I've now purchased three of these, two for my local church and one for myself. Not only is the pricing reasonable, but there aren't many more expensive guitar, bass, or mandolin stands that I would like to purchase. I use this stand for my bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and mandolin, as stated in the previous sentence. I've struggled to find a good stand that will hold both my bass guitar AND my mandolin, but this one does it thanks to its adjustable width. These stands' folding mechanism is very reliable and practical. I had some doubts about these stands' durability because my church takes down and puts up its equipment every week. This indicates that these stands are thrown in a storage container each week. I would also suggest this stand for that use if you're a local or visiting musician who needs to bring your own guitar stand. These are absurd, especially in light of the cost and the SIX that are included in each pack. I examined a variety of fancy stained rosewood, walnut, and other materials. This is what you want if you only need to hang a few instruments, although those are wonderful if you really need the style or are wanting to add a particular flair to your decor. With no problems, I hung a full-sized acoustic guitar, a tenor ukulele, and a soprano ukulele in drywall that was just plain. On one of the extra ones, I also hung a rather hefty longboard, and it held up there as well. Over the weekend, I hung my 20 kg backpack from an extra one I had placed by the door, and it stood up just fine. They held up to the abuse, and I'm really satisfied with this set. I realize the final two are not the intended purpose, so I would not have taken away stars if I had broken them.

To get my son's guitars and ukuleles off the floor, I needed a means to hang them. These hooks I found are fantastic! They have a lovely rubbery coating to prevent them from scratching your instruments.The only issue we had was that the screws that came with the hooks are about 2 inches long, which is great if you are mounting them directly to the wall or onto a thick board. If you are putting them on a 1/2 inch thick piece of shiplap that I purchased, you might want to take that into consideration. We were in a rush to finish it, so even though my husband screwed the hooks into the shiplap, they protruded by approximately an inch on the opposite side. I had to ask my friendly neighbor if he had a bolt cutter to cut the screws, but he had to use a grinder and it took him a little time (luckily he's a kind person!) but he got the job done, and we used 2 screws with anchors to drill the entire board into the wall. All of this to say, my board was a little too thin, so we probably could have used shorter screws, but it all worked fine and my son enjoys having all of his instruments close at hand, plus they look pretty awesome on the wall!

I just purchased a new guitar. I wanted to locate a good stand that would support my guitar because it was more expensive than the previous ones I had. I used to own OnStage stands, which are ok but I move about a lot, and I don't think their construction is the best. I've also tried a lot of Hercules stands, but for my own preferences, I wanted a stand with bottom support.This stance is a complete shock. It supports my brand-new Taylor acoustic guitar beautifully and is really sturdy (just a little movement when pushed). I really enjoyed the bottom support's lock feature, which prevents it from being removed until you turn it 180 degrees first, and I also liked how the stand's legs served as a lock for the stand. The only feature of this stand that I will never use is its neck holder, which can be folded down for more convenient storage and transit. I would have loved a top piece that was more solid as I just intended to leave this at my place. I have absolutely no concerns about stability, but I believe that this component is the least stable of all the others. However, it's a handy tool to have if you intend to bring this stand with you to gigs.This display is fantastic all around. Within the first few minutes of having it, I was impressed. It is sturdy and, in my opinion, significantly superior to the stands that OnStage now provides. I have no concerns about ever needing to replace the one I now own, and I would definitely buy another one in the future.

The first one I inserted is already beginning to come out, whereas the second one is securely fastened. I'll probably place another order. There were no instructions included. I needed a friend to assist me. But I will give them credit for finishing the task, even if they are falling out the wall. The first image shows how well my reasonably hefty bass hangs on the wall, and the second image shows how my really light bass—which is probably fairly close to the weight of a regular electric guitar—is tumbling out of the wall. The bass isn't very expensive, so I'm not concerned if it falls, but the bass in the first picture would be disastrous if it protruded from the wall, though it doesn't appear that it would.The hangers I got again are holding up my 20 bass guitars just fine. I've therefore concluded that these hangers are fantastic. Because the first hanger doesn't come with instructions, I believe I simply made a mistake, but they are unquestionably excellent hangers.

According to several evaluations, these hooks aren't as robust or as good as those from more expensive brands. You're aware of the brand... Since I've been playing the guitar for 30 years, I have those as well. I also have a sizable instrument collection. So perhaps my advice will be helpful.First off, these are a wonderful price!Don't use the inexpensive anchors that come with them, second. You'll be alright if you put self-drilling anchors or screws into wall studs.Third, I only use them for acoustics. They probably could accommodate some of my smaller electric guitars (Ibanez, Jackson, etc). nevertheless, not my harder guitars (Gibson, Michael Kelly etc).Overall, these are really good for the price when mounted properly. Will probably purchase again.

I've been playing the guitar for more than 20 years, and during that time, I've tried a variety of guitar stands. I've recently developed a preference for more portable, lightweight, strong, and compact guitar stands. I require a guitar stand that can travel easily and remain intact. My equipment setup should be simple. A few years back, I first discovered A-frame guitar stands and began experimenting with them. They meet the criteria for being portable, small, and simple to use. They aren't lengthy and gangly, so they don't break or bend easily. They don't need to put together several pieces. They require only that you unfold them before using them. About two years ago, I discovered that Amazon was offering A-frame stands that could be folded again to become quite compact under the Amazon Basics brand. They have been useful, and I bought several of them. When I recently required a new stand, I discovered that the TopStage stand had essentially the same design but was a little less expensive. I'm quite pleased with it thus far. It appears to be constructed of hardy materials. This stand is something I'd unquestionably suggest to others. I should point out that some guitars with unusual shapes have problems sitting straight on this type of stand because it lacks a cradle for the guitar's neck.

It acts as it would. The stand can tilt forward and possibly drop if applied enough force, but that is it. That's doubtful, though.When I set my bass guitar down on it, I became aware of it. All I had to do was decide where I wanted to place each of my guitars on the wall. I then bolted each block into the wall using my drill and the sheet-rock screws that came with each block. I then hung one of my guitars and manually screwed in the neck holder before adjusting the rubber rings for a snug fit. In my son's old bedroom, I hung three guitars next to his bed so that I could sleep with my back against the wall and choose an electric guitar, an acoustic guitar, or a classical guitar off the wall to play without getting up. On the wall across from me, I mounted an old guitar that I don't play often. attractive and useful. liberates floor space. Really cool I enjoy it!
