Are bath sponges better than loofahs?

There isn't really a definitive answer to this question as it largely depends on personal preference. That being said, many people find that bath sponges are generally softer and more gentle on the skin than loofahs. Bath Shower Loofah Sponge Pouf Body Scrubber Ball Mesh Bath Sponge 3 Pack Review:

This item is offered in a convenient ziplock bag as part of a 3-pack presentation. The Poufs are medium in size, but extremely full and compact; by this, I mean that there are several layers, as opposed to a wispy pouf from the drugstore for twice the price. These truly scrub well and hold the soap's lather, but if you're looking for an old-school lofta that will rip your skin right off, seek elsewhere. I have not experienced any problems with this product breaking apart or loosening up; even after numerous uses, the core is still tightly sealed. Excellent product!

MainBasics Bath Shower Loofah Sponge Pouf Body Scrubber Exfoliator (Set of 3) Review:

PROS: Nice quality pouf; good quality. more money for worse qualityWell-made; neither too soft nor too harsh. ideal for light exfoliationA perfect size, that is. Too-large poufs are not my style, thus this one is perfect for me.As I replace my poufs every four to six weeks, QUANTITY!....GREAT to get THREE poufs. One minor drawback is the fragrance. Not sure if it comes from the package or the substance the pouf is made with. I always rinse it out with a little hot water and soap, but the aroma persisted. Before using, you might want to place the washer in a delicates bag, but if you take a good whiff of the pouf and notice something, at the the least, rinse it thoroughly. You WILL be using it to scrub your skin, so I would at the very least soak it in hot water before using.BUT THIS is really a little issue, and I would buy these again!

Premium Natural Eco-Friendly Egyptian Shower Loofah Sponge, Large Exfoliating Shower Loofa Body Scrubbers Buff Away Dead Skin for Smoother, More Radiant Appearance (3 lufa Pack) Review:

I had to try after purchasing these based on the FAKESPOT rating (an A). I was quite shocked when they arrived flat; I'm used to the standard, somewhat rounded loofah. When initially used, the loofah grew enormously and expanded greatly. Larger than I probably need, but already very plush and silky! Although this product may take some getting used to if you're used to fluffy, synthetic shower puffs or abrasive, exfoliating cloths like those from Japan or Morocco, it isn't at all scratchy compared to loofas frequently sold in supermarkets. There was an odd fragrance when it was wet, but it vanished very fast. A follow-up email assured me there was no need to be concerned about the potential for a smell or the discovery of black loofah seeds in the sponge (which I didn't). Now that I have a large, plush loofah that I adore using, I intend to share them with our overnight visitors. I don't write reviews very often, but this is a really nice item that will pamper you and your visitors!

Shower Puff 4 Pack Black Bath Sponge Shower Loofahs Pouf Ball Nature Bamboo Charcoal Mesh Bulk Puffs Large, Shower Essential Skin Care by WhaleLife Review:

I order puffs from Amazon a few times a year. Since they typically break about that time, I don't really need reminders to replace them every month. In contrast, these. They endure forever. Do not unravel. At least with my body wash, they also lather up VERY good. They fall into the medium to hard softness category, in my opinion. You won't get wounded by these, but I've had gentler. They clean up quite nicely. They still feel new even after months of use. They are somewhat more expensive than the bargains, but definitely worth it. They are great for full body because they are also quite large.

Premium Exfoliating Loofah Pad Body Scrubber, Made of Natural Egyptian Shower Loufa Sponge and Soft Cotton Materials (2 Pack) Review:

These exfoliating pads are convenient to grip, the ideal size, and remain firm. These will be my go-to shower scrubs moving forward because of how sturdy they are and how reasonably priced they are. I only needed to discover a fix for the Loofah mesh sponges that break on me far too frequently. These produce a thick lather that scrubs and evenly cleanses the skin. I work on a farm, where by day's end I am filthy. They are far more durable than anything else I have tried and dry rapidly.I had a lucky find with this fantastic product. Excellent Christmas gifts this year, too!Nobody could possibly be disappointed, in my opinion.

Counterfeit Blonde's Mesh Bath Sponges, (8-Pack) Multi-Color Bath Loofah Sponge Assortment Review:

The mesh bath towel is excellent! They are of high caliber. This is my second time purchasing these. They're wonderful to have. We only have two people living with us, so we replace them with new ones every few weeks. At the end, it's nice. They are neither too hard nor too soft. They are simply ideal. After applying it, I feel fresh and clean. Two of them broke on us within the first week, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

YOOVE Loofah Back Scrubber with Bamboo Charcoal | Loofah Sponge with Long Handle for Shower | Exfoliating Luffa Bath Sponge for Body & Back Review:

I had been getting back acne because of the lingering effects of my oily hair products on my back before using this loofah. My back acne is completely gone after using this scrubber for approximately a month. It's really simple to wash those difficult-to-reach regions, like my back, because to the handle. Comfortable gripping is made possible by the rubber on the handle. I adore that it included a second hand loofah. These loofahs have a premium feel to them and appear to be much more durable than ordinary loofahs, which disintegrate after just a few usage. I chose to test this loofah over other loofahs because it has activated charcoal, and I'm very pleased I did.

Buf-Puf Gentle Facial Sponge Review:

We had been looking for the ideal face cleaner that would exfoliate without being unpleasant, painful, or overly abrasive because one of my daughters has especially sensitive skin and experiences occasional breakouts of acne. She definitely enjoys these buf-pufs, which I bought along with numerous different facial sponges. The other sponges are now banished to the rear of the vanity as a result. I looked around to find a better deal than the single (which was just under $5 elsewhere), and I found them on Amazon for $10.88 for 3. This pack is the most affordable I've been able to find so far. Prices do vary widely, so be sure to shop around before placing your order. Cost is a big consideration because buf-pufs are supposed to be disposable and each one lasts for around two weeks. It's important to mention that she requested that I get a pack of 6 of the extra-gentle buf pufs for those particularly delicate days.

Goworth Large Bath Shower Sponge Pouf Loofahs 4 Packs 60g Each Eco-friendly Exfoliating Mesh Brush Pouf Bath Shower Ball Sponge 4 Colors-Exfoliate, Cleanse, Soothe Skin Review:

This is how loofahs should be, right now! In all honesty, it is something you would anticipate at an upscale spa or shop. It is the PERFECT size and texture—thick and not at bit fragile. Extra thick and strong to hold to and hang from, the yarn to keep grip is. I didn't even need to apply more body wash mid-shower because it maintains a fantastic lather. Silky silky while marvellously exfoliating. Even my husband like his, especially considering that it is colored in a "non girlie" way. The recycled reusable bag they come in is an added bonus because you can keep any extras without worrying about them collecting dust and filth. These will be my go-to loofah sponges from now on. They would also make an AMAZING present, especially at less than $6 for four!
