robust; at times, I thought it might come off. However, it did not...yet. I'm not sure if it was just my luggage that was broken, but I had trouble getting the handle to go up and STAY up. The handle moving up and down is very loose. The handle kept falling down, therefore I assume the bolts were loose.Overall, I wholeheartedly endorse! Its pricing is too wonderful to pass up, and its overall construction makes it an incredible piece of carry-on luggage.

This product is "plenty," in my opinion. It has a pleasant enough appearance, is manufactured well enough, and is the right size. Although this bag isn't very unique, it serves its purpose.Even though the zipper pull and the portion of the zipper that it is attached to fell off during the first flight, I didn't really care because it was on one of the front pockets, which aren't all that helpful. (If it had been the main zipper, I would be furious.)But overall, not at all horrible. Good size, nice color, with four transportable wheels.I'm curious to see how well it stands up over time, but as they say, you get what you pay for, and this is a great deal.

The TravelPro company creates bags that may be used for both business and daily living. This is no different and resolves three issues I experienced with my previous Maxlite (or was it three?)- The front now slopes to prevent top-heavy tipping when fully loaded or with your own luggage. The side carry handle is incredible and ten times more comfortable for climbing on and down from the aircraft than the previous model's squishy, rubbery grip.TAKE NOTE! This bag comes in two sizes: 21" (international) and 22". Their capacities differ significantly. if you possess a 22 "You won't want this version if you wish to fill it completely.Overall, great bag with amazing warranty. Before anything wears out, you'll become tired of it.Additional ContextI work as a consultant and travel light (as much as it pains me to type that). About five or six years ago, when I began taking more frequent trips, I began observing the brands that frequent travelers and crew members preferred. TravelPro dominated, there was no contest. With the exception of what I've already mentioned, the MaxLite 2 or 3 has withstood every form of abuse I could dish out over the years.I really wanted to draw attention to the size disparity first. Between that and the new "slant" of this bag and the 1" larger version, "you misplace an outfit suitable for a day. I can find methods to reclaim that space because, for me, this suitcase's smaller size fits on the regional or commuter planes I frequently use to return to Cleveland. However, if you tend to overpack your carry-on bags and never use regional planes, you might want to think about getting the slightly larger model. This bag is even more lightweight than the previous one. It was literally the first thing I noticed about it because it was so light. It was actually rather comfortable and simple to lift into the overhead because of that and the "packing diet" I had to institute for myself. In addition, I can't emphasize enough how excellent the perpendicular handle is. Your wrist will thank you every time you board and depart a plane, so this is one of those absurd things that makes you ask "why has no one thought of this before."In addition, I've always carried a spinner bag and wouldn't switch. On longer walks between terminals, it's nice to push the luggage through the terminals to relieve some of the weight from your arms. These wheels appear to be simpler to access as well in case/when they become a little gummed up and require cleaning and lubrication.Overall, it's a professional, no-frills carry-on that you'll be delighted to possess. The new pattern on the bag's interior is also something I truly like. When you open it, it's nice to see a splash of color in a world filled with dull greys and blacks. In conclusion, TravelPro is an expert in the field of luggage. This is a sturdy, well-made, smartly designed carry-on that you will be proud to possess. I have complete faith in its ability to function for many years to come, and Travelpro offers a lifetime guarantee in the unlikely event that you do manage to damage it. I honestly can't think of anything they could do better, therefore there's no purpose in purchasing some of the ones that cost 2-3 times as much as these. I've always been a fan of TravelPro and I still am today. To see how it compares to the bag it is replacing, I shared two photographs of it side by side. Also worth noting is how well-kept the previous one is after nearly five years of use and an absurd amount of travel (easily a couple hundred). This bag has a perpendicular handle that is colored "TRAVELPRO" in the closed image. This bag has a wonderful colored interior in the open image, while the old one is drab. This was sent to me via the Amazon Vine program. Let me know if you find it useful if so.

This suitcase was a December 31 purchase. I was searching for a copper or rose gold carry on. I liked the general aesthetic of this one and it received outstanding ratings. Just by looking at it, you can tell it's a high-quality item. The wheels glide across the wooden floor with ease. On my rug, the wheels do struggle a little bit, but I still think they have an easy time. Will be on a trip at the end of January; after that, I'll publish another review! This review wasn't bought or paid for in any other way. merely a customer trying to offer prospective buyers a clear picture of the product's appearance. So far, I'm pleased with my new carry on!

After a recent journey around Europe, I thought it was time to switch out my incredibly durable Eagle Creek two-wheeled luggage for something four-wheeled because my back isn't what it used to be. I spent a lot of money on my Eagle Creek baggage, which is still in excellent condition after several years, but this time I wanted something more stylish. It is a deep, rich brown, but not quite as dark as espresso, which normally seems to be virtually black. I bought the espresso hue.Right out of the box, I was thrilled with this bag. It's lightweight—lighter than my Eagle Creek, which at the time was a significant advance over other luggage. Since I usually go through my luggage when I'm waiting at an airport or hotel lobby, the huge pocket on the front of the bag opens up folder-style as it should. If it isn't already clear, it spins and moves like a dream. This suitcase has well-integrated hardware and a sophisticated appearance thanks to the deep color and leather accent. The interior is tasteful and appealing. This bag will be checked. Although I am not short (5'6"), I personally would not want to squeeze this into a cramped overhead bin in economy; also, it would have been too heavy to be allowed as a carry-on on my recent flight to London on New Zealand Air. For carry-on and quick travels, I have a smaller 16-inch spinner.I don't like to overpack, so for vacations lasting five to seven days—or longer if I have access to laundry—I'll use this bag.I'm not going to use the charging port. I can see how it would be helpful on overseas trips when you're unsure whether you'll be able to find an outlet big enough for your charger. It may be useful for frequent travelers who use economy and have tight connections because there may not always be outlets available. I'm sure I'll use the pocket as it's located in a convenient spot on the top side panel of the bag.Although the attached toiletries bag is quite attractive, I'm not sure how useful it is because you have to fully unzip the bag to use it, which necessitates placing it on a table or the floor. What location will I use? In a security line that moves quickly? I'm getting close to the conveyor belt. When I have access to a table or bench, I'd be more inclined to store mine in my bag after clearing security by keeping it in my front pocket until then.My current packing cubes, which I consider to be standard, do not fit the interior. The medium to small cubes don't seem to fit well, and the 17-inch large won't zip into the pouch on the top inside of the bag. I can get around it because I only frequently use the huge luggage on long vacations. I travel for work most frequently with my garment folder since it is the perfect size. As I proceed, I'll work out how to organize with the smaller bags. The thin and little mesh pockets on top of the tie down may appear a little awkwardly sized, but I typically travel with a few extras that can't fit into a single bag or cube, so they will be extremely helpful to me.Overall, it's not the layout I'm used to, but it will make a great travel companion.

Yes, you can use a duffel bag as a carry-on. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, duffel bags are often larger than the standard carry-on size, so make sure to measure your bag before heading to the airport. Second, duffel bags typically don't have wheels, so you'll have to carry it through the airport. And finally, duffel bags often don't have a lot of structure, so packing carefully is key to making sure everything stays in place during your flight.
A purse typically contains a person's wallet, keys, phone, and other small personal items. For this reason, many people consider a purse to be a personal item. However, some airlines have stricter rules about what can be considered a personal item. For example, some airlines only allow one personal item per passenger, and this item must be able to fit under the seat in front of the passenger. Purses that are too large to fit under a seat may need to be checked as luggage.
Whether or not a backpack counts as a carry-on item depends on the airline. Some airlines allow small backpacks as carry-on items, while others consider them personal items. Be sure to check the airline's carry-on policies before packing your backpack.
Yes, deodorant does count as a liquid for TSA purposes. You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. All liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes must be placed in a single, quart-sized, clear plastic, zip-top bag. Only one item per bag. The bag may be placed

There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on the airline you are flying with. However, most airlines allow passengers to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item such as a purse or laptop bag.
