I came saw a 7-layer salad dish that I wanted to try; the traditional topping is bacon pieces. We enjoyed the Veggie Bacon Bits that I once bought on Amazon for this salad. It still has a bacon-like flavor, but I think it's much better and made with higher-quality components. We recently held a BBQ for family and friends and I had promised to bring this salad, but I couldn't find the veggie bacon bits I wanted to use, so I decided to use actual bacon instead, crumbling it. I consumed enough food to test it this way, but I was not at all impressed. Since they are accustomed to real bacon, our visitors were unaware of any differences. They are very excellent and I would like to test them with other recipes/dips as well as the 7-layer salad more frequently, so as soon as this item became available, I got 3 packages to make sure I have them on hand!

Just a week and a half later, I started adding some to my salad. Luckily, I saw there was mold all over the pieces before I added too much. I suppose it refers to how fresh and free of preservatives the product is. You can't really deduct points from the OM rating for that since the fresh bacon flavor comes from there and the package does state in very small print to "keep refrigerated." Wish I'd noticed that sooner. The Hormel was out for a comparable amount of time and seems good, probably because it is drier and saltier and possibly more preserved. Putting that in the refrigerator as well, just in case.



French's Crispy Fried Onions, 24 oz Review:


I received a small container of these from my daughter. They're excellent. I looked for a larger bundle on Amazon because I adored them so much. Awesome. I've just placed my second package order. These are fantastic! I just made the traditional "Campbell's Green Bean Casserole," swapping these jalapenos for the french-fried onions. OMG!!! The tops! Definitely has a little fire to it, but it tastes great. If there are any leftovers after eating on them, I'll defiantly make them again. YUMMY!!!! It might not be attractive, but the original recipe required stirring. A little heat!

Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits (9 oz Package) Review:


This stuff is good, and I like it. But at $11.52 per pound, it's incredibly expensive. It also comes in little plastic bags, which is wasteful. It used to be sold in large sacks, which were obviously much more affordable per unit. Just yesterday, I learned that Aldi sells a comparable good for $8 per lb, which I am currently testing. Still comes in the absurdly small package, but paying less is advantageous.



Fresh Gourmet Wonton Strips, Authentic, 1 Pound Review:


Because preparing noodles from scratch is difficult and they usually turn up greasy or overcooked, I bought these numerous times. These are really practical and the same whether they are in the repackaged plain mylar bag or the original product bag. They are a terrific complement to a salad or may be eaten straight from the bag as a snack. They taste great and stay crispy in soup. You won't get sick from them (or spend any more time in the "loo" than usual). They are not authentic New York China Town dishes, nor are they grease-filled, undercooked strip mall knockoffs. I'm not sure why some reviews are so negative, but there are plenty more that are honest and favorable for you to consider before making a purchase. Additionally, if there is a problem, Amazon offers extensive return/refund procedures.



Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits (4.5 oz Package) Review:


Where have you been my whole life!? These bacon bits are the best I've ever had, and I enjoy the larger package! Since they are NOT at all like the crunchy imitation stuff, I'm almost hesitant to even call them "bits." This is REAL bacon—soft, chewy chunks! They're SO delicious that after purchasing them from Prime Pantry, I got a case on Subscribe and Save! In a bind, I slapped them on top of some burgers while they were still on the grill and they were AMAZING (forgot to bring the bacon camping but had these on hand). These nibbles include bacon in EVERY mouthful! Everyone adores them, and I use them in soups, vegetables, and potatoes.



Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, 9 oz Pouch Review:


These 9 oz pkgs are superior to smaller pkgs of the same brand. They are softer chunks than the ones from the supermarket, therefore they may be fresher. We won't be purchasing any non-local pork until the new inspection regulations take effect in May, so I just ordered 10 pkgs. I'll freeze these and then have to manufacture my own when they run out. We put these on burgers, potatoes, and scrambled eggs every morning. You may obtain terrific flavor with far less than you would with slices.

adore these I had never seen them before I saw them in a Food Network recipe. Since I couldn't find them in my neighbourhood shops, I turned to Amazon.
