C batteries are generally more powerful than AA batteries. This is because C batteries have a larger size and capacity than AA batteries. However, AA batteries may have a higher voltage than C batteries, which means they can provide more power for certain devices.
Yes, C batteries are still available for purchase. You can find them at most stores that sell batteries, as well as online.
Are C batteries the same as AA? C batteries and AA batteries are not the same. C batteries are larger in size and have more capacity than AA batteries.
C batteries are not the same as CR123a batteries. CR123a batteries are lithium batteries while C batteries are alkaline batteries. CR123a batteries have a higher voltage than C batteries and are not interchangeable.

These 12 c batteries were given to me, and I immediately put one inside my battery-operated razor. I've had the battery for four weeks, and it hasn't shown any indications of slowing down. Normally, a battery will last about two weeks until the razor loses power. My nephews visited me over the weekend, and they enjoyed playing the Wii while the parents chatted. I saved the size c batteries that they were kind enough to offer me because I knew they were going to come over. After two full days of use, the batteries don't even indicate that they are even halfway consumed. I often buy the cheapest ones I can, but these last much longer, therefore I will start purchasing them going forward for situations like this. To everyone, I would heartily suggest these batteries.

These are batteries, I guess. They are effective. However, the container size was what I needed, and ordering these through Amazon meant I could pick them up without leaving the house. Wonderful!

I used these rechargeable cells and a CREE light to swap out the old lead-acid batteries and incandescent bulb in my Maglite. The outcome is really fantastic. The batteries hardly ever need to be recharged, and the flashlight is very bright. They get a lot of wear because I walk my dog every night, and they are still in wonderful shape.Things about these batteries that I adore:These come with zero guilt and no hassle. Getting rid of the dead lead batteries was a constant hassle. Either I dispose of them in the garbage and feel bad about introducing lead into the environment, or I look for a location that recycles lead-acid batteries and travel there. Then there was the heap of dead batteries that were gathering in the closet and needed to be disposed of. Rechargeable batteries can be recycled at Best-Buy (but not lead batteries), making it simple for me to dispose of them if I ever have Ni-MH battery failure, which hasn't occurred to me yet. These Amazon Ni-MH batteries do not damage equipment by leaking acid or lead. Ni-MH battery leaks have never happened to me, and even if they did, they shouldn't be harmful. Even pricey name brands of lead batteries, including Duracell and Energizer, leak and damage equipment. Who wants lead to be spread around because it is incredibly harmful and makes children mentally retarded? Not to mention the acid burns, which are painful for anybody but kids in particular. Get these Ni-MH batteries and avoid lead batteries at all costs.- Purchasing these batteries and charging them is significantly less expensive than purchasing lead-acid batteries and discarding them.- Purchasing these rechargeables from Amazon costs less than purchasing lead batteries from a food shop. Order a couple more in advance to have on hand.

These batteries are generally used in my living room for candles that sit on windowsills. The candles are burned for a few hours in the early morning before daylight and again throughout the evening hours until I turn them off at bedtime, which, in the winter, equates to about seven hours per day. The batteries I installed in the early fall have continued to function throughout this winter, and I will update this evaluation when I learn more about their lifespan. At this stage, they have outperformed a number of other types I have previously used.

Panasonic makes Surefire batteries in the USA (as of the last time I checked), but it's evident that they have an agreement whereby they only receive the highest-quality products from each production run. They have a lengthy lifespan and reliably deliver their intended voltage up until the point of total demise. Oh, and when they're lined up in their tiny flip-top box, they kind of resemble shotgun shells.I wish they weren't $2 each, but the truth is that all the less expensive brands have problems with one cell holding a noticeably different amount of charge than the next, and $2 for each of these is still a great deal considering other brands of high-quality CR123 batteries cost three times as much at the supermarket. Simply by not having to replace them as frequently if you purchase these, you will save money.By the way, you should be aware that when a lithium battery eventually wears out, it will stop allowing electricity from the other batteries to flow into any devices that use ANY sort of lithium battery in a multi-cell configuration (even the 1.5V Energizer Lithium AAs). If a device suddenly stops operating, DO NOT dispose of all the batteries in the device; more often than not, only one battery is actually dead, and the others still have plenty of power. By testing used batteries before you toss them away, you can save a lot of money.

I've had good success using these batteries for a few years with Arlo outdoor cameras. However, three cameras recently experienced battery failure within a short period of time. I then replaced the batteries with fresh ones that I ordered and got in a new box. The charge on one camera was 97%, and on the other two, 95%. Before, when new batteries were added, they would either display 100% or 99% of their capacity. I'm not sure if the batteries I got are out-of-date or if they no longer come fully charged. The next time I order, I'll experiment with a different brand. I wish I didn't feel the need to do this since things are produced in the United States.
C2 batteries are not interchangeable with C batteries. C2 batteries are slightly smaller in diameter and will not fit properly in a C battery compartment. Additionally, C2 batteries have a higher voltage and will not work properly in devices designed for C batteries.
C4 batteries are not interchangeable with C batteries. C4 batteries are slightly larger in diameter and will not fit in a C battery compartment. Additionally, C4 batteries are not as common as C batteries and may be more difficult to find.
Yes, you can use D batteries instead of C batteries. D batteries are slightly larger in size, but they will still fit into a C battery compartment. D batteries have a higher capacity than C batteries, so they will last longer.
C batteries can last anywhere from four to eight hours, depending on the brand, size, and quality of the battery. The average lifespan of a C battery is five years.
There are four types of C batteries: alkaline, carbon-zinc, silver oxide, and lithium. Alkaline batteries are the most common type of C battery and are typically used in small electronic devices. Carbon-zinc batteries are the second most common type of C battery and are typically used in larger electronic devices. Silver oxide batteries are the third most common type of C battery and are typically used in medical devices. Lithium batteries are the fourth most common type of C battery and are typically used in high-end electronic devices.
