This panettone is THE finest! I've been consuming them for around five years. I've tried other brands, but they're never as good. The Bauducco brand has a delicious taste and is soft, fresh, moist, and full of raisins and candied fruit. The fact that the box containing my second panettone arrived in just one day and by what appears to be Amazon's own shipping delivery service really astounded me today. wow. However, I digress... Purchase this brand of panettone since it has dependably been top-notch for years. And I also tried the chocolate-bits variety. omit it.

Although I really wanted to enjoy this Panettone, it was only mediocre. Sadly, it wasn't as moist as I had planned. It had a little bit more dried candied fruit and peels than I would have preferred because I'm not a big fan of those things. This panettone may be enjoyed by someone who prefers a more breadlike consistency and a good number of candied fruits and sultanas in each bite because, of course, this is a matter of personal preference.Try the pandoro, the panettone's cousin, if you're anything like me and genuinely adore panettone but don't want to pick out or endure eating most of the bits and pieces within your typical panettone.

This helps me appreciate panettone like never before.I really don't enjoy the candied fruit chunks that are found in conventional and customary panettone.This one substituted chocolate chips for the candied fruit, and to MY TASTE, it is much better. This is important to note because it is purely a question of taste.However, it is amazing how it maintains its freshness for such a long time.The first ones I purchased were around the Christmas season, which is when I've heard panettone is most frequently purchased.But because it was so good, I continued to buy it. A few of the latter purchases were not as fresh, but they were still delicious. However, if the texture is not exactly as it was when it came out of the oven, a little microwave session will get it closer to perfection.I wanted to relate my experience because I became so engrossed in it. When I asked my niece if she liked panettone, she wasn't really interested.Even so, I sent her a few, and now she and her husband are just as hooked as I am.You should be mindful of just one thing: It's so excellent it can get addicting!
