A few months back, I hurt my leg, and following physical treatment, my therapist recommended difficult one-legged exercises to help me continue to strengthen my stability muscles and ward against other injuries. After a ton of effort, I can now perform single leg stands on this mat and find it increasingly simple to maintain my balance. I've only sat on it so far, but it's fantastic (ordered a stand-up desk, yet to arrive). I can feel my back and abdominal getting stronger, and it serves as a continuous reminder to sit up straight with my feet flat on the floor, something I frequently forget to do. On addition, I'm sitting up higher in my chair, which makes it easier for my arms to reach my keyboard at the appropriate angle and for my feet to be flat on the ground, improving my ergonomic setup. Pumping it up wasn't a problem; I'm not sure why it is for some people. Perhaps you're trying to give it an unnecessary boost. It has to be just a little deflated.Update: Standing is also good, but in order to stand for extended periods of time, my core strength needs to grow. I purchased this wobbling board to aid in the recovery of my three sprained and twice fractured ankle. I use a heavy-duty plastic wobble board during physical therapy to help with range of motion, so I wanted a low-cost alternative I could use at home. I won't be placing all of my weight on this board, but roughly 75% of my weight has been fine so far (I weigh 190). If you choose to wear bare feet, it has a beautiful sand paper surface on top that is just gritty enough to keep your foot in place but not rough enough to shred your skin. Like every other one I've ever used, including more costly ones, it moves around on the floor. I've found that rolling it on a yoga mat works best. The price of this item has my approval.

This is a pleasant exercise activity that your kids will enjoy, in my opinion. This is a flexible technique to improve my core, which is something I've wanted to pursue for a while. It can be used for high-impact or low-impact workout. I've used it to watch television while standing and sitting. No problem at all. I've also used it for pushups, which makes it a higher impact stomach exercise because doing pushups while maintaining balance calls for much more from your core. Take a push position and hold it. There are four suggested uses for it, but there are many more; look online for inspiration. I like that it's tiny enough to fit under my bed, but you could also just store it on a shelf or in a closet.Sarcastically speaking, I hope that people will utilize this, but if you're like most people who purchase fitness equipment but never use it, your kids will adore it! I initially believed that this could need to be little more inflated, but it appears to be OK as is. My physical therapist had advised me to purchase a disc with a diameter of between 14 and 16 inches after I had tested a similar disc there. There were a lot of 13-year-old brands and models on Amazon ". I did saw a few 14-year-olds "Despite it costing a little more, I chose to get this one instead of the other ones since I wasn't sure whether I wanted to sit on the knobby projections that they had. Although I think it is a little too big, it works fine on a chair at my kitchen table. Using this setup, those with shorter legs can have difficulty contacting the floor. It's vital to utilize it for a short period of time at initially, perhaps 5 minutes, as the PT advised me. You might experience a light workout the following day.

NEWSFLASH: I recently replaced my blue board with one that is a different color, and it is holding up considerably better. I was informed that the blue board's initial production batch contained a faulty batch. In order to account for this, I changed my product rating.When I saw this board on Shark Tank, I bought it. It was nice that the product was one piece rather than a board and a cylinder because it made it appear fantastic as a balancing board.Since they were only beginning to make and ship the board, I had to wait a few weeks to receive it.It was a breeze to utilize the board. You have just the proper amount of stability and instability to maintain your balance while performing the exercises. Even when I was doing other things, like watching TV or working at my standing desk, I found myself standing on it.Unfortunately, after using the board for approximately a month, it started to break. In response to my email, Simply Fit informed me that a defective batch of blue boards had been shipped and provided a replacement.The new board I received felt the same and functioned the same. This one started to crack after I used it for approximately a month. When I called them again, they repeated the previous account and assured me that the problematic batch had been handled. Another new board was handed to me.Now that I have played on three boards, guess what? It's beginning to crack once more. I'm simply sick of having to purchase a new board each month, and I have no idea how long Simply Fit will continue to provide replacements.I weigh 170 pounds, which is less than half of the 400-pound advertised weight limit. After being used for a month, there is no reason why this board should be breaking.
