The nicest thing to ever happen to sour cream is this container. It makes it incredibly easy to spread sour cream evenly on nachos or tacos without having to use a dirty spoon (hallelujah!). One thing, though: When it says to keep it upright in the refrigerator, it really means it. You won't ever have any of the liquid that tends to collect on sour cream if you store it upright and give it a little shake before using it. Let me start by saying that even though I didn't want light sour cream, it was included in my order since "original" sour cream was out of stock. Despite this, I didn't dislike the light sour cream.It tastes well for a light sour cream! It tastes great with sour cream! Even while it's not quite as thick as the original, if you require that much thickness to eat, you've got much bigger problems than sour cream can handle! One method of making it thicker is to combine it with yogurt and chill.
