Teenage Engineering 002.XS.801 OP-1 Soft Case for Synthesizer Review:

This was a gift for my son, who is 27 years old. To have a portable "toy" to compose, perform, and record his music while traveling, he requested the OP-1 as a gift. He made a suggestion that the case would also be useful. The case was not available where I had purchased the OP-1 (in the MOMA store, where I had used my member discount), so I ordered it from Amazon. Although several reviews felt the case was pricey, my son was happy to have it to preserve the OP-1 while traveling. His carry-on travel backpack and the synthesizer case fit together perfectly.

Odyssey APB01 1 Space Blank Rack Panel Accessory Review:

Given that anything that fits into a 19-inch tube costs incredibly little, these "Rack is pricey. Even though all it is is a flat panel, it still has some use.SOUND/NOISE.This item helps me, among other things, by reducing the noise that can come from the front of the rack it is in. Having a few of them fill in the empty spots does help make it quieter because I have an amplifier in there with noisy fans. That's really lovely.HEAT.They also reduce the amount of heat that the rack's front emits. Since the heat must naturally escape somewhere, be aware that this will cause the heat to build up inside the rack and/or radiate out the rear (or sides, if your rack or rack/case allows it). Since heat can harm the equipment in your rack, this rise in internal temperature could be troublesome. It won't be a problem as long as there isn't TOO much heat. However, you might not want to restrict the amount of heat that can escape out the front if you have a problem with too much heat within your rack (in which case you wouldn't want to install these panels in your rack).APPEARANCE.The rack I have a few of these panels installed in looks much better, which is the last purpose these panels fulfill for me. Due to the fact that they are just a nice, professional-looking flat black panel, they are really attractive (e.g., without any brand or model identification, or any other printing, on the front of the panel). Although it wasn't the key factor in my decision to purchase these, I certainly cherish it. Although I will agree that I enjoy how other people see my equipment, for me, it's more important to make my workspace as comfortable as possible so that my creativity may flow as freely as possible. For me, and possibly for you as well, working in a pleasant setting helps with that.IN SUM.The price of these flat panels is extremely low, especially for 19 "For me, the advantages of rack gear outweigh any disadvantages. They may reduce the amount of heat that may escape from the front of a rack, which is the only real disadvantage. However, I don't have enough of a heat issue for that to be a problem since in the rack these are put in, enough heat can escape out the open back of the rack/case to make it not a problem. If you don't already have a serious issue with too much heat in the rack in which you would install them, I highly recommend these items.Accessory for Odyssey APB01 1 Space Blank Rack Panel

Gator Rackworks Heavy Duty Steel Rack Rail Set; 6U Rack Size (GRW-RACKRAIL-06U) Review:

On a bookshelf near to my microphone, I had two pieces of 1-Unit rack technology that were constantly slipping. In my situation, it was around my right shoulder. If I had a picture, it would show a Furman power strip and a dbx channel strip.Fixed. Due to their combined weight, they are currently stable (and the rubber feet on the bottom of the bottom device). The extra two inches of the upper stems assist keep the cords and wires out of my way and are a wonderful addition.

Shure URT2 Universal Rack Tray Review:

These are pricey, but they are worth it for professional audio gear. They are well manufactured and have all the mounting gear, as one would anticipate for the price. This tray has a benefit over others on Amazon because it is not as deep, which prevents it from obstructing a data cage's inside rear. I needed to hacksaw off the back third or so because this has happened to me far too often. There are numerous mounting holes to accommodate the majority of audio equipment. Perfect for mounting or putting compact electronic devices without rack ears in a data box or cage.Pro: Excellent construction, complete with mounting hardware, half as deep as typical trays, and numerous mounting holes. One: Price

Reliable Hardware Company RH-12-SRR-A Rack Rail Review:

A lot better than many unfavorable reviews led me to anticipate. They do tell you that they are sharp on one end, but hey, use a file or don't be a moron. It appears they don't always chase or protect the threads when powdercoating, which is the main quibble and the reason I deducted it a star. Although it wasn't a deal-breaker, before installing them, I simply ran a spare rack screw through each hole. Overall, really good value for the money.

Gator Studio Rack (GR-STUDIO-4U) Review:

You could create your own, perhaps, but I found this scratch and dent at a good price from Amazon Warehouse, and the scratch was so small I hardly noticed it. On mine, everything is flawless; there are no problems. To protect the knobs in the event that the entire unit falls on its side, the rack is slightly recessed. There is some room left for ventilation even though the units mount almost flush within. I didn't attempt it (not that I would advocate it), but I assume it could support my weight just fine if I were to step on it to demonstrate how sturdy the construction is.
