Yes, you can use 70% alcohol to clean camera lens. Just make sure to use a clean, soft cloth and be gentle. Alcohol will evaporate quickly, so be sure to work in a well-ventilated area.
Yes, you can use hydrogen peroxide to clean camera lens. Just be sure to use a clean, soft cloth and to avoid getting any of the solution on the camera body.
Yes, lens haze can be removed. There are a few ways to remove lens haze, including using a lens cloth or lens brush, using lens cleaner, or using a hazing removal product.
Vinegar is a popular household cleaning agent, but it is also acidic. This means that it can potentially damage lenses if it comes into contact with them. In general, it is best to avoid using vinegar to clean lenses, as there are other cleaning agents that are less likely to cause damage.

My Canon 5D Mark II had a serious problem with dust and particles on the sensor. Now that I've purchased this kit (which also includes the cleaning solution), I can shoot at any f stop without worrying that the pictures will be worthless (indeed, the mess was so horrible that even using my well-known Adobe programs would have taken too long, especially at f/22). I had already made multiple attempts to clean the sensor, but I lacked any cleaning solutions and, to be completely honest, I was a little hesitant to use any liquid at all. I decided to give it a try after doing my homework, and I'm so happy I did.I just want to warn you. I'll keep the swabs in this kit—which are designed exclusively for crop factor cameras—for my 7D II. Instead, I utilized some full frame swabs that I already had. Speaking of swabs, I discovered that bending the stems before attempting to swab the sensor makes them perform better. There is a far lower risk of damaging the sensor by pressing down on it or by attempting to bend the brush while it is on the sensor.I also adore the tiny case. Very practical for putting items in one place and grouped together. I'm really grateful that this set included the lens pen type brush because I'm infamous at misplacing minor pieces of photography equipment. Years ago, I had a bigger one, but now when I need it, I have no idea where it is.However, when I look through the viewfinder, all the "stuff" I saw is still there, including what appears to be a dead ant (don't ask.. I have no idea.. LOL). If that is where all that stuff is, there is no need to worry, as that does not appear in the photographs. very irritating to observe in the viewfinder. It appears that this East Coaster will have to adjust to the amount of dust present in the desert and how it permeates everything. I'm debating having my raincoat (camera version) attached to the device at all times.I'm happy I ordered it and am quite satisfied with this tiny set. And I'm delighted to say that I'm no longer hesitant to tamper with the most crucial component of my pricey cameras.

After seeing someone use this kit in a YouTube video, I bought it. I have a Sony a6000, and I once made the BIG error of blowing (with my lips) on the sensor to clean it before noticing there was now spit on my sensor and wiping it with a cloth. About six to eight times a year, I photograph UTV races. My equipment is frequently totally covered in dust, and occasionally I have to change lenses while at the track, which causes some dust to land on the sensor. With the exception of two minor hairline scratches I managed to cause on the sensor, possibly from using the microfiber, they are not visible in photographs after I used this kit to clean my sensor.A couple more suggestions:1. To get the cleaning solution to come out of the hole when you open the tiny container, you must remove a small plastic cap.2. I personally discovered that a single drop on a swab was more than sufficient to clean my dirty sensor.3. Use the opposite side of the swap to dry and clean off any residue after repeatedly moving it across the sensor on the side where you applied the solution.I have enough extra swabs and solution to last me for a year. If you need to clean your sensor, I highly recommend doing this. Also, remember to buy a "air bulb" so you may blow the dirt off your sensor rather than using your lips.

For the Sony A7RIII Full Frame, it performs admirably. While changing lenses, the mirror-less camera does get dustier than a camera with a mirror. To completely remove all dust from the sensor, I made around 4 swab tries. Make sure the Sony ARIII is turned on and that the sensor is in cleaning mode; do not switch it off. Clean in the area with the least amount of dust. Use one swab and two to three drops. Once in one direction and then back, sweep. then throw away the swab. Cut the camera off. Attach the lens, set the focus to manual F22, then take a picture of a blue sky or a crisp white background. (Shoot while adjusting the camera.) Zoom in and move the square around to look for dust after switching to play image mode. Even the slightest specks are visible. Continue until the area is dust-free. The new dust visualizer in the spot removal tool allows you to check for dust spots in a light-room. I recently purchased a second kit for the future...

I have a number of lenses that have gathered a good amount of dust from my outdoor/desert shooting. Due to bad lens cleaning experiences in the past, I was reluctant to buy a cleaning solution. I had previously tried cleaning my lenses with several methods, but every so often the cloth or solution would leave terrible stains on the lens when combined with lens dust. I really appreciated being able to blow away dust from the lens before letting the cleaning cloth touch it, thanks to the air blower with the camera cleaning kit.The cleaning kit is presented in a really attractive manner, and the fact that each cleaning cloth was separately wrapped gave me even more assurance that they wouldn't introduce further dust to my lenses. With the cleaning kit, it was quick and simple to remove years' worth of dust from the lenses. If you want to clean your lenses, I would certainly suggest this package.

The typical spray bottle for cleaning solutions and microfiber cloth seen in every other kit are included in this one as well. Although this alone clears your screens of the vast majority of fingerprints, grime, and debris, it does not get rid of every single smudge or mark. But the two-sided tool with the electronic wipe DOES! It resembles magic. I scratched the screen endlessly with the microfiber cloth, but I was unable to achieve perfection on my own. However, after using the cloth to clean the screen for the majority of the time, I used the tool to make a few gentle swipes over the surface to restore the screen's brand-new appearance.

I used to use disposable cameras, but a few years ago, the last one I had ended up over the edge of the Grand Canyon. I therefore went out and purchased a Cannon digital camera (like the one my cousin had). I happily pointed at things, clicked shots, and hoped that none of them would have my fingernail in them. I currently have 4 grandchildren. I've seen that as I become older, things function better IF you take care of them. Therefore, I made the decision to teach myself some NEW techniques, such as how to truly utilize and maintain both my Canon and my cell phone camera. Purchase of this cleaning package is the first step. I am VERY pleased with this kit as a novice. It was reasonably priced, included everything I wanted, and could fit in my camera bag because it was small enough to fit in a plastic bag. On my subsequent trip, I'll take this cleaning equipment, my phone, and my camera (together with the instructions), and ask the staff at the nearby photography shop to teach me the fundamentals. Now it's time for 101!

It is not my primary camera, but a few months ago, I was using my DSLR to obtain a second perspective on a video when I saw an odd shape on the screen. It was visible in both still photos and video. I had given up hope that my lens would ever work again, but thanks to this kit and some YouTube tutorials, I was able to clean my sensor and my camera is now back in excellent working order! I simply used the rocket blower on my sensor, kindly take note. The other tools in this package shouldn't make contact with your sensor. However, they are completely safe to use on your lens and any available mirrors. Fortunately, the blower alone cleaned my sensor. I wish a sensor cleaning tool had been included, but since those are apparently only good for one cleaning, everything in this set can be used often.
Cleaning the sensor of your camera is a delicate process. If you do it incorrectly, you can damage the sensor and ruin your pictures. It is important to read your camera's manual and follow the instructions carefully. If you are still unsure, it is best to take your camera to a professional to have it cleaned.
Yes, you can use hydrogen peroxide to clean your camera. Just be sure to dilute it with water first, and don't use it on any sensitive parts of the camera.
Yes, you can use rubbing alcohol to clean camera sensor. Just be sure to use a lint-free cloth and be gentle so you don't damage the sensor.
You can use vinegar to clean your camera lens if you're in a pinch and don't have any lens cleaning solution handy. However, it's not the ideal solution and can potentially damage your lens if not used correctly. To clean your camera lens with vinegar, simply dampen a clean, soft cloth with undiluted white vinegar and gently wipe the lens. Be sure to avoid getting any vinegar on the camera body or other electronics. Once you're finished cleaning, rinse the lens with clean water and dry it with a microfiber cloth.
Rubbing alcohol is a solvent and can therefore remove ink, paint, and other coatings from photographs. It can also dissolve certain types of photographic paper. As a result, rubbing alcohol can damage photos.
To clean a cloudy camera lens, start by using a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away any particles on the lens. If the lens is still cloudy, try using a mild solution of soap and water to clean it. If the lens is still not clear, you may need to take it to a professional to have it cleaned.
