I was astonished by how well these pills treated my allergies! After years of living with them, they just moved in today, and an hour and a half after taking the first pill with some meal and a bottle of water, they are completely gone! Although I am aware that everyone reacts differently to various medications (I did not respond well to Claritin or Allegra), these Zyrtec dopples work! They appear to have adequate amounts of cetirizine HCl and no fillers, at the very least! So after reading some ridiculous reviews about how this pill could be a "placebo," give me a break, I'm grateful as ever. Before you assume that a product is useless for EVERYONE based on your personal experience, learn about the reactions to medications. I am fortunate to have fantastic health insurance, which has the perk of paying for several over-the-counter medications with no co-pay as long as the doctor issues an RX, such as Prilosec, Zyrtec, Flonase, etc. I needed to buy this to tide me over till I got my lazy self to the doctor because it has been much too long since I last saw my doctor and I haven't gotten refills for my OTC medications.My insurance provider offers me generic Flonase from the GSMS pharmaceutical business, which works alright, but for some reason, this Kirkland brand is more efficient. Not sure why as it contains the same active component and floral fragrance. An allergy medication that is the same as Claritin, in a 365-count package, for $12? I initially thought this product on Amazon was too good to be true. no way! But I must tell that these GoodSense Loratadine tablets, which I have been using for a few weeks, are performing incredibly well. These little dandies have more than met my expectations. It's about time someone developed an allergy treatment that didn't cost an arm and a leg and only worked for a week or two. My own allergies to dust, pollen, pet hair, and dander mean that there are numerous times throughout the year when my sinuses could use some relief. I have a dog who sheds a lot and covers my apartment in fur, which I have to vacuum every day. While doing this removes the fur, it also stirs up many allergens that cause my sinuses to become irritated, which can result in pressure headaches and a red, swollen face with watery eyes. Thus, I can now efficiently and quickly plan ahead when performing certain home tasks by simply popping one of these loratadine tablets approximately 30 minutes before beginning, and voila! I give Flonase five stars since it effectively treats my allergies, but I almost returned the item because the clamshell packing was damaged (as illustrated in the accompanying photo). If the metal ring encircling the bottle's top is damaged or the clamshell is cracked, the product shouldn't be used, according to the manufacturer. I reasoned that the clamshell was damaged because the item was carelessly placed in a thin paper padded package, which would have crushed the clamshell and compromised its integrity. Which appears to be what happened. I would have returned the Flonase out of extreme over-cautiousness and on moral grounds, but due to my remote position and my severe allergies at the time, I made the decision to "bite the bullet" and utilize the product.I don't understand how the manufacturer's warning about the metal ring breaking as a safety device would stop some crazy from using a hypodermic needle to inject poison into the bottle.Let this review serve as my obituary if I should pass away from a Flonase bottle that had been tampered with.

This is exactly the same product that you would find at most retail chains as the generic version. Major chains don't make their own tablets because it's difficult to manufacture and certify medications. Each of them purchases their pills from a different supplier, usually one called Perrigo, and then applies their own label. These tablets are made by Perrigo, and they are also what you'd likely see branded as Walgreens, CVS, Equate (at Walmart), Kirkland Signature (at Costco), Kroger, etc. The adoption of Perrigo by so many well-known brands is evidence of their superiority. They are a great alternative to name-brand medications.Given that they are not attempting to recoup the costs of maintaining a retail business, GoodSense is selling goods with a lower markup than the retail brands in this instance. So you receive a lot of trustworthy cetirizine tablets for a great price.Based on the initial Zyrtec approval trials, it is known that 15% of people who take cetirizine experience drowsiness. This explains why some reviews mention tiredness while others do not. Certizine doesn't seem to make me sleepy, thus for me, this is a good option. Fexofenadine (Allegra), albeit more expensive, generally works similarly to cetirizine while posing a decreased risk of sleepiness. Although loratadine (Claritin), which is slightly less expensive than cetirizine and won't make you drowsy, doesn't always work as well, at least in my experience. For certain nasal problems, nasal sprays containing triamcinolone (Nasacort) and fluticasone (Flonase) are other worthwhile alternatives to take into account.Purchase this product if you've been taking Zyrtec or generic cetirizine and want to do doing frequently.

The best allergy medication I've ever used is this one. I suffer from severe hay fever and sulfa allergies. Sulfites can be difficult to avoid, but when I take Allegra, it almost feels as though I don't have the allergy. Things that used to regularly cause me to break out in rashes, have headaches, have itchy, dry eyes, and even have hives now seldom affect me at all. I prefer the 24 hour to the 12 hour, and I typically take regular over decongestant. Allegra has been my go-to medication for a very long time. I've tried zyrtec, clairton, benadryl, and a few more medications, but only Allegra seems to be effective for me. I would advise people to at least give this a shot. Every person's experience with allergy products is different, so when none of them worked for me, I was happy to find this one. Despite its size, which is neither enormous nor tiny, the pill is easy to swallow, which is beneficial for people like myself who have trouble with it. It is absolutely non-drowsy and may be taken whenever you like, whether morning, afternoon, or evening.

I don't often struggle with nasal congestion during the day. My nasal congestion tends to start at 4 AM virtually every morning. I stop breathing totally after 15 minutes, making it impossible for me to continue sleeping. Therefore, I will either simply wake up a few hours earlier than usual and be exhausted the rest of the day, or I will use a medication like Afrin, which has always worked well for me and will let me to return to bed and get my typical eight hours of sleep. The "rebound effect" will start to work and will make the congestion worse if I have to use Afrin for more than a few days. There is no "rebound effect" with Flonase, thus using it if it works for you has clear advantages. For me, Flonase works about 50% as well as medications like Afrin at clearing up my congestion, but it has the advantage of being usable daily without experiencing a "rebound effect." I still use a treatment like Afrin when I want a particularly restful night's sleep. Therefore, I plan to take Flonase as frequently as possible while still keeping Afrin on hand for those times when I truly need a lot of relief.
